Store is nicely cleaned, properly marked lanes, a big parking lot and i got everything in my grocery list with a very competitive price. Checkout experience was good too. Though I found a great deal on 12 cans of Ginger Dry Ale in $2.5.

Your producer manager needs to go to school to know how to deal with costumer without getting angry.soory Im longtime costumer and I didnt want to compelin.

Fresh produce at good prices

Petty women cashiers gossiping around the corner of the store. And whispering at each others ears while checking out goods for folks. Unprofessional and childish. I would get it if it was a break time or clock out time. Ps: we got our eye on you and we are not just costumers.

I love the prices and their produce is always very fresh. They have great deals on chicken, turkey and pre-marinated packaged meats of all kinds. They always have the lowest prices compared to other grocery stores. I also enjoy the customer service, specifically Rennee at the check out. She is super talkative, nice and always greets you.

I was grateful that this was my first time experiencing the atmosphere of this property. The store was very easily well put together able to locate items quickly all things were always in stock and the transition to and from within the store whats the smoothest without a bump or an incident far better than any other household retailer has had made an experience for thank you for all of you help and your made well to do stores

Fresh Vegetables...Wide selection of Dairy Products.Good selection of Wines...Spice aisle has international spices...good for cajun, mexican, italian spices. Limited selection of Mediterranean spices.Bakery goods are Industrial brands. Not good for Fresh bread. Prices are reasonable.

This is a typical grocery store with a great (atypical) staff of people! I cant get over the friendliness and caring Ive experienced at Smart & Final!

Didnt thought I will be getting south indian groceries. Had all my purchase within short time. Price is reasonable. Chocolates collections are nice.

I buy high end water here. Every time I bring a 6 pack of either Fiji or other expensive water to the register it rings up as $23 (the price for a whole case).This happens every single time and the cashier looks at me with a straight face and asks for the money when it is obviously a mistake. How would a 6 pack of water be $23?Make sure to pay attention to the screen as they are scanning your groceries. This place is ripping people off for years like this and seem to not be able to figure it out. I tell management every single time and they get irritated yet dont fix the problem. What a joke.

Originally was near the area to get Chick-fil-A and I needed to do a little shopping and I have to say this is one of the most cleanest smart & finals I ever been to everything was well stocked and I found what I needed very easily if Im around the area again Im definitely coming back here again...

The store is always clean and many times they have great deals. Like today they had 4 strawberry 1lb boxes for $5. However, the store is small so there isnt a great variety and the isles are narrow.

The prices have definitely gone up! $3.90 for a sm. box of tissue. The hamburger meat was turning grey. I wasnt impressed.

Good prices and stock levels. The selection is pretty good, just missing some speciality items and all brands may not be represented. I like that you can get regular and club sized items. Less trips to Costco. They hardly ever have enough checkers so be prepared for a little bit of a wait at checkout even during off times.

Great place for shopping groceries. They have good deals during weekends. Look for it. Never to busy, open till late. You wont find everything on your list but most of the things are available in stores. Liquor at the best price...:)

The managerial staff at the Smart and Final in Pleasanton are very unprofessional and incompetent. The store manager refused to show me where the flaxseeds were located. They yelled and cussed at me. It was the most horrific store experience I ever had. Dont shop at this store.

Prices are extremely fair. Meat dept is niceky stocked, and workers are very willing to assist one with any questions. Smart & Final in Dublin is the best of all other Smart & Finals in the Bay area! I travel several hours to shop there!!!☺

Good place to shop for daily basic. The price is good, especially on meat related products. Some bulk items have a very good price too. It also close to In and Out burger.

Clean. Price is pretty good. Sometimes has promotion. Weekly special, like now for Mango!! Easy parking and safe location. Close to 10pm which is so grateful that I can run after my gym.

Great newly remodled affordable grocery store. Beautifully updated with well lite refrigeration units, produce area had loads of fresh produce, displayed like a high end grocer. Wonderful selection throughout the store.

Very good store to shop at to save money. Just be careful to check - not everything at the store is a good deal (price-wise), but some things (especially their manager sales) and unbeatable prices. Buy meat in bulk and freeze it for later. Always allow for long lines at the checkout counter - they rarely staff it with more than 2 clerks. However everything who works there is very nice - just ask if you cant find something and they will happily help.

Great little store with good selection and quality products. Cheaper than Whole Foods and better stocked than Walmart. Much nicer and better informed employees. Walmart in Dublin is a disaster zone and Whole Foods is a yuppie circus with ridiculous prices.

Very good they have less of a warehouse feel. Wider aisles, brighter lights and cleaner. I was taken when I saw the new displays.

I love the store but today there was a person in the front of the line that ask to have someone go find things he forgot as 5 others behind him had to wait for over 15 minutes. We all waited and then they pulled him out of the line as they got the items he forgot. Then his items came and he insisted to go back to his original line. I was ask to step back and let him go in front of me. I come here about monthly and felt I had to waste over 20 minutes because of this person. I thought several times about just leaving but I had completed my shopping. I will not do that again.

Pleasanton store is better than some of the other locations, meat and dairy Dept is well stocked but sometimes its hard to find things even at this location.

I like this place. The commercial items are great and so is their bulk prices on brisket and tri-tips.I am giving less than 5 stars for two reasons:1). It can be a bit of a pain to read the fine print on the tags and figure out their bulk pricing by quantity (the price each is $xx.xx, but, buy 5 and get at $xx.xx)2). I didnt appreciate that they had a news-paper sales guy that stopped me just inside their entrance. I prefer hassle free shopping.Update Jan 2017: went in today and found great deals. They had great customer service today too.

I thought this would be another option than shopping at Safeway. You know, mix it up a little. The selection of products were slim pickings and the produce was horrible. Hardly any organic produce and what little they had were awful! When we got to the register I had to bag my own groceries, which was fine as I thought maybe thats the way they did it here, but the next customer came and while I was still bagging my groceries, the checker started ringing him up and bagged his ignoring me WHILE IM STILL BAGGING MINE!!! REALLY???? Avoid this store if you want good food and nice service because you wont get it here!!!

No self check out, Express check out was closed and the two lines that were open were glacially slow. Everyone in line was pretty pissed. If you have a family to feed or if time is valuable to you give this place a miss.

Anthony, who I think its the manager, is always super nice and they always welcome me. They treat you like family and the prices are phenomenal!

I like to Smart & Final better than most Smart & Finals. It just seems more comfortable and the employees are more helpful- then with the two or three Smart & Finals that Im aware of and have been in.

Had some trouble with the bulk items. It seems some people think its okay to steal the pens and the roll of plastic bags was missing at one if the stations. Had a really hard time trying to squeeze around huge pallets of goods in the aisle to get to the refrigerated coffee creamers. Other than that, its a good store.

Shopping was light and easygoing just doing my monthly shopping.

Good veggie and cheese selection. Also go to place for bulk foods.

I’m going to stop shopping here after many years because there are always many people restocking the store blocking access to the food.
