Wonderful customer service! Great prices and hardly any waiting. Store is maintained very well also. The cashiers and their helpers are awesome!

Best grocery store around by far.Very wide isles to get by people, big selection, cheap prices, and they serve great hot food here, as well as their donuts and bakery items, plus a cafe where you can get coffee or smoothies and sit down and eat all for low prices

They have the best pastry around. Particularly their donuts the jelly donuts are the size of footballs and they put at least a gallon of jelly in each one. I find everyone at the Plymouth store very polite and attentive to your needs.

I like this grocery store, but I dont get the hype....They have a real following, like groupies with a Rock & Roll band. Came back for a quick bite to eat, food was cooked just right and the staff was friendly.

Travel from Weymouth to Plymouth I had to buy a large birthday cake for a party of 12 people bought a large cake for $21 only used half of itbought some other things that were really good deal compared to other supermarkets

Always able to find quality food at a good price

I recently rated Shaws and stated I would drive the extra minutes to Market Basket for better pricing, and so I did. They did not disappoint, everything I purchased was better priced and they had a wider selection of products. It was easy in, easy out and despite a full store there was no long wait. Every aisle was open and I had a very short wait to checkout. The pricing and service was well worth the extra minutes of travel time to/from the store.

I would give five stars becaue this place simply has the best quality goods in the area if you factor in the price then its even better.. if you have a disability or even have mass health you get20 percent off prices that are already very competitive and usually beat most other places...the bud selection is okay they have dif prices for dif bud but bbn they didnt honor my 20 percent when they had theyre anniversary sale even tho everytime anything has been marked down before i was told i was getting both...basically it would be better to come on do le point monday than this sale. They also told me the day before that they would go or that Ive never had it cost what it said on the intrrnet... always 20 percent less..this was a travesty that means Ive been getting eiped offf for a long time and Im a very loyal customer

I generally love Market Basket but this particular location seems to be under managed regarding general cleanliness. A lot of employees are not very friendly when assistance is requested.

Too many people and they don’t have jolly ranchers or even know what they are. There was no toothpicks, everything was really hard to find, but the cotton candy grapes are bussin.

I just really wish they would remove a some of the pallets of from the shopping aisles. It would really make them more accessible because its hard enough as it is with the one ways and do not enter. Every single employee that I have had contact with has always been very polite. I wish I could say the same for the customers, theyre incredibly rude and theyre getting worse. I actually had one that told me to watch out! the other day as I was trying to navigate a cart full of groceries and my daughter sitting in the seat. Maybe an excuse me would have been a lot more polite but thats the way I was raised....

We ordered Thanksgiving Turkey dinner a week before we wanted to pickup at Plymouth market . This was the first year we had not cooked the meal ourselves.Price was right . Pick up was easy . Deli staff were awesome . Checkout took a little time because clerk did not know how to ring in the packaged meal .MB Reheating instructions included . Thank you but Coordinating the cook times for all the sides was challenging and we have 2 ovens !Turkey was delicious! Gravy was bland .Stuffing was very salty. Squash was delicious Mashed potatoes were disappointing . Maybe worse than instant ! We are still enjoying the apple pie with ice cream .All in all I will not order again .

What is there to say? Awesome people work there. Manager rocks! They all doing a great job during all this craziness. Mr.Damoules needs to give the staff there a big raise or one awesome party!!!

I dont feel comfortable shopping here. All of the cashiers and baggers arent wearing protective face masks. I was told by the manager that he cant force them to wear masks. They should wear them to protect shoppers and others they are standing near. Until they get it Ill shop somewhere else.

I do not live close to a Market Basket but have heard only good reviews. The other day I was approximately 20 minutes away from the Plymouth store, I needed to go grocery shopping and I really wanted to try Market Basket. What an amazing store!! Wide aisles and every kind of item times 2. Fresh fruit and vegetables(seemed like they were just picked). Meats and fish so fresh. Everything displayed for pleasing eye appeal. Most importantly was the prices. Just amazing. Clean. Friendly employees. This store is everything that I heard and more. I will definitely go out of my way to shop there.

This store is set up in the worst way..from when you walk in the store and then have to cut across the lines of people leaving to grab a cart and then cut across everyone again to start shopping, to no organic/specialty area so youre just standing there trying to find the gluten free stuff and organic amongst the rest while people are crawling all over you. Too many islands and endcaps with product that isnt anywhere else but should be (usually islands/endcaps are for items being highlighted usually..not its permanent home)I just hate this store and I dont find the prices better than elsewhere with smart shopping. Ugh

I always shop at Marketbasket and today was no different. I bought 6 steamed lobsters which were so small my husband couldnt believe they were legal. We got a pound of meat from 6 if that. Very dry and overcooked. Will not make that mistake agsin. Very disappoint ed. I also dont by my meat products there because ive gotten chicken 3 times and it was bad. So were the sausages I bought. So only produce and dry goods cause the prices are great.
