Ive always enjoyed going to Les Schwab tire center. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always try to give you the best deal. Im very impressed with the cleanliness of the store especially the bathrooms!

Waited for almost 2 and a half hours for them to complete a flat repair when there was only one other customer in the building. Poor professionalism expressed in every way. All technicians were running around and goofing off in the three bay areas rather than completing the only two jobs they had at that time. Very disappointing and will go elsewhere for tire repairs.

Phenomenal service. We don’t live in Pocatello but our tire pressure light came on and they took care of us incredibly fast and were above and beyond friendly.

I got a great set of new tires for a reasonable price. They were very quick to get them installed and have me on my way. Lady at the counter was very friendly and knowledgable.

We have had the Murray, Utah store align our wreckers for years. Now that we are in Idaho we thought we might get the same service. WRONG. We totally rebuilt the front end before taking it to get aligned. The guy who was supposed to align it said that most of the front end parts needed replacing and wanted over $800 to fix it before aligning it. We chose to take the truck to Jacks Tire and Oil in Logan their technician said that the front end was tighter than most new trucks that he has aligned. I wont be back. Dan, Associated Towing Idaho

I had a flat tire. Went in right after work on New Year’s Eve I didn’t know they were closed. They took my car to look at it and turned out my tire was worse than expected and Front tires were bold were it wasn’t safe to drive to Boise. They stayed late so I can have a safe trip to get my kids. Thank you so much and I appreciate it. They were so friendly and go above and beyond.

I am very disappointed in Les Schwab! We have used Les Schwab in Murray Utah for many years and have received quality service! Now that we live in Idaho we decided to try the Les Schwab in Pocatello, we have a lot of vehicles and have bought a lot of tires and had many alignments done and had quality service from the Les Schwab in Murray. We didnt have the same experience with this location. We took one of our one ton wreckers, which our repair shop had just completed replacing all the front end components and needed to be aligned, we made an appointment and told them we would be waiting for the truck. They got the truck in shortly after we arrived and within a short time one of the employees told us that the front end was bad and needed to be replaced. We informed him that this had already been done, so this could not be right. We were then told that it had not been done right and needed to be redone and that we should return to the shop that replaced the front end and yell at them. When we told them that it was out shop that did the repairs, so we know it was done right, we were told again that it was not and they could not do an alignment. We decided to take the truck to Jacks tire in Logan the next day the alignment was done without any problems, when I talked with the man who aligned it from Jacks he told me that the front end was fine, but the truck was way out of alignment, which we already knew. We were looking for a shop that we could trust to do quality work and that we could send our own personal trucks and even refer customers to, this will not be Les Schwab in Pocatello! I feel like they are dishonest and just want to make more money from there customers. If we had not done the repairs ourself we might have believed them and had to spend over $800.00 to replace a front end that did not need to be replaced, how many other customers do they do this to that dont know about their vehicles, so they need to be able to trust the repair shop they take it to. I feel like they take advantage of their customers and they are more about how much money they can make, then about honest, quality service we will not be returning to this location!

This is the 2nd time Les Schwab has rescued me. I had to make a trip and got caught in a snowstorm and ice, they helped me with my tires. Very knowledgeable and most importantly saved me money.

I work nights and I called after 13 hour shift. They got me in right away. Thirty minutes later flat was fixed. They never pushed new tires because tread was good. Been to tons of other places who push new tires first. Really satisfied.

First time needing tire service after moving here and like any new place you wonder where to go. Definitely found a great place, with great attitudes and amazing service!I went in to have a flat taken care of and the day before Thanksgiving I was just a bit worried about buying a new tire or getting nickeled and dimed. This was definitely not the case. They were able to repair my tire, checked the air in all the others and get me in my way in about 30.Immensely grateful for their service they offered today. With everything going on in the world right now, the holidays all rolling in, it was so nice and such a surprise to have such amazing service. I would definitely recommend them and now a loyal customer.

Im glad I stopped into this conveniently located Les Schwab store. My battery has been acting up and at the time we were in a big hurry and it was close to closing time. They came out and checked the battery very quickly and did a thorough job. They were all very friendly and helpful.

Amazing customer service! I needed an alignment done about 1.5hr before close as an emergency and they took me in and made it happen! Terrible service. I went in to get my tires rotated. They told me I needed new tires and wouldnt rotate my tires I bought there. Talk about a money grab!!! Will not return you should do the same!!! Id rather take my vehicle to Walmart or even dealer. What a freaking joke.

