Love love love OTH! This shop only accepts great quality clothing and resells at great prices! You absolutely have to check out the $1 bin...you would not believe the absolute steals in that bin. And for a $1 totally worth the gamble if you arent 💯 sure on an item. Love the staff! They always have cute accessories. Definitely check this cute shop out if you are in downtown Plymouth!

The brunette woman at the counter is very rude. We did not get any help asking about how to give donations. They also tried to force us to wear a mask even when we explained we are fully vaccinated and we had our vaccination cards on us. We watched the lady judge all of the articles of clothing we were trying to sell. We will take our business elsewhere.

Cute little thrift store, good selection. Only downfall is the changing rooms are currently closed, so you cant try anything on. And if you buy it, then need to return it, you will only receive store credit, not your cash back. Bummer.

I’ve had a lot of uncomfortable experiences here. Today I went in a little bit before close and the employee rudely told me that here were closing. I work in customer service too, and I’m simply a human. I won’t be back again.

Lovely staff, very welcoming atmosphere

I had gone into this store back in October with a friend. We really enjoyed our experience. The woman working there was kind, helpful and accommodating. We ended up spending almost $200 there that day. I told many people about the lovely thrift store I found in Plymouth. So, on a cold Sunday this past weekend, my family and I went for a stroll down the main street in Plymouth. Of course I wanted to show them my favorite new shop. All was well upon arrival as we all laughed, tried on hats with each other, and perused the store. It was a different woman working and the energy was not as carefree or fun as the other day but we still had a good time looking around for pieces that we might like to take home. After we had been there for a while, the woman working came up to us as we were joking around about prom dresses with our daughter and her boyfriend. She very obviously no longer wanted us in the store. I couldnt figure it out! We had not done anything disrespectful or rude. We were having a pleasant afternoon and enjoying each others company and laughing and having fun. We had intended to buy two of the hats we had found and of course had already been talking of this lovely shop to friends. Due to this womans horrible attitude towards a group just enjoying life, she has ruined that good intent and I will not be spreading good word of Off the Hanger nor will I come back so I guess her wish of us leaving was granted for life. What an unhappy woman. If you dont want jolly customers in your shop actually shopping, dont get in the business of selling things.

I have never had a bad experience at Off the Hanger! No matter what I go in there looking for, I always seem to find something else that I cant live without as well. From the up to date clothing, to the beautiful accessories, this store has something for everyone! The staff are always upbeat and welcoming. Awesome place to shop!

This place is a gem. The owners and the staff are gold. They are kind, friendly, helpful and always willing to entertain me when I say help! Dress this mom-bod!The products they sell are all quality and brand name and the store even features local art and support for its local community .This is always my go to for any clothing needs, as its a great way to reduce resources and waste when buying gently used and consigned closed. I commend Tish and Laurie and their amazing staff for how far they have come and their amazing customer service and friendliness - keep it up gals!

For thrift store Off the Hanger was extremely overpriced even by consignment standards. I was recommended to them by a friend but I wouldnt recommend them if youre on a tight budget.

Twice every year, my best friend and I make the weekend trip up to Plymouth, NH to visit friends. Off the Hanger has been a staple in it for the last few years, and many of my favorite shirts and my very favorite bag have been purchased on our semi-annual trips.Today, I met who I assume to be the owner - what a horror. She treated me and my girlfriend like criminals, and breathed down our necks the entire time we were in the store, we knew it was because she assumed we were going to steal from her, but continued shopping anyway.She was overzealous about the garments to hanger ratio after we left the fitting room (seriously, how many times can you count to seven), then right in the middle of when I was trying to overcome her negative energy by telling her how much we look forward to visiting her store when we come to Plymouth, she interrupted me to ask to see inside of my friends bag. YOU ARE KIDDING ME RIGHT? I walked right out at that point, before having to turn around to give her a piece of my mind. The worst I have ever been treated in ANY establishment in my life, all for a $12 pre-worn dress? Please, Ill bring my business elsewhere.I will NEVER return to this store - the clothes are not what they used to be and the prices have gotten to be outrageous for a casual consignment shop. And the owner simply doesnt deserve your hard earned cash - shell only spend it on more garbage outdated polyester, anyway.

That blonde girl who works there is so rude. She completely ignored me and my friend when we tried asking her questions about how to give clothes to them. When she gave us one answer, the next moment she literally walks away and doesnt completely give us an explanation. Also, when I tried asking to grab something on the wall that I couldnt reach, she ignored me. She was rude and as customers, we did not deserve that kind of service. I have met the owner, and they would not treat us that way. That worker that I talked to today has to go.

Only women’s clothes. 😐 The woman at the counter was helpful though and pointed me in the direction of other thrift stores.

I would give less than one star if I could, they dont deserve a whole one. The owner and her workers were rude and judged people as they walked in. The prices are outrageous, for used clothes that are cheaper in their original stores brand new! I said thank you 3 times and never got a response!! We will not be returning.
