If I can give something less than one star, i would here. There is this attitude when it comes to returning Amazon packages here. I was the only person in the q and the counter Rep says you need to be ready with the codes which Amazon sends in an e-mail for returns. I had 3 of them and had to search 3 e-mails. It must have taken about 3 mins in total and this person makes a big deal. I can understand if there were many others. It was just me. Maybe UPS and Amazon should talk how they could make it better between them. As a customer, this attitude from staff is callous.

Run by thieves. They will charge you for 8x more and refuse to refund you back to the price they should have charged claiming we cant change it.

I dont even want to give 1 star . The most senior person at the store is very rude and unprofessional.Never go for ink fingerprinting to this location, they dont know how to do it. Ink rolling should be done by a certified person but if you go to this place anyone available at the counter will do it . They dont have proper tool, training and setup to do a clean ink fingerprinting. I had to go to a different place to take another set of fingerprint card . All money I paid to UPS Store wasted.

Ive been going to this place for years because it is close to my home. Today, I went there again to return an Amazon package (small box) and ship another package. I forgot to re-tape the Amazon package for return. When I asked if he could re-tape the box, the guy said he charges $2 for taping. I did not want to pay $2 to re-tape the small box, so I took my two packages and went to another UPS store that is little farther from my home. The other UPS store re-taped the Amazon package without charging me $2, and also took care of another package - he provided 3 price options for me to pick. From now on, I think I will be going to the other UPS store that is little farther from my home.

It was just wow service...super 5 star customer service by the the young guy at the counter...at max it took 40 seconds to return an Amazon parcel which I took it there without taping...in less than 2 minutes i was back at my car...on top he discounted me $2 for redoing the tape. Thanks buddy...keep it up 👍

I have a box at this location and have been a customer for years, I highly recommend this location. The pricing is honest and the service exemplary. True small town feel where the employees know their customers by name and are relaxed enough to joke and have a good time. Sean (the owner) is dedicated to getting it right and will be honest in the rare case it isnt which is rare these days. Highly recommend this location.

Sean is an amazing owner! Truly gets customer service and is very efficient (as is his staff). One of the things I really appreciate at this specific location is that the owner doesnt nickel-and-dime you. On more than one occasion, hell do certain things that definitely have a price and hell just tell you, Dont worry about it.

Got a quick live scan fingerprint. Excellent customer service, my party of two was in and out in 10 minutes. Employees are passionate and want to help customers out, which is fantastic. 10/10, would do again

Today I experienced the worst customer service of my life. I dropped off a package with a pre shipping package slip, the box was open and I asked for a packing slip and if they could tape it. The gentleman that helped me was nice and friendly, that wasnt the issue. He said hed tape it up, gave me a tracking slip and I went on my way.It wasnt until I got home that I realized something was accidentally left in the box that wasnt supposed to be shipped. I immediately called the store and Sean, the apparent owner picked up. I told him my situation and he immediately gave me attitude and said we dont ship open boxes... Obviously, thats not what I was asking him... What I asked him is if he could check to see if the package was already picked up since I dropped it off at 3:19PM, I called at 5:12pm. He didnt take my tracking number to check, he just kept insisting it was gone and there was nothing he could do.I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said he was the supervisor. I asked to speak to a manager, he said he was the manager. I asked him who was above him, whos the owner, he said he was the owner. I then told him, Im asking for your help and youre not doing anything to help me?! I said theres no reason to give me attitude, his response was, well you keep asking the same thing. Maybe if you did your job and at least attempted to help me, your customer wouldnt be so worked up. I told him Id be calling corporate, he said go ahead...Well I called corporate, asked them to track the package for me. They went on to tell me that it hasnt been picked up yet from the store, nothings been scanned. So this guy Sean was just too damn lazy to go back and check to see the status of my package.UPS corporate advised I go back in the morning to see if its been picked up. So Ill be there bright and early waiting for Sean to open his store and see if hell help me then. Anyone could own a UPS store, but if this is the way this guy Sean treats his customers, he sure doesnt deserve to be a store owner...

Crazy, Never Recommend if you are sending Important Documents.I sent one package containing important documents and paid extra money for (UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.®), and they said the package will be delivered by next day.When Next day i tracked my package, i got response that my package is missing. I opened the inquiry and finally they were able to locate the package but now they said that the package will be delivered in another 6 days.

Awesome services. I relocated out of oppressive Pleasanton and the craziness of the Bay Area and these stores have all the perfect services to get you back on your feet.Great customer service. I sent my kids a microscope and they packaged it all neatly.We know that some of these online reviews can be biased negatively. Competition is fierce and many times the reviews are done to cause harm.

The guy closing the shop was extremely rude and wouldnt take my pre-labeled package which literally takes seconds to take care of. (Its a packaged amazon return, it really doesnt take much) instead of spending the time to help me out, hes rather spent more time explaini--Im sorry, yelling in my face why he wouldnt help, and said he would rather me give my box to the guy taking the boxes out (that was happening at the moment) and not give me receipt.Would you ever trust this guy with your deliveries who would rather you hand the deliver your boxes to the mail man instead of giving you the trusted service that he should do?? What a lazy ungrateful person... Never coming here again. No sense of humanity. Go to another UPS store and dont support this one

Just tried to visit the store for purchasing boxes. I planned my day around the hours as they are closed mid-day for lunch break. I showed up at 2:15, the door was locked, someone was sitting there so I knocked, and then they proceeded to look at me and point at their lunch.Did not validate the hours they display and I had to return again later which was very inconvenient.

Do not go to this location thinking that you will receive help sending a prepaid package. If you have not taped up the box and taped the label to the box, they will make you buy a full roll of tape to do it yourself or charge you ~$50 per hour to do it for you.
