I have been on the Jenny Craig plan for two months now and have had great success. The staff coaches were great in the beginning - when the holiday Christmas week came- suddenly the coach stopped honoring the phone appointment and the appointment we had established for 12/22/20 came and went without a call from Shannon the coach there. I left several messages at this Pleasanton location on Rosewood Ave on Thursday- but I guess the staff didn’t work Thursday - I proceeded to leave several messages- Saturday morning I knew the coaches were returning at 8:00 a so surely someone would call me to rectify this situation.... no one called to respond to my messages- so I called Shannon- when I asked her why my call was not returned- she stated ‘I have clients this morning’ so I asked her if she considered me to be a client - she had no response for me but tried to convince me that I changed my appointment to the 30 th- I asked her if she heard my messages about needing to have a delivery this week- she said yes she understood that I wanted to order but she wasn’t too busy to call because she has clients to talk to... I guess once you are established with them they no longer feel the need to call you back in a timely manner.... very disappointing- I thought they actually cared....
