Ive been eating meals from here for the past month, and Ive really enjoyed them so far. So far, my favorites are the Tacos Al Pastor and the BBQ Chicken with Sweet Potato Fries.My only complaint, if you can call it that, is there are no heating suggestions on the container label. I think it would be helpful to have that.Ive done both delivery and in-store pickup and had nothing positive experiences.Its nice to have a local spot for healthy meals, and I highly recommend giving them a try.

Simple, tasty & healthy prepared meals.As someone that enjoys eating, but doesnt have a lot of free time Ive tried several mealtime options, searching for a good compromise; different meal kits and prepared meals delivered on a regular basis.GoFresh is a winning combination of being very convenient, there are lots of options tailored to different diets, the food is simple, but tastes good and it is reasonably priced.

Was hoping that this would be my go to meal prep spot. You can only give the lowest of 1 star but that would be accurate as the food does deserve a star as its not that bad. But as far as customer service and delivery is concerned its horrible. Ill list the strikes below.#1 - Ordered my food the Friday for a delivery scheduled 11/15 between the hours of 11:30 - 3:45 (I actually added some time on this one since thats when I was planning on being home just incase) Sunday rolls around and its now 4pm with no delivery. I finally receive a call at 4:15pm from a young lady stating that the delivery is not happening today due to a medical concern. She stated that a new batch will be delivered tomorrow between 11am-2pm.#2 - Its now the next day 11/16 and its now past 2pm. 3pm. 4pm still no delivery so I decide to call them and no one answers. I give them 3 calls within a 15 min period and decide to leave a message stating If we can please cancel the order and get a refund as Ill go ahead an pick up the order next time around. Its now 5:30pm and still no delivery or phone call so I decide to go to the grocery store and pick up some food to meal prep the week. Its now 7pm and get ready to wind down since I wake up at 3:45 am for work. Its now 8pm and guess who decides to show up at the door with my delivery lol. Delivery driver was cool dude but he couldnt take the food back which meant I had to take them.#3 - Mind you my order is for 35+ meals so after going grocery shopping I have no room in my fridge for any of these meals. I end up calling my neighbors to see if they want some free meals.#4 - Half of the orders were not fresh meals as stated by the young lady over the phone. They had the older expiration date labeled.#5 - Its now the following week and I still have not received a phone call from the company after I left a message on 11/16 at 4:08pm.Im hoping this review will help to create a better customer experience moving forward for others that may deal with this same scenario.

I’ve tried several food delivery services over the past few years, and Go Fresh is by far my favorite! The food is delicious, and everyone in my family gives it a big thumbs up! 👍🏻
