If zero was an option then zero it would be. No one here is able to do anything to help find a package that FedEx insists was being delivered there. For days now Ive been trying to get my last tire. Ive called FedEx customer service and this office over and over with no help. I just get told its on the truck but then nothing gets delivered. The lady at this facility just says she cant do anything and tells me to call customer service again. Im sure this place will be closed down for poor service soon enough.
I was returning an order from Walmart.com using the FedEx located at the Plymouth store. I put the return item in a FedEx reusable envelope that I had from another shipment I had received. I was told that they couldnt use that envelope because it was for express shipments and returns are ground delivered. So he put it in another plastic envelope and wanted to charge me $3.14 for it. I refused to pay it because that seemed to be an internal Fedex issue. He said hed have to pay out of his pocket. I called the next day and spoke to a supervisor. He said FedEx is now putting on Express reusable labels that they cannot be reused for ground shipments. He also said it was inappropriate for the employee to try and shame me into paying. I said FedEx should have a way to override the charge in that situation so the employee wouldnt have to ..
