Awesome customer service, they definitely go above and beyond to get you what you need.

These guys showed up to the front door of my family members home who I stay with. They pounded on the door and were extremely demanding and ignorant to my aunt who had no idea who they were. It’s almost 7pm, dark, and they’re acting shady. I took out a payday loan and due to unforeseen circumstances I wasn’t able to make my first payment. They have called me several times a day since the due date and now to show up in person. She told me I had to pay now. Like I can just magically pull money out of nowhere. Luckily I have been working with a reputable attorney who is going to take care of this for me. Otherwise I would question the extent of their collection methods. It’s harassment and unethical, so do your research before you do business with them or any other loan shark who charges ungodly interest rates.

Colortyme is bar far the most fairly priced courteous rent to own business in Pocatello. They get you into exactly what you want without pushing for anything more. Their delivery and set up service is exceptionally fast and their techs go above and beyond to make sure your installation is running as it should and care about their work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for necessities for their home. Customer service is absolutely wonderful, truly caring and understanding people.

This place is absolutely horrible and the workers are atrocious. Im not even a ColorTyme customer, but Ive witnessed firsthand how these people are. I was at my mothers home when two workers banged on the door; when I opened the door, a bald man tried to shove his way past me and enter the home. Even though I asked him to step out of the house several times he continued to try and push past me, even going as far as to place his hands on me. I told him quite a few times to step out onto the porch and each time he refused. It was clear he was scaring my kids and even though they were in a visible state of panic he continued to try and shove past me. At one point he was shouting curse words and hollering in my face. Eventually his coworker told him to step outside and he finally complied. I then called the police and while I waited for them to arrive he stood outside the home banging on the walls. I tried numerous times to tell him that the matter did not involve me and I couldnt allow him into the house without my mothers consent. However, he only became more belligerent with each passing minute. The cops came and he was told to leave. Said worker is also banned from coming into my property because of the way he conducted himself. I believe this is no way to run a business and these men should be ashamed of themselves. Trying to frighten a woman and three little kids is low.

Zack the manager in the Pocatello location is amazing very helpful and could probably sell you an empty box and you would leave feeling happy about that purchase all around wonderful and happy with the help we have received from him!

Great selection and you cant beat the prices. Plus they have quite a few unique products here that you wont find anywhere else. Zander is great to work with and will always help you the best he can. Forget aarons and rent-a-center. With thoose guys you pay way to much and get screwed. Not here. Here they care about you as a customer and will do what they can to help. Plus. The same day delivery is a huge bonus.
