I am not a Costco member a friend of mine who is to be in to find some face masks they were out of the ones that I was looking for but the so should I spoke with was quick to offer me a location in the store of another kind of mask that was well suited to my needs. It was a pleasant and enjoyable experience and Im considering getting my own Costco card here in the near future.

Costco is the ultimate shopping experience for couples families and moms!! They have everything from wrinkle cream to holiday doormats. BTW VERY BEST CHEESECAKE !! LEGENDARY 😃

Literally EVERYTHING has gone up! If Walmart can keep their prices down, Costco can too. They dont think weve noticed that bacon has gone from $14 to $20 in less than a year? But everything in Costco has gone up $3-10 PER item, it has definitely made shopping there harder.

I like Costco a lot. Its hard not to fill my cart. I like their pizza better than any chain in town.

Came here for the hot dog hot dog was great help somebody in the parking lot and he enjoyed it a lot this is great Costco as in and out fast Costco always drives to treat his customers right and this Costco did so for me

Its great to be able to stop at Costco and pick up a few things when I am driving through on my way to some place else.

A nice place with nearly everything but they could use a map at the entrance or on their carts.

Costco is a great once in a while stop to see what I can accidentally spend money on. This last trip I went in to see if they had bikes for kids. They did not, so I baught a paddle board. 🤷‍♂️

Still mask mandate...why????I love Costco but have avoided it many many many time due to the mask mandate.This is only my opinion!It’s a great place to shop and the employees have always been most helpful. Therefor I give it 5 stars. ⭐️

Costco is finally getting some stock in and our trip was quick and Costco had everything on our list.

I went in to get boxes earlier this week and I was confronted by one of the employees there that I couldn’t have the boxes and other people need boxes and I took to many, even tho there was a bunch more boxes that where there. When a older family member gose in to get boxes she is never confronted by the employees. I loved the samples tho.

This Costco is pretty nice, never too crowded. Most of the employees are great. The only problem is the air at times.

I always enjoy going to Costco and they have the best prices for their nitrile disposable gloves.

I always enjoy shopping at Costco. Even the price for gas is better then in burley idaho.

Usually, Costco is a busy place. Perhaps it was a fluke, but we went there on a Wednesday, early evening and it was not crowded at all. Everything was tidy and clean. We were behind a family with a huge cart load, and another clerk came over and opened up another register. We were quite happy with our experience!

I love Costco, but not this location. Only because of the customer service desk. There is a worker there named Lacey that is incredibly short and rude. I know people who have also had negative experiences with her and it just puts a bad look on the whole place.

Helpful. Delicious bakery and deli. The food court has tasty foods and treats. Just not the churros, they are not authentic and taste like barely cooked bread dough, inexpensive but I wouldnt recommend that 1 item out of the entirety of the store.

Costco is fabulous. The store is clean, well stocked and customer service is good. Occasionally I get I just dont want to be here cashier but they to just enough not to cause you to complain. Which is okay I realize that not everyone is happy go lucky all the time. I love, love, love the costco in Idaho falls, put Pocatello it also right up there.

Air was out and air was hard to breathe. We usually have a great time her but this trip was horrible. They should have posted that the air conditioning was out because we wouldnt have paid to go in. I spent $16.00 for two kids and we stayed for 15 minutes

The best place to get quality cuts of meat. I prefer Costco to Sams club as you get a better variety. I paid for the executive membership year 2 and have made several large purchases, but it still hasnt paid for itself so wont be doing that again.

A good sign for them is that they are busy. While I do enjoy being a member, I wish I could find a time when they werent so busy. Over all the store is clean and extremely busy.

Usually a good experience. I really like the selection and the employees are awesome but I bought an Evolution spa (Strong Spas) from Costco and it has leaked almost from the beginning. Since Last November I have been trying to get a warrant repair and Costco can help. Well Strong Spas has been worthless as well. Their COVID excuse is “too affected, please leave an email”. Those emails have gone with crickets in return and then I thought I was getting somewhere with a February reply of replacing my hot tub BUT my response to them to get it done has gone for 3 weeks now without an idea of what to expect, what the cost might be, etc. I spent $8000 on a product, through Costco, and have been completely let down!

