Don’t ever order from them! They messed my order up. They weren’t willing to work with them. I talked to the manager and didn’t care about helping me out. They definitely don’t care they got my money as a contractor and that was that. Connor placed my ordered was nice through that process but then instead of trying to make things right and have me order more stuff in the future didn’t seem to care. Sad deal so I just hope that this review brings people to their competitors such as Dakota County Lumber in Farmington or Even Home Depot. If you aren’t gonna care then I hope you lose money from other customers.

I bought a rubber membrane roll, and the guy loading it broke my front windshield while loading it up. I have emailed the sales department manager Troy Boward and the safety manager Tyler Kirkendahl. I was told the check is being processed. Got the run around for two months while being patient, and now its nothing but cold shoulder. If that is the kinda business they run, Id suggest going somewhere else.

Very disappointed. We went with our contractor to pick out our new siding. We found LP Samrt siding in tan. We asked the employees at the store if it was in stock in the color we choose. They told us ALL colors are in stock. Our contractor asked if we could order it that day just to be safe and make sure that we had it in when we needed it. They said no dont do that just order it when youre on the job site and we will have it delivered to you the next day! Our contractor called today to get it delivered and was told he could not get it! They told him all colors are special order! 3 week minimum lead time! Now we have all the siding torn off our house and no siding to install! Terrible mistake and customer service!!

Good supplier of EDPM and nearly any roofing materials.

Tried to purchase foil faced polyiso insulation here, but what came out of the warehouse was most definitely not foil faced. It turned out they in fact did not have it at all and I had to return everything. Wasted time especially after calling to confirm they carried what I was looking for.
