The chai tea and americano coffee were flavorless. The chai tea was filled 2 inches below the rim of the 24 Oz cup. We spent 20 dollars including tip on overpriced, bitter, and unpleasant drinks. Upon pouring out the chai tea, I was left with chunks of what I assume to be rotten soy milk.

I have always enjoyed good coffee here until recently. Their staple menu items dont taste as good as they used to. They are training new people right now, which I understand but its a shame they have allowed their best drinks to fall by the wayside. its just a matter of training people how to make coffee. I am sad to say I am going to have to start trying other coffee shops in the future. $5 is too much to spend on a coffee that doesnt taste very good.

Double shot has always been my favorite coffee in town. I generally get it more than once a week. However, today I wanted to grab a quick coffee but waited for more than 20 minutes just to get to the window then the coffee wasn’t as good as normal it just tasted meh.Now, I must say I know they are understaffed and likely trying to train I’m just bummed with the experience.

Everytime we visit we stop here! A great selection of drinks at a great price! Everyone is very kind a patient. I havent had a bad drink yet! Bonus they have a puppy cup of whipped cream and a dog treat! I highly recommend stopping by!

Coffee was standard in quality and taste. Like many places, they dont offer dark roast after a certain time. I prefer dark roast. Lattes have been hit and miss. Sometimes they are on point and other times they are bitter. This place gets very busy being on Jefferson Ave. Great location. Sometimes lines are a bit overwhelming.

Decent prices. One day was pretty great, the next was just ok. It always seems to depend on whos working at the moment.

This is a fairly nice establishment, quick drive-thru and then get some good coffee they even have Italian sodas for a good price, even kids drinks. So Id say this is a fairly good place to stop at.

I have spent thousands of dollars at Double Shot over the years and have had an overall great experience. Today was the exception. The Sunday crew really needs to get it together. Our order was taken by a young lady with the iPad. It took her three times to understand what I ordered: a hot 16 ounce American with cream and two sugar free sweeteners. Then we got to the window and the young man had no idea what we ordered. Again, it took two tries for him to understand what we ordered. He kept apologizing but did not hesitate to ask if I wanted to leave a tip. When we finally got our drinks 13 minutes later, the ONLY coffee that was correct was the drip coffee. I am so disappointed.

This location is ok, service was ok and the coffee was alright. I always get the same drink everywhere, and this coffee was just too weak, I got a extra shot and it tasted like it was short one.

Tried this place for the first time, drink is good, but the service made me never want to go back. After taking my order, his conversation was more important then the customers. He didnt even say a word to me when handing me my order, even turned his back and started talking again when I tried to thank him for the coffee.

They have grown up alot in the last year or so. This sugar cookie is to die for omg i regret every other cookie ive ever had. ( just dropped a piece on the floor and contemplated eat it... they are that good) this cookie is life changing.

Super friendly and have put forth effort to recognized me and what I usual order, so its super good service with little wait time when I get there.I also love that they have free suckers for my kids and dog treats.

About 2 weeks ago, I was having an extremely overwhelming, and difficult day - I had already began to have a break down and was ugly crying in my car - I just couldnt stop before Id pulled up to the window. I was greeted by the kindest server - she instantly tried to help me, and make sure I was ok. I could barely speak, but got my order in - I was so embarrassed and upset, and she and the rest of the crew that day seriously helped my day go a little better. I cannot express enough gratitude to your employees. Every one of them deserve a huge pat on the back for being human, kind, empathic, and all around good people. Thank you all, seriously, from the bottom of my heart.

I just moved from Denver and was struggling to find a new coffee shop..... NOT ANYMORE! I love their drive thru idea so I dont have to stand in line with people trying to work. They are fast, friendly and always have a little something sweet. As for the coffee, I have never had anyone get my coffee order right without me writing a novel. ( At Starbucks I have to add extra EVERYTHING. Including espresso,extra foam and everything) I can finally just order a large latte with tons of cinnamon powder. I hate ordering a science experiment every morning. Thank God for for this amazing team that knows their stuff💖💖💖💖💖

Ive struggled with the Jefferson location for over a year. I have one drink I order, every single time, and still it is always messed up. A huckleberry white hot chocolate is similar to a huckleberry white chocolate mocha BUT IT IS NOT THE SAME THING! If the order taker is unsure, they need to ask because nothing is more disappointing then getting to work with a coffee that you didnt order. I get youre busy, but I have also called the store and left messages, none of which were ever returned. I get a hard sorry like its my fault when I take my drink back, and today I am met with arguing because my coworker was the one to order our drinks, and they still cant figure out that a hot chocolate and a mocha are two different things. Losing money starts with continually messing up drinks, and the fact your prices went up AND you cut out your buy 10 get 1 free cards shows that maybe you need to start with training your staff to read the order screen properly, and to confirm with customers if they want coffee or hot chocolate. You lost another customer today, not because my drink is wrong 9 times out of 10, but because Joe wants to argue with me about my order, instead of owning up to the same mistake we go through every week.

The passed few months the quality of the coffee has gone down. I have been going to Double Shots for over 10 years and sadly I feel its time to find a new coffee shop. Just not as good as it use to be. :*(

Horrible customer service. Store is so cheap they gave my daughter a large Italian soda that was only filled up half way with liquid. Woman I talked to said it was policy and thought that was good customer service. You just lost two loyal customers to policy and being cheap. Is saving half a cup of club soda worth losing a good $80-100 a month?

Good people said this place is always great.I honestly tried few times to give it my business and I would be happy to savor their divine beverages and share my delightful thoughts about them if it was not for their ungodly hours.How can it consistently stay great if it fails to remain open?I do not live in Pocatello it serves me as some sort of a shopping and cultural(yes,cultural, dont you laugh at me)center and you may argue,but for me getting any food or beverage at a drive-thru place is not a carefully planned solemn event.More like a casual thingy decided in a spur of the moment.After shopping is done,I still have to drive for half an hour so why shouldnt I seep some tasty beverage in a process?Oh...wait...google says they are closed...maybe next day...oops closed again...maybe next month...oops...next year ?Let me look up their hours.Why would anyone close a drive-thru so early?Is there a city ordinance?Or just a Bannock countys tradition?Walmart, haircut places and even some restauraunts close much earlier than everywhere else,especially on weekends.Ive heard Walmart combats pettie theft by getting rid of cashiers and making customers scan their own goods.Not saying this whole idea is not bright it seems just probably what they call street smart.Sesame street smart.Here is my promise:I will update my review as soon as I am able to catch up with this guys and drink their coffee,but...No One Knows the Day or Hourwhen it will happen because they like to close their place way too early and I prefer to shop late.