I went with my wife and mother-in-law to get some food and other products. The prices were good, but we couldnt sample anything, and despite my severe asthma, I was forced to wear a cloth mask over my mouth and nose despite having a plastic face mask readily available. This is ridiculous over a virus with very little overall effect to the majority of people.

Those cashiers are amazing and hard workers... all of the people that are around the store are pleasant. Its such a difficult time and your employees have done a great job. Especially Erin the cashier she is absolutely amazing

The tire center was very helpful and didnt charge for tire pressure check. The door greeter was very happy and willing to help! Great produce and good selection

I really like Costco. Were Im originally from we did not have one. The Pocatello Costco is awesome. High quality bulk items at a good price. Great customer service. Theres definitely something to be said about a store where you can tell the employees dont hate working there. It really reflects in their customer service. I highly recommend Costcos Pocatello location.

To enter this place you need to have a member card. If you are not a member, dont worry. You can register as visitor, so you get a temporary pass to enter.

When I am in Pocatello this is where I always stop for Gas, easy to get to. Easy to get back on the road

Just watched a crazy encounter at the Nampa Costco. The staff and employee STEVEN handled a mask situation incredibly disrespectfully towards a pregnant lady. She claimed she was medically exempt. They let her in and harassed her until she was forced to leave. I will never support a business that treats me or anyone that way. Goodbye Costco you will never get my business again. I spoke with a few other customer that saw this happen and they feel the same way. I hope they take the same stance I do. Masks dont work.

Prices seem to be a good, but arent

Costco is great, especially if you have a larger family. Most everything comes in larger packs, like toilet paper and paper towels. My biggest plus is they have added self checkout at our location and it is wonderful! Its nice to not have to stand in line to get just a few items.

I wanted to give a shout out to Cody and especially to Trevor B. for their help on Friday evening, 10-23-20. They both went above and beyond to get me an item I had been checking on for a couple of weeks. So much appreciated. These guys are great!

I really enjoyed this store. With covid 19 I didn’t shop as much as normal there since I am not able to wear a mask or shield. They were good about allowing people with medical conditions in anyway. Now their new policy does not allow due medical exemptions. I’m being refused service for having a condition I can’t control and not able to wear the mask or shield. Same with my 6 and 8 year old. They say it’s to protect members shopping. I say it’s discrimination against people with medical conditions. I distance and don’t talk. (It’s spread from saliva particles) I’m in and out. I’m very very disappointed in this policy change. Being a store in a very conservative area, I can see members boycotting Costco.

Costco is always good.. just dont understand.. its such a big hype to go there its really no different than Walmart just smaller.. but still like it

Mixed feelings. Its a good place and the employees have been nice. Went to exchange something within two weeks of getting it, found receipt. Apparently we got it on sale and they wouldnt do an even exchange, we had to pay the extra. I was told by an ex costco employee (not this location) that they dont do even exchanges because they take back anything at any time. Even years later. I feel like I got screwed over a little bit because they are screwing themselves over by allowing people to bring things back so easily. Put a time cap on returns and do even exchanges.

I love shopping here. I can stock up on the things I need in one stop and they last me a long time. Good prices

I love Costco and Im here at least 2 times a week. However, today at the food court, we asked the lady to slice the pizza in half(like we always do)for our 3 year olds, she handed us a plastic knife and said do it yourself. Ive never experienced this at Costco before.

They have a nice flower and bouquet selection for good prices. Hate that the brands and location of stuff changes so much.

COSTCO is great for big purchases, but they are not always the lowest price in town. Last year COSTCO wanted a Christmas tree for around $400. Big Lots had a very similar tree for less than $100.

I do love the roast beef and cheddar and ooohhhh that horsey sauce! The price has seemed to have gone up but I havent been to an Arbys for at least a year. Very nice workers and food was yummy. Not pretty but yummy

Im medically exempt from wearing a mask but your store wont let me in unless I have a mask or face shield I can not use any of these we who are medically exempt in which means I cannot wear them when youre discriminating against me I will no longershop at Costco period. Untill you stop discriminating against people that are medically not able to wear a mask or shield.i have my rights and you as a company can not and will not forced me to do something that I do not want to be forced into it was at the Pocatello store
