Do Not Buy!!! No delivery, no show, no voicemail. I called and they said product still out of stock with no ETA. And tries to blame me?!?!...was even ready to still buy from them but then she got defensive so I’ll take my business elsewhere. there are other stores to shop from with better customer service. Stay Away!!!!Would give 0 stars if possible.

The Pleasanton and Vallejo stores are completely lousy and dreadful. We paid 1900 dollars for our furniture with a warranty. When a screw came off of the furniture and it was lopsided we requested we get either the furniture fixed or a new piece of the same furniture which is what the previously mentioned warranty was for. They suggested we contact the distribution company ourselves and said the didn’t want to contact it themselves. In conclusion, you should talk your business elsewhere and don’t even bother coming to this excuse for an establishment.

This store is a complete fraud.We ordered 3000 worth of furniture, when we went to order the salesman lied and said the furniture will be here in the first week of September.After 4 weeks no furniture and the store refuses to return our money.Do not waste your time here, this guy and his salesman is a complete fraud.

I purchased a beautiful queen bedroom set (bed frame, headboard, two nightstands, chest and mirror) and a bar stool set with four stools. The overall price was about what Id expect at any top notch store so it didnt seem like an outlet price but still on par for what Id expect to pay at any store.I paid $129 for delivery and set up which is an incredible deal! The delivery team was extremely efficient with setting up everything and when they noticed that the top of my table was damaged upon upacking they immediately notified me.TK and his team at Furniture Outlet were quick to let me know theyd replace it at no cost. Im very happy with my new furniture and with the customer service I received. Id definitely recommend Furniture Outlet.

Closing out sale
