These guys sell the best appliances in the area. Best prices. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Would not purchase appliances anywhere else. This place is the real deal.

We are done shopping around, we always end up buying here anyway. After getting the run around from the big box stores in Pocatello (less than knowledgeable employees, low or no stock, not knowing what they actually have in stock etc etc) we always end up at Pocatello Electric. The employees are intelligent, polite, honest, knowledgeable people who actually listen to customers. Your name and what you’ve purchased stays on file which means never having to track down warranty papers or part numbers. Just give them a call and they’ll help you out. We’ve purchased all our appliances here and never had anything other than a quick, painless, enjoyable experience. Delivery and installation has always gone great and is timely. Prices are very competitive and often less expensive (sometimes significantly less) than those awful big box stores.

Skip the box stores and support this local business. The staff here is upfront and honest with no hidden gimmicks. This is our second time buying appliances from this store and I couldnt be happier. Wife felt a box store would give us a better deal some how. We saved hundreds by shopping at Pocatello Electric.

Was not impressed with their service, after my order was placed they couldnt be bothered with my questions or working with me regarding exact measurements and whether or not the washer and dryer would fit. I always shop local first but after the poor service I received I went to a bigger brand store and got the same washer and dryer for $600 cheaper and no delivery fee.

Pocatello electric is a great place for appliances. They are affordable and friendly. Bought a dryer 3 years ago and purchased a washer this weekend. Much better than the big box stores!!

I bought a washer and dryer from them over 5 years ago. Still works great. In November, my moms dryer quit working. I took her to Pocatello Electric and we found the perfect dryer that was in our price range. The staff was so friendly and prompt. They told her that they would deliver to her house. I bought a floor model 28 cu., 3 door fridge. But I wanted white instead of gray. They had to order one, they dont carry white anymore. They delivered the fridge, set it up, and left. I called them the next day and asked about the size I had. They told me it was a 22 inch. Not what I ordered. They said that the fridge didnt come in a 28 cu. I asked why they didnt tell me that when I was ordering the white one. They said Id have to pay more for the 28cu. The floor model was paid for at one price. They wanted more for white 28cu. Wont be back, stuck with 22cu. When I paid for 28cu!!!!!

This place is outstanding! The selection of in-stock items is great, so if you need an appliance that day, youre not going to be disappointed. They carry quality brands that arent overpriced. The people here treat you like a person, and are glad to help you find what youre looking for. Troy was awesome and didnt pressure or rush the sell.

Went in to find a new washer and dryer. The sales staff was great. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. We bought a brand new set and had them deliver and install. The guys the delivered and installed our new washer and dryer were very professional and had the old set out and new set in in no time. We will be going back in we ever need new appliances!

Nice local owned appliance dealer. We purchased our appliances from them years ago. They always helped us out when we had questions or issues. Now they only carry Whirlpool branded companies. I wish they had others.

Pocatello Electric its where I bought all the appliances for our new home I did have problems and cleaning my oven door between the glass so I took it apart thinking I could handle it myself but was unable to put it back together they suggested I bring the door down and I did and they were able to put it all back together for me so I am very grateful
