Best business center ever! I love knowing about this spot, convenient location and a million great services you mag not think of. I stop here to print or scan documents. They have a 3D printer, they can package, ship & much more. The other night I was in a jam needed to send out W2s the two women that helped me were extremely helpful and empathetic to my emergency and it got done with no stress. HIGHLY recommend checking this gem out.
Every time I visit this UPS store I am always helped by a man named Joe. He is so helpful, nice and professional. Every time I leave I always think to my self “he is such a nice guy. Working in a place like UPS can’t be easy. They offer lots offer lots of services and now take Amazon returns, which I imagine brings in more customers. Joe is always the same genuine guy and always helpful with every customer. Thanks Joe for making the UPS store in Plymouth the best.
I am a frequent customer here at the UPS store and Gretchen and Alexis, as well as the rest of the team, are always warm, courteous and wonderful no matter if there is a long line or just you alone. Wonderful experience every time I go into the store. The employees are quick (as they can be given the volume of business they do) and super helpful. If I have packages to mail it is worth the extra few minutes to drive over here just for the customer service.

Pretty good UPS location. I came in to drop off packages and was helped within seconds. The staff were very helpful in answering my questions and taking care of my labels. Will definitely come to this location more often.
I highly recommend the UPS Store in Plymouth. I have used their printing services for both my business and personal needs. Not only is their work immaculate, but the turnaround is quick and the staff is accommodating. Most recently, due to my own error, I needed to have a collage reprinted twice. Joe was very patient and helpful. The end result was beautiful! If you havent tried the UPS Store in Plymouth, you should. You wont be sorry!
Pleasant staff, clean place.....but you have to update your computer system. Major delays with old windows software, and the two young clerks had to deal with restless middle agents through no fault of their own( which they handled well). It is a relatively small investment for optimal customer service
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were able to pack up even my fragile glass gifts and ship them to my family. Everything arrived perfect! Highly recommend if you dont want to do it your self or have fragile stuff, they even offer insurance!
I shipped an FM receiver to California. The total cost including shipping was about $120. UPS mishandled the item and it was damaged. Working with this store to make the claim was a breeze. Rather than going through the regular channels for claims I was able to just email the store. They handled everything. When UPS only reimbursed me about half of the total, the store itself ended up reimbursing the remaining amount.
Rude employees; poor customer service; I asked to see a package being wrapped and was told youre micromanaging. Well, Im paying for it, right??? I now drive out of my way to another UPS store further from me because Id rather deal with employees who are courteous, not snotty.

Horrible!! Went to pick up my item at 3:55 PM. Doors locked, gates and registers closed down. Suppose to close at 4 pm. Couldnt pick up my item because of work schedule any other day. They sent it back to Macys. Macys says someone named Jason signed for the package and it was delivered to me. No,.... it wasnt. JASON works at UPS! Where is my item, Jason? Macys wont credit me back for non-delivery now.
Joe the Manger very unprofessional. Does not stand up for his service.dosent not explain procedures correctly. I paid for an overnight package to be delivered over nite.it didnt get there til 2 days later.i paid 83.99 .He could not explain why it didnt get delivered there on time.he would tell me he would find out why ups would not at least refund 69.99.after over a month he had Jason tell me 9.99 is for fuel.and I just found this sat.If anyone is using his service I would STRONGLY TELL YOU NOT TO GO THERE OR HAVE THEM PICK IT UP THEY CHARGE YOU 14.99 JUST TO PICK IT UP.WHAT COST 10.00 OF MY LITTLE GRANDAUGHTER STUFF TO BE SHIPPED I ENDED UP PAYING 83.99.AS FOR THE OWNER.HE NEVER HAD THE DECENCY TO EVEN CALL ME TO APPOLIGIZE OR EVEN JUST TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION. I WILL REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU
