I was very impressed with the audiologist and her receptionist. The audiologist was friendly and very informative. She gave me a thorough hearing test to determine the extent of my hearing loss and explained her findings in language which I understood. My hearing aids will be here in a week or ten days. I look forward to seeing her again.

Hearing Instruments Specialist D’Anne Wengenroth is a Professional at her job insuring that after extensive testing and results throughly explained I was fitted with hearing aids and was able to hear clearly what I had been unable to hear in the past. I love the staff (Lisa and DAnne) at New Sound Hearing in Pleasanton. They are always, courteous, kind and helpful. Any questions I have are always answered and I never feel like my appointments are rushed. The office has a nice homey atmosphere to it compared to the more clinical feeling other offices may have. I would definitely recommend this location.

I retired as Chief of Police in Pleasanton in 2012. I then went to work in the oilfield as a Safety Officer. During our Safety Meetings, I was not able to hear what was being said. In early 2013, I went to NewSound Hearing Aid Center and they determined that I did in fact need hearing aids. They were very professional during the testing period.Clinician Garrett Hedley is always very professional and ready to help at a moments notice. I can go by anytime even if I don have an appointment and they will take care of my needs. Patient Coordinator, Lisa Harris, is very friendly and helps me with any problems that I may have, even if the clinician is not there or if he is with a patient. She is very knowledgeable of the workings of my hearing aids. When I do have an appointment, Lisa calls me at least a day ahead of time to remind me of my appointment. Garrett and Lisa get an A+ from me and I will recommend NewSound to anyone who asks me about my hearing aids.Good job Garrett, Lisa and NewSound for a job well done.

After cleaning the patients ears, DAnne expertly evaluates the individuals hearing using both advanced technology and her own training.