New update on my review for this place. New management has taken over and its just not the same. Unwilling to cover warranties, documentation for various services undocumented. I was a huge fan of this store. They always treated me with respect and were very helpful. I am very sadden to see that what I really loved about this store has gone to the wayside. Had a tire go down no where near a Les Schwab. Needed to replace the tire due to side wall puncher. Vehicle is a alwheel drive so that ment all 4 tires had to be replaced. Called the store explained what was going on to see what would happen once I was home. Was informed they would be more than happy to take care of me once I was able to make it back in the store. In sort upon arrival I was told i would be given a $100 for my tires for warranty. $1800 worth of tires with 12k miles on them and they offered up a $100. I know its like me spitting in your face but thats all i can offer is what I was told. I will never purchase tires or use any services provided by them again. I feel like customer service has gone by the wayside.Update to the response back from owner. The manager was the individual I spoke with on this subject matter. Atleast he called himself a manager. Tires rated for 65,000 miles made it 12,000.

I would go somewhere else. Have taken multiple tires in to them (purchased from them) with problems losing air multiple times and on 2 different vehicles and they say there is nothing wrong yet they still go flat. Just took them back in and now they are saying its the wheels yet the wheels were in good enough shape for them to put tires on them and also they said they checked them and there was no leak 10 minutes earlier. This is the same location that left a wheel loose on my diesel and it came off on the freeway. Would recommend going...... anywhere else first.

I COULD TELL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WAY MY VEHICLE FELT DRIVING . ALTHOUGH A BIT COSTLY THE REPAIRS WERE NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN A DEGREE OF SAFETY. I DROVE. AN, 18 WHEELER FOR 16 YEARS RACKED UP OVER A MILLION AND A HALF MILES ALL OVER THE LOWER 48 AND PROVENCES OF CANADA. SO I KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT BEING OUT THERE

Les Schwab is THE place to go to for anything wheel-related. They have great products, and youre covered against flats (as long as the tire is a Les Schwab tire). Their waiting room is comfortable, and has a few amenities to pass the time. They have stores, all over the western united states.

Took my 2020 F-350 truck in for an alignment with brand new rims and tires the alignment tech scratched the all four of my rims and my rims were ceramic coated and now they will not honor the fact that they need to replace what I had exactly. I WILL NEVER do business with them again.

My car care center of choice. They have great employees who are always professional. They have fair prices for the most part but Im not sure if they match prices but another business close by ( Im not going to say there name out of respect for Les Schwab.) offers both axle alignment for $89 and theres is $110. Should offer a discount of any kind to military members or vets.hat only because the car wash next door does and its sad that our military men and women arent recognized if at all like they should be.

We were headed to Moab, UT and noticed we had a tire on our motorhome not looking right. We pulled in to Les Schwab at 6:45 a.m. and were so thankful that Justin, the Asst. Manager, came out to take a look at our tire (they open at 8 a.m.). The rest of the staff came on at 8, took excellent, professional care of us and down th road we will be heading shortly. Been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Needed to mount some tires on existing wheels to go on one of my company trucks, and they wouldn’t do it because I didn’t buy everything from that store. I was in Idaho falls Saturday and did the same thing on a different truck with no questions or issues. I will be taking my personal and business vehicles elsewhere now for all my needs. It’s a bummer when loyalty is rewarded like this.

I went in for an alignment on all four tires which cost about $110. They have a comfortable waiting area and seemed attentive to my concerns. If I could make one suggestion it would be to have the employees ask me if their were any issues I wanted addressed before they took my car back. Other than that it was a pleasant experience and they did a good job.Note: they will not perform the alignment if anything needs to be replaced e.g. tie rod ends or bearings.

These folks have taken very good care of me. I had a flat and they came out and fixed it for free. I bought 4 tires from them; later one got a slow leak and they fixed that for free! Oh yes—free popcorn in the waiting room.

We ALWAYS go to Les Schwab for our tire maintenance needs, even if we didnt get the current tires there. Theyre fast and friendly. They have a really nice updated waiting area.

These guys have always been fair with me as a matter of fact a different price matched Big O Tires for the replacement of my tires. I also bought my battery through them for my car and my battery died I took my battery in they tested it and found that other bad battery and they replace a battery for me for the prorated cost. The staff there has always been energetic and helpful and friendly and always seems like theyre hustling to get the work done. So these are the reasons why I gave it a 5-star review.

