I love my hearing aids from hearing life. I have had 2 minor issues in 2 years with mine when I did not clean them properly and thus could not hear properly. I went to the store and they cleaned them properly the same day. Then they were perfect again. Great service. I hope I remember how to clean them properly.
After not getting the suite number at the location, I was a little worried about the whole thing. Once my husband and I arrived, Ramona took the worry away. She gave me the paperwork to fill out and then offered both of us coffee or tea. She really makes a great cup of Earl Grey! Madison Snow was the person we saw and she was extremely detailed. I have been telling my husband that my hearing loss is greater then he can imagine and he couldnt believe me. Maddy explained the results of my hearing test in a very detailed and honest manner. I looked at my husband and said - now do you understand why the cheap hearing aids just arent good enough. He said yes, know I understand. I applied for a credit card for this purchase and now Im in a holding period until I get word that yes Ive been approved or not. The whole experience was simply the best!
Madison is awesome. When we realized that HearingLife typically doesn’t work with Widex, the manufacturer of my aids, she was very proactive in reaching out to Widex, as well as getting my program from my previous audiologist’s office and contacting me to make sure I could get an appointment with her as soon as she received it. Her efforts are so appreciated, as I just started a new job with much better sound. I wish HearingLife Pleasanton had a Yelp. I would highly rate if so!
I purchased my hearing aids as the pandemic hit. Once the office reopened I have been in several times for adjustments as needed. They are very responsive to my issues.
