Our experience here was amazing! I highly recommend John and Carlos in this body shop. I was so freaked out since I dropped my wedding band in the gearbox couple of days ago. There was no way we could find it by ourselves, so we called multiple auto shops. But all other places didnt even want to take a look at it, which made us feel worse. Furthermore, we had a flight to catch in the afternoon, so we were so worried that we might not be able to find it. Luckily, my husband found this place and the service here was just awesome! We met John and Carlos, and they really seemed to help us out with finding my wedding band! I was really worried that I might not be able to find it, since we already drove quite a while after I lost it in the gearbox. However they really didnt give up and gave us the hope to find it. After they struggled it for a while we eventually found it! Not only the actual help they gave us to find the ring, I really appreciate their kindness to calm me down and please us to feel better. For us, it was a real help, rather than the service they are providing to the customer. No other places would have done this for us, and we might have not had this great moment without John and Carlos, thank you so much! :)

The last time I had my car fixed by another auto body repair shop in Pocatello, I had a mediocre experience. My car was returned to me dirty, it smelled like oil and chemicals, and the work was incomplete and shabby. To add insult to injury, the employees were rude when I tried to adress those issues.My experience with J&J was excellent. Every aspect of their business provides superior quality, fair pricing, friendly employees, prompt updates. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately someone hit me so I ended up here. Great service. I had small issues like the time it took to repair my vehicle and an error by someone booking the appointment I had to add my decal back on my vehicle. Either way the guy that assisted me was understanding and fixed the problem.

It was my first time having to go through the process of taking care of car damage, and it was such a relief going through this process with J&Js. The service was extremely patient, genuine, and kind. Not only that, they were organized, worked quickly, and were one of the most accommodating group of staff I had ever met! What could have been stressful was actually pretty pleasant! Highly recommend!!

These guys do good work if your insurance is flipping the bill. If you wana work done outside insurance coverage they will bid there way right out of the job.

Fantastic job. They made sure to keep in touch while my car was in for repairs. When I got it back, I couldnt tell that there had been damage to it! Theyll be first on my list should I ever need body work again.

In February of 2016 I had a head-on, low-speed collision on an ice covered road. Thankfully, everyone was okay. Unfortunately, my truck sustained $12k in damage. I made calls around to trusted locals for recommendations on Auto Body Shops in Pocatello, and almost everyone said J&J. I called J&J and Roy helped me to arrange a tow truck. He was up front with me about time frames, suggesting a minimum of 3 weeks for repair given the extent of the damages, as well as the fact that apparently everyone had an accident after this particular ice storm.At one point I needed several things out of my truck prior to a trip, and I called and arranged for someone at the shop to retrieve them for me. When I arrived the items were waiting for me, and they even had a sucker for my kid. The job ended up taking 2 weeks longer than the initial estimate, and that is a very long time to be without a vehicle. Fortunately, Roy communicated delays to me and the staff was always very polite and cordial with me when I would get frustrated over delays. When I finally received my truck back, it looked and ran just like nothing had ever happened, and J&J provided a warranty and stands by their work. Im confident that in the future if I have any issues, they will work with me to resolve them. I would have no hesitations in recommending J&J Auto Body in the future.

Even with my map program it took me 20 minutes and a phone call to find this building. I was there for a Geico adjustor. That went fine. But finding the building was a nightmare

Our car was badly damaged last month. We didnt know where to have it towed. We took it to J & J at random. It turned out that it was going to cost more to fix than it would cost to buy a similar car, so we opted to junk it. J & J let us store the car in their lot for THREE WEEKS with no charge! Even though we werent paying them to fix anything, and really, they were getting nothing from us. They never pressured us to hurry up or tried to charge us to store it. They recommended some places to junk it and even helped me get the license plate off when one of the screws was rusted on; a guy just walked up and used his drill to cut out the screw.I cant say enough good things about their compassion and customer service when you are going through a hard time. If I ever need an auto body repair, Im coming here!

Way too expensive for an autobody work. Came in there to get an appraisal for a fleet vehicle, they have tried to upsell unnessesary additions. When requested an explanation their reply was oh, it is all computerized quote Apparently, there is something wrong with their software if I came looking to fix two doors and their computer suggests to replace a front bumper.
