The audiologist was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and explain things to me and very simple terms. I was expecting to walk out with not purchasing hearing aids because of the cost. I was very surprised when she told me what the cost was going to be. I immediately ordered a pair after trying on the sample pair and seeing what a huge difference they made. I would recommend this company highly to anyone looking for hearing aids

Professional, friendly audiologist, Marlene, made my husband and myself comfortable during testing and subsequent purchase. My husband is wheelchair bound and needed new hearing aids. We are pleased with the service provided by HearingLife and assurance they will be available for any subsequent adjustments or problems. Their nearby location is a definite plus!

My hearing aid was damaged. I dropped it off at the Plymouth facility and it was repaired the same day with no charge. Did not have to leave my car. Adam came out to the parking lot . Great service.

Went to hearing life yesterday to get my rechargeable hearing aids replaced and am very happy with them 😇 the staff were very efficient and saw my mom and I right away and allowed my mom to come in with me. I was very uncomfortable with the idea of a 53 year old person needing hearing aids and generally nervous about the whole process. I got to hearing life and I had the best experience which blew my expectations out of the water. The people are very nice and made feel at ease with the newness of this world. The staff was really compassionate and understanding and as they guided me through all the nuances of this experience. Fantastic experience from start to the end, the staffs passion for helping others and showing what they have been missing because of their hearing loss issues was very amazing and infectious. 10 stars for hearing life!!!!

Despite the ongoing Covid issues, my appointments with Hearinglife went better than expected. I had issues with my left hearing aid, made an appointment and dropped it off. Two weeks later I was informed the repair had been made and I scheduled an appointment for pick-up. There were no delays, the staff were following protocols for personal protection and I the atmosphere was friendly yet professional. My hearing aids were programmed and synchronized, then I was assisted with pairing them with my phone!

I was under the impression that they could test my Siemens Pure binax hearings aids to see if they were going week. The technician did not have the software to do the test.I was not ready to purchase new hear aids until I found out if mine were operating properly.

This practice is just wonderful! Every member of the team is thoughtful, patient, efficient and knowledgable. Whenever we have a problem withy elderly Mom’s hearing aids, questions, broken parts, etc., they are available, caring and fix things within days, sometimes immediately!

I received important news about my hearing loss. Previously I had quit using hearing aids because they were uncomfortable. But I received smaller endcaps, which solved that problem, so I have resumed using the hearing aids again.

Outside of door being locked on arrival when trying to get in staff friendly and helpful took time to lesson to all concerns and tried to come up with solutions
