Nice place to go to if you need big projects to do. They offer good discounts and are competitive with other outlets of the kind. Besides, they offer specialists to help with the project and give professional consultations.

They have hands down THE WORST idea of what customer service is. They made us jump through a ton of hoops just to place the order. They were rude every step of the way. When we placed the order, they said it would take 2 weeks to get the order in. After more than 3 weeks I called to check on it, but the product hadnt even been made yet, and they said it would take another 8-12 weeks. Not even an apology, just an attitude of arrogance about it. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Had what I neded

The Plymouth showroom has just been redone, they have a great selection, helpful staff, sell Scluter products for wet rooms, shower spaces, and all different materials and price points. Use someone who has a contract with them, to reduce your cost......the products are good to great quality. Hope that helps!
