We have used Life Storage in Plymouth for almost 2 years now. The place is clean and the staff is always there to help and answer questions. I wouldnt think of using another storage location for my Commercial storage needs anywhere else.

The worst customer service you can experience: I have three times tried to use this company for rental trucks. First time, they werent renting due to the pandemic. Second time, they never called back. Third time, I made a reservation on line and when I went to pick up the truck at 2:00 p.m. they had closed for the day. I called their number and their solution was to drive 45 minutes away. Then they put me on hold for 10-15 minutes to get a refund, I hung up before even being connected. I would avoid in spite of all the positive reviews.

Sarah is amazing! She is the facilities manager and she ABSOLUTELY goes above and beyond. If you need storage in or around this area, I’d STRONGLY RECOMMEND you go here and Sarah will always treat you right!

Also wanted to mentuon the professional experience and courtesy of the office as I had to work with them remotely due to my Moms passing tbis past April. The staff were more than accomodating on her behalf and knew her very well in her own interactions whenever there. She also spoke highly of this business and the welcoming personalities in her dealings. As for the unit itself, fairly standard, easy access (but secure) and staff worked quickly with providing after hours access via 24 hr code to assure I had enough time to empty as needed to settle her estate. Thank you all so much again!

Both Sarah and Bob were amazing! Bob helped me over the phone, rent a truck and got me all the information I needed to make sure my reservation was all set. When I got there Sarah I as wonderful. On Dec 28, 2020, we showed up at the facility in Plymouth Massachusetts at 9:40 AM (they open at 9:30 AM).There was no one in the office (and, walking through the facility, we saw no one), all of the drive-through gates were wide open, the doors to the climate controlled storage rooms were likewise open (we walked right in), the climate control section of the facility was like a refrigerator, it was so cold, and there were piles of trash in the climate controlled building.We called customer service, who called the facility but couldnt explain why no one was there and laughed when we said that they had lost a potential customer given how unsecured the facility was.We cant even offer a mediocre rating for what we saw.

I went to the storage unit with 2 little kids who were trying to help me move from one unit to the next, she saw we were struggling & got her golf cart and too many trips for me THANK GOD!!!! Moved to the area in a hurry and needed a place to store half of our stuff. The owner was very accommodating and helpful to us during our move. Even after our first month payment did not go through on our end and they very politely and professionally worked with me to get my account back up and running. Great!

Renting a Penske truck for move to Colorado (not there yet) and chose life storage based on location and positive feedback on google.The staff are all courteous and extremely knowledgeable in regard to their rental trucks which are all newer and well maintained. If you need a rental truck in this area definitely call them first and save yourself a lot of time and trouble, they will take care of you.

The service here is excellent. Sarah, Bob and Jim are always friendly and helpful. They have helped us many times in a pinch with both storage units and moving van/truck. The storage units are clean and easily accessible. I would definitely recommend this as the place for long or short term storage, or moving rentals/supplies.

Great storage facility. I was in a non-climate controlled unit and all of my stuff stayed extremely dry and protected from the elements. Access roads were maintained clean and plowed and grounds are maintained immaculate.Staff was always responsive, friendly and courteous.I will definitely go back when I need extra storage space

Always nice and friendly people here, prices are better than any other place Ive checked out and they have more than enough storage lockers for all your needs. Just recently downsized and it was the easiest transition. Had carts to use for free and they even made sure the new locker was close to the old one for an easy swap. Great place!

After seven or so years I just closed out my account with the Plymouth location. Closing out my account was super easy, they were very accommodating, they removed the lock for me because I couldn’t find the key, they also loaned me a lock for the few days that I needed a new lock in order to move everything out. They were really easy to work with even though they were losing my business. If I ever need a storage unit again I will definitely go there and hopefully they’ll have one available for me. I know many people who have storage units at other places and it seems like their stories are always really negative and the customer experience has been bad at other storage companies. That was not at all my experience at uncle Bob’s Plymouth location and I highly recommend them.

Ive had storage spaces elsewhere and run into problems (rude staff, water damage, etc). That has not been the case here. Very pleased with the facility as well as the staff. I have just rented a unit again for the summer. I was a customer last year and I was more than impressed with the professionalism of the staff they are very helpful and always accommodating. The compound is covered with cctv and with the key code gates and is kept very tidy all the time. Highly recommended

I moved from out of state and had a storage for a year. During the year had to move to a larger unit and eventually had to open a second unit. Bob and Sarah have been most accommodating throughout all the changes. They make stressful times a lot better with their effort and willingness to help in any way that they can. Ive rented storage space(s) at Life Storage, and before the name change, Uncle Bobs, since the late 1990s. Ive seen managers come and go but never has the service, or attention wavered. Everyone has been personable, helpful, and courteous. Ive especially enjoyed Sarah and Bob. I can catch up on the latest policy changes, enjoy a friendly chat, and take care of business in a professional environment, yet be made to feel as though I am a part of the Life Storage community myself. Never has their greeting faltered, nor the sincerity of their concern for how Im doing, Whats new?, or Hows your health?, ever taken a back seat. I rented a climate-controlled storage unit. I found it to be a secure place to store my items while I was between housing. The area was always kept neat and clean. Every time I went into the office the staff was courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend.

I always walk in to pay my bill and Sarah and Bob always address me by name. Its nice to go into a place with the amount of people they have that rent and they remember my name. They are always courteous and helpful. They are also very understanding about things when life happens and I am a couple of days late.

After my condo sold quickly, I needed to move out the contents into storage quickly. Life Storage made it easy. They had PENSKE trucks available onsite. The storage area is secure yet easy to move in and out. In fact, I quickly grew out of my storage unit and was able to secure a larger unit in close proximity to the existing unit so I was able to consolidate into the large unit.

Drove back home from a winter in Florida and went to see Sarah at the Plymouth facility where we had the 5th wheel stored last year. Took about 2 minutes to get my spot (after a little shuffling) and had an excellent experience. Wouldnt go anywhere else👍

The Plymouth Uncle Bobs is great. Very friendly, helpful staff and always attentive to the buildings. I locked my unit incorrectly one time and they called within a day of that visit to tell me they found it unlocked. Great service.
