All the items Ive had at The Cookie Place have been good. The frosting they use on their sugar cookies is exceptional, the chocolate in their chocolate chip cookies is rich and flavorful, and overall there just seems to be good attention to detail. Of all the soda / cookie types of places popping up these days, I wouldnt put The Cookie Place at the top, but it would be in the top 1/3rd of their competitors. The staff has always been fast, friendly, and professional. Overall a good experience, and a great treat.

Clean, quick, and delicious. The cookies are so large my family and I get a variety and split them into four pieces, that way we can all try a few.

Honestly the only reason we go to the cookie place is when we don’t like the lineup crumbl has. So we are there 1-2x a month. One of the best things about crumbl is that the cookie are WARM! It makes such a difference. However we really like cookie places s’mores and snickerdoodle!Today is probably our last visit. There was only one worker (a young man) that was wearing a mask and wearing it correctly. The girl forming the cookies didn’t have a mask on at all. The girl at the front had it under her nose. No one waiting in the front had a mask on. It’s frustrating to me when businesses don’t care about their customers enough to wear a mask and ask others to do the same.

Hands down THEE BEST cookies I’ve ever had in my entire life. I love to bake but these cookies blow any I’ve made out of the water! So thick and dense and gooey with a little crisp on the outside. My definition of a perfect treat. 😍

Went here for the first time and it wasnt the best experience. Sugar cookie was frozen to the point you couldnt even break it in half and the other cookies were completely raw inside. I called once I realized what happened and was told since the cookies were fresh thats why they werent cooked through all the way. It would have been nice to know in the store that 3 out of 4 cookies wouldnt even be edible right away

I havent even BEEN here, but my friend just brought me a chocolate chip cookie from them and Im dying ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ best cookie of my entire life. Perfect. Scrumptious. Sorry guys, Im still tearing up about it. I wish I could custom frame this cookie to remember this moment forever

The cookie place is one of my favorite places to get cookies. They take pride in what they bake and if I am not making my own, I know I can count on a great quality cookie from them. Firstly- BUTTER. You can taste the difference. The one and only downfall I ever experience from the cookie place, is that if it is not the sugar cookie (🤤), they seem to use canned frosting. From the white chocolate raspberry to the pumpkin with cream cheese frosting. If it isn’t canned, they may need to tweak their recipe because it tastes exactly like the cans of frosting you get from the store. It’s a shame to put that sort of grossness on an otherwise amazing cookie.

I got the PeanutButter, S’mores, Oatmeal Raisin, and Sugar Cookies. Best cookies I’ve ever had. Will definitely be going back again and again and again.

One of the best newer places in town. It is 10 dollars for 4 cookies, but the cookies are giant. We went around Christmastime and have been back many times since. The cookies are perfectly gooey on the inside and have a little crunch on the outside. They have many types including chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and peanut butter.

Whenever I travel through Idaho I have to stop and get some of The Cookie Place Cookies. I recently had the special Mud Pie addition- it was spectacular as was their S’mores and I can hardly wait to try the new Twix one!!! These are exceptional cookies you don’t want to miss- better than any homemade cookies I’ve ever had!

Ive always thought I could make the best cookies, that you couldnt buy better. I guess I was wrong because these cookies are amazing, I cant even begin to describe how delicious mine were! 10/10 recommend!

I guess I had bad luck on bad batches. I tried three different flavors, chocolate chip, peanut butter, and their daily special. Ive had better cookies from standard grocery store bakeries. Extremely over priced for less than average quality

I LOVE the cookies especially the chocolate chip. Batches they make only contain 8. I was told one would be ready in 20-30 min and they sold out before I came back. It was frustrating to come into the store twice, customer service is lacking a bit.

Wife loved the cookies. I tried the lemon cookie and it was so-so. Needed a little more lemon flavor

They are just OK in my opinion. The cookies werent fresh. For a place that specializes in cookies, I was hoping for something a little better.

The girl working there does not know her cookies. She skrewed up. Instead of giving us oatmeal and peanut butter. She gave us two chocolate chip cookies.
