I was living near Plymouth Minnesota in 2019 and needed a safe affordable storage space. I chose this location because the staff there is so phenomenal.The manager and one of the representatives Tiana have really been gracious towards helping me keep my unit with my personal belongings.. Covid 19 put me out of work and its been tough just keeping up with my payments. I am now living 10 hours away. But f you want a storage facility that cares and epitomizes excellent customer service . I highly recommend you go to this facility they are the best in the Midwest!!!!!

Great experience with renting a unit at this location. Rachel was great from the beginning. Consistently checking in over the phone to make sure I was going to make it to the move-in time. My wife and I have just moved to Plymouth Minnesota last week. We definitely needed a storage unit near our new home. Having been a former stock holder of Public Storage, I was looking for a Public Storage branch that was close to our new home. I was happily surprised to see that there were at least 3-4 locations that suited our criteria. I must say that in all the locations we visited, each of the clerks were very friendly and helpful. We finally chose the Public Storage location just off Hwy. 169 in Plymouth, MN.We were particular impressed with Rachael, who was not only friendly, but very informative. She spent the time with us, explained the details of the rental and was patient in answering our questions. In addition, she gave us many helpful tips on preparing our items for storage . When we left the office, we felt comforted that our precious goods (not necessarily monetarily valuable but meaningful to us) would be safe and secure there. We came back and signed up for an 10x15 unit with Rachael. I am happy to see that Public Storage retains good dedicated employees like her.Michael Tan M.D.

I have recently started renting here, and have had an awesome experience so far! When I first walked in Rachel greeted me with a friendly, welcoming smile. She was more than willing to answer any questions I had. (Considering this is my first experience with a storage unit). She was thorough and very helpful. Best customer service Ive experienced in a while. I definitely would refer anybody to this location, as I know I will happily be renting here for as long as I need.

Well managed facility and great customer service. Booked a unit that ended up being too small and was able to change it same-day without any delays, issues, or hassles. Simple as that.

First of all, I truly believe in acknowledging those who are worthy of acknowledgement and the service that I received when I visited this particular facility would fall into that category. Upon entering the facility I was quickly greeted with a smile by a young lady behind the counter (Rachel) in a very professional manner. I explained to her that this was my first experience with Public Storage and she assured me that she would do everything that she could to make it a comfortable experience. She was very patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. She even took me around the property to view multiple rental units to ensure that I obtained the proper size (which was good because I had severely underestimated the amount of space that I would need when booking online).After making a decision she took me back to the office to complete the paperwork. Rachel was very thorough in her explanation of each document and confirmed that I understood what I was signing prior to moving on to the next form. As an insurance professional I understand the importance properly explaining contracts and I believe she did an exceptional job. She also made sure that I was aware of the variety of products and supplies offered by Public Storage to assist with the move and storage of my belongings. SHE WAS GREAT!!! Because of how Rachel treated me as a customer I hope to ONLY deal with her in the future and have referred others to this particular facility.

Rachel is incredible. She sold us on the unit and the customer service that she would provide to us. We are in and out a lot with staging furniture that has to stay clean, dry and odor free. We look forward to moving our things from the old location to this new one.

You know when you try to go somewhere and you check out a place because you want to rent a storage unit and then you start coming up on flaws and things that Lake you think twice about renting or even choosing a place that doesnt chop up their eyes or put salt down on the ice I slept in fall in their property behind their Gates and all she had to do old are you okay well I landed on my phone now my phone has a crack in it which my phone is brand new now I have to go and replace my phone I find that lack of doing your job making sure that safety is first especially for a storage unit thats out doors should be salty cleared away from the doors so that way you can get in and out I just felt very unsafe putting my personal possessions in a place that had lack of discipline when it came to making sure that Safety First it has security but thats all they have cameras and a security code you have a lock on your storage unit but anyone can bust into that anyone someone can jump the fence bus lock get their your personal possessions you would never know it so I give this to SARS because it was nothing but negative flies that I came across that moment that ended up making me do my research online for another storage unit which I found and I gave that place by stars and rented from them there is too many negative laws on Public Storage so I do not recommend putting the personal possessions here unless you dont care on what you have with what I say I would rather go to a place that is secured and safe to walk around and plus to I get to drive in to my new storage place instead of freezing my butt off trying to unload my stuff into a storage unit which is not temperature control and if there is a blood well you do have renters insurance but still where Im at now I dont have to worry about any of that at this new place they have different storage unit the lowest they have is a 3.4 Public Storage has a 5.5 which I think fine too big for myself so go with and do your research public storage and other storage units that might a suit you better so youre not feeling like youre putting your stuff in jeopardize way anyways thank you

I dont know how ANYONE could give this location anything less than 5 stars. Rachel provided me with excellent customer service. She was very detailed and definitely knew what she was talking about. She was very kind and courteous. Ive rented from other public storages and this is by far the best. I would definitely recommend this location to any one looking for a unit.

Probably the best experience you can have renting a storage unit! Rachel the manager was amazingly helpful. She quickly and clearly explained everything I needed to know with a wonderful attitude. The facility is nice, secure and has a very convenient location.

I had an appointment at 5 PM with Rachel and I was 15 minutes late, even though it was getting too late to actually put me into a new rental she was gracious enough to do it for me. She took her time explaining everything and I definitely appreciate everything she’s done. I’d recommend this location I’ve tried several other locations and was met with rude customer service and I appreciate how kind and nice she was. This is by far the best location and I would send my friends here.

Rachel helped me and sister-in-law get into a storage unit the same day and was extremely helpful and polite. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. The unit itself was clean and well kept. It would have been 5 stars were it not for a 25 minute wait. We had an appointment, but someone walked in and was taken care of first. Once Janae was done with him, all was well. Rachel was the manager I dealt with at this location. She was very nice and easy to deal with. But be warned that if you dont get a unit during one of their sales it may be pricey so heads up.

Update to review...Very unsatisfied with my 6 months at public storage. Unit leaks water very badly. Most importantly they increase the rate after 6 months. So the rate offered WILL increase after six months because its introductory. Mine was nearly 25%. Also, I was offered a lock purchase discount to leave a positive review on google.

Rachel, the property manager, really seems to care about the facility. She was seen cleaning the property, and she even stopped one time to check in. I appreciated how she addresses the property maintenance and well-being of the renters.

Rachel helped me with all my needs. She has great customer service and a wonderful attitude. She was very helpful I will definitely recommend this location!