Awhile back I took my car to Les Schwab on Yellowstone for a simple alignment and in the middle of the process I received a phone call from the mechanic saying I need to replace a bunch of parts that I was pretty certain didn’t need to be replaced. After further investigation outside of the business I quickly found out that I was correct... they wanted me to pay well over $500 for things that were perfectly intact and in fact DID NOT need replaced.Yesterday I took my car back into that same Les Schwab on Yellowstone to get one of my tires fixed because it continues to slowly leak air. The tires are under warranty there and I assumed it would just be a quick and easy fix. After about an hour of them having my car the mechanic calls me in the middle of the process and says that they need to replace the lug nuts because they are not the correct ones and they don’t feel comfortable removing them and putting them back on unless I purchased $60 worth of lug nuts from them.I refused of course because something didn’t seem right. So I picked up my car and drove it across town to the Les Schwab on 5th and asked them to please fix the tire losing air. After about 2+ hours of having my car (mind you this store was extremely BUSY) they called me and said everything was done. I asked them what the issue was with the tire losing air and they told me the valve stem needed replaced so it was in fact a fairly quick and simple fix. I then proceeded to ask them what the issue was with the lug nuts on my tires and why the other store refused to remove them. They then told me their was absolutely nothing wrong with them and there shouldn’t have been any reason they couldn’t have done it.This is the second time they have done this to me and tried to screw me over to make money or make a quota or whatever it is they are trying to do! It’s not right and it’s not cool! I’m far to pregnant to deal with this garbage of treatment! My car should have been done in an hour but ended up being in the shop for nearly 4 because of them! Always talk to someone who knows anything about cars if you feel like your mechanic is trying to get you to “fix” or “purchase” ANYTHING in addition to what you came in for!I hate being treated like I’m an idiot! I realize I don’t know much about cars. But I’m not dumb and I know when people are trying to rip me off.BOTTOM LINE!DONT GO TO Les Schwab on Yellowstone!I have been treated poorly every time and nothing ever gets fixed when I take my car in. Waste of time.

Great service, friendly and helpful. For my personal vehicles and the farm. Service tech didnt fix my flats last time I went in, now I have two flat (Rim in the frozen ground) tires in the front. If the vehicle wasnt broken down till my tax return comes in, Id be a bit more upset. We couldnt make it leak.

Very painful experience. Got two new tires on my truck, 30 min job max, was there for over an hour and a half. Had to point out to the employee that he put one tire on backwards. Not happy with this visit at all. Usually get really good service at this location. Guess things have changed. Also, there was no concern for my new aluminum wheels that now have scratches in them.

Dont typically go to Les Schwab, but needed a lawn mower tire repaired and other shops didnt have the correct size of tube to repair. They first attempted to repair the tube, but after finding multiple holes in it they replaced and charged a very reasonable fee. Staff was friendly send service was great.

Most of the employees are being safe with covid19 but some are ignoring it and wearing mask improperly.

Our family was traveling through from out of state and had a valve stem blowout. We pulled tire, left stranded car on the asphalt, and went to Walmart where we bought the tires due to road hazard coverage. They said they had 7 people in front of us so it would be at least 3 hours before they could get to us even given our emergency situation. Given our need to finish our travels and our concerns the car could be towed where we left it, we opted to go to this nearby Les Schwab who took care of us in 20 minutes and only charged me for the valve stem. Ryker did a great job running out and getting right on it when I explained the situation. After I put the tire on, the TPMS light was still on so I drove back over to Les Schwab to have it checked. Ian ran out and updated pressure in all 4 tires right away and explained how to get the sensor to reset. I was quickly back on my way with no additional charge. The lady at the counter (didnt see her name) was also friendly and empathetic. I know Les Schwab may cost a little more, but their quick and friendly service will cause me to think when I need tires again. Turned a tough day into a good customer experience! Great job!

My week was hell, but thankfully theres Les Schwab. I had three flats in one week.. in one instance, my tire was rusted on and I was stranded at work. They came to me (albeit less than .5 miles away) and got the tire off and switched to my donut so I could get to the store. Honest pricing, fair staff, clean store. Im definitely coming back

I recently took in a tire with a nail in it that wasnt purchased from their store and they repaired it for free no questions asked. Usually finding out you have a flat tire means a wasted day spent frustratingly at the mercy of mechanics who can pretty much charge you whatever they want to get going again. We ended up discovering we had a flat tire upon waking up at our hotel, put on an emergency spare and limped over to Les Schwab. The waiting area was nice. They had free popcorn and a TV with a nice vending machine. They got us going within maybe 45 minutes. Not bad guys. And the best part is we knew we needed two new tires, and thats all they tried to sell us--they even offered three different brands of tires with their recommendations on each and let us pick what we wanted. We ended up out of there with two tires and we spent less than I expected to spend on one. Nice!

Checked with an honest mechanic, said it didnt need done anytime soon and said that they keep seeing more and more of this type of thing. It sure is not the same place it used to be, nobody smiles, they act like they are to busy to help, dont get me wrong its not everyone one, there still a few really helpful and smiling ones left, youd figure theyd be Happy we still walk in the door with so much competition in the very close area.

Hit and miss. Just waited 1 1/2 hrs for a job they said would be 30 min. The job was quick, it just took a long time to get the car in.

The staff were friendly and prices reasonable. However my appointment was at 2 pm and I sat and waited until 3:50 for the car to get finished and an hour before it was even in the garage. I received no updates from employees or a heads up that they were behind. Had I known I could have rescheduled or made arrangements so that I didnt have to sit there for 2 hours.

Done alignment, still pulls to the right, only difference is now the steering wheel is straight. Back wasnt even looked at to see why I went through 3 sets of tires in 3000 miles, said maybe somethings be t back there ... Obviously not happy AT ALL ...
