Great place to get all your school/work supplies

I love this store for the friendly staff and clean organized layout. They don’t always have what I want, but no one does. There is usually a good substitute that I can live with. And they will match online pricing!! Just ask. The BIG plus for me is the friendly staff that can help when I’m looking for something.

Lots of office supplies and furniture. They do price matching even against their own stores. Highly recommend using your smart phone to compare prices before spending very much money. Saved $80 on a $300 dollar store that was on sale at a different Office max location.

Clean, well-organized, right lights, tractor displays and a very friendly staff. I did not go to buy anything off the shelf. Rather, it was to inquire about duplicating a large number of pages that would be collated and Staples its assets. The staff was patient with my questions and they answered them fully. Based on all that information, I was able to make an intelligent decision about proceeding with my project.

Lots of wide isles of stuff that looks like it has been on the shelves for years. Seriously some of the boxes have faded. Some great deals on specific stuff like pens and the like but mostly lots of retail priced merchandise that youll find cheaper online. This location does have printing and FedEx so thats a plus.

I did not know this before, but this is an excellent place to get printouts / photocopies. Unlike some other stores: (i) They can print from USB drive directly (ii) There is no computer usage charge (like UPS stores charge), and (iii) staff actually prints for you. Prices are reasonable as well.

Just went in with an emergency, we were on our way to SF for a show when we realised we forgot our ticket print outs! I was so stressed out, I didnt get DudeBros name but he went above and beyond to help us print our tickets when the machines decided not to cooperate with me. I think they can smell fear tbh. Great service, thank you!

Super great staff but a super long checkout line. Ill chalk that up to it being the back to school season but otherwise it was a great experience.

Update. Down from 2 to 1 star. Went in tonight to ask about some simple questions, was over an hour before closing time, pretty empty store, and they wouldnt even talk to me about printing some decals for local HS, claimed tooLate something about getting ready for back to school LOL. SEE ORIGINAL POST: Reduced stars only because they do not staff-up or extend hours for back to school shopping and dont seem to care. The crowds in line for registers wrap down and around the aisles to the back of the store. We walked in and out 2 years in a row, so they continue to allow this to happen.

It has actually been awhile since I have been inside however we used to do all of our school shopping here. Sadly with the ease of using Amazon I would have figured this place to be out of business. The staff all seem friendly, however their prices cannot compete

Very helpful, got a printer and they had a sale on remote set up. My dream come true. Sales person came up to me.

Horrible experience. I called about having a spiral bound book done. They said sure they could do it. I drove 15 miles only to find out the girl at the copy counter wouldn’t do it and she had no other customers. Said it would be 24 hours. I’ll never go there again. This was the Pleasanton store. Livermore does great service but there machine is broken

They had everything I needed to organize my office. And the staff were very helpful.

Help was good but they have very limited items in the store, better off just ordering via the web, home delivery or store pickup.

Ive been to the office max in Pleasanton and Livermore. I like the Pleasanton one better coz the staff there is knowledgeable and know what theyre doing. The store is clean too. Livermore office max was not as impressive.
