Win Co is great! Their prices are significantly discounted from other stores! You do unload and bag your own groceries. With some items they dont have a lot of variety, frozen meals in particular. They do have fabulous, well-priced produce! The employees are awesome and helpful! I highly recommend shopping at WinCo!♥️

I divorced Costco in Pocatello permanently. Costco can thank the rude/unprofessional local management for this decision. I gladly take all my business to Winco now! This adds up to about $450 a month in food supplies! 10/10 Winco! Great prices, nice staff, competent and professional management. Woot woot!!!

Not surprising the store was very busy. The store at this location is neat, clean and well lit. Was a little surprised 😮 that the prices were higher here then at the store I usually shop out. We live in Blackfoot and drove to Pocatello to run some errands and figured we should go ahead and do our shopping while in town. The upside is that the variety is much better here and the shelves are well stocked. Will return to this store.

The way the store is put together is great. Compared to other stores, they have a diverse selection of items. I dont mind bagging my own groceries.

Low priced grocery store. Much cheaper than Fred Meyer, but not as much extraneous stuff.

Looking for one thing. Walked around for over 20 minutes and found no one to help me. Line was about 20 people. Waist of time. Will shop else where for more money with better help and more cashiers.

Winco has a wide variety of items. We found everything we needed (and then some). We didnt have to wait in line to check out and the items are reasonably priced.

Always a pleasant grocery store to shop at. Big isles, clean and very well lit.

I love Winco. Friendly staff. Clean and full of what you need. The checkout process is quick and simple with the their 2 lanes of traffic for each checker and the safety precautions from COVID have been consistent.

I was very impressed by the prices, particular the meat. Got a very good beef tenderloin and also a pork tenderloin for a good price. I was disappointed that I couldnt use my credit card, had to use a debit card. I guess they probably save money on credit card fees and merchant services, I just get money back on groceries on my credit card so I personally prefer to use it, not a deal breaker by any means though given the good prices. Also they have a lot of bulk items. Itd be nice if they had some additional protections particularly against children reaching into them, but the selection was excellent and we took the opportunity to try some new snacks.

Winch foods is the best supermarket in Pocatello, the staff is friendly and the market is set up in a manner to which everything is easily accessible. 5 stars.

Employees are friendly and the prices are great. Their selection isnt huge but they have a great bulk food section. The only downside is they do not take credit cards, only debit cards. They are my go to grocery

This place has amazing food, employees are so friendly, service is great, really cheap price.

Open 24 hours really does help some people who dont like dealing with all the fuss. However, workers are stocking during later hours.

Overall it’s alright most the staff is friendly besides one specific older bald guy, I didn’t catch his name. He continued to throw items around, frustrated because he was having a hard time scanning something. Made my wife feel like she was at fault even though it was the bald guy that wasn’t capable of scanning an object. If one of my employees treated a customer with disrespect over something so little they would lose their job, but then again we’re a professional business.

Great selection. Prices are low. Has bulk food section. Deli is good with Sub sandwiches, fried chicken, rotisserie chicken, cheese and deli meats,. Checkouts can be slow when busy. Has self checkouts but the machines fault a lot because the scales read wrong. Open 24 hrs so easy to avoid the crowd. Make sure you check the dates on Winco brand bread. Just bought a loaf, paid full price and its sell by date was today. I forgot to check in the store.

Not sure the savings is worth the hassle of bagging every your self... I guess if your only getting a few things is different.

Its OK, I usually go at night, so the isles are stacked up in the isles. You cant get a cart through. I did ask someone for help finding something and they were helfull and polite.

We always shop at winco when we are in pocatello. Prices are great and so is the selection. Today when we went in we were looking for a honey glazed ham. The gentleman working in the meat department, I think his name was Craig was absolutely amazing. They didnt have honey glazed hams but he suggested a glaze sauce. Well after that he checked several locations for the glaze. We were extremely impressed with him going above and beyond. His customer service was amazing couldnt have asked for better!

I am Done with Winco foods. Pricing marked wrong on Items & spoke with Manager about it, was told it would be fixed. come in 3 days later Same Item Priced Higher on Item than Marked sign price. I asked about a price on some fish. Whats the Price? Employee asked how much do you want? I said I want a Price per LB. Employee will NOT give me a price unless I tell him how much I want. (that would depend on the PRICE!) I guess I dont need it.Today I get in line to pay, I am 3rd in line. When I start putting Items up Cashier turns off her light & says she is CLOSED I need to go to another line. I am DONE shopping at this Pocatello Location & all other locations

The manager of this store, that was working around 5ish was the most inappropriate unprofessional person I have ever met. I had to send some money to my friend in another city and I had a dead phone. I lightly plugged my phone into the wall to charge so I could get my friends info. The lady working at the counter said do NOT USE OUR OUTLET to change your phone. I asked for a manager and as soon as he came up to us he was very rude and didnt even hear our side bof the story. He said he does not have to explain there policies to us. I was abpaying customer and ill never go back again and I will let everyone know to go to Walmart from now on this manager looked like he wanted to fight us.

The POS was just that. A pice of s---! And I couldnt find the fresh parmesan cheese. And the mushrooms were sub standard. We wont be back anytime soon. I was being lazy, next time Ill take the time to go to Walmart!

Like Good Nice

This location is pretty much like the other WinCos. Went Sunday afternoon and as always was very busy, makes it difficult to weave yourself in and out of people who appear to standing in the middle of the aisles to just hang out. Shelves were well stocked and good be a little cleaner

Bobbie j was our cashier.Go here every week and get groceries. Normally get alcohol with my wife who is under 21 and never had an issue. Probably have gone there 50 times. Anyways she gave me a hard time and when I told her Ive never had an issue she laughed and said thats cool. They lost my service.

Best grocery store. Incredible prices and selection. The best of Aldi + Costco. Employee owned, too!

The store was clean, and well stocked. I found everything I needed plus some. I love their selection and variety. The bulk section and their bakery items are my favorite. Great prices and I love their hours.

In general they are good store customers are not too good at social distancing I hope they get better.

Crowded but staff seemed on top of it. Local folks really need to understand what social distancing is and follow it. Got almost everything I needed but Pedigree canned was in short supply.

The WinCo store has so many different and interesting things, and it was not so crowded. People were not reaching over me making me very uncomfortable like at Walmart. Great experience!

Not bad. Had a cart full and had a hard time motorvating. Came out and a small bluish truck came blasting by. Need speed signs. Shoppers ok inside, however, one femal shopper was a little angry with her preteen and threw her case of raman noodles in the cart. Dont suppose Winco can do anything about that. Need a cheerful person migrating through the store assisting shoppers.

I am no longer shopping at this establishment due to several factors. Not enforcing social distancing, rude behavior of management when asked to enforce social distancing and not having employees wear masks. I am at risk and caring for someone who is at high risk. I will pay more at other places but at least they are being careful and caring to my needs as a customer.

This is the only 24 hour grocery store in town. The prices are good and you can get bulk foods here which I rarely like. It is one of my kids favorite places for candy because of the bulk candy selection they can get a large variety for the same price as a single item elsewhere.
