Decent nice store, video side is AWESOME!! My mom and aunt work there so I go a lot. The video side has lots of selection at least in animation. I rarely get live action movies. The deli is decent and they do good sandwiches. Nice and cool, is not a gas station.

Probably the last place in existence where you can rent DVDs. Staff is nice and they have a good selection of miscellaneous drinks and food.

The other workers and store manager are super nice and full of customer service. But the asst manager isnt nice and is nicer to my husband more than she is to me. When were in there she charges us more than she should which is outrageous.

Great staff Grace selection easy to get information from also there is a video rental store right next door. I suggest to everybody come in and check it out their hours of business are all well located and everythings easy to read very safe very family-friendly and personal social friendly was even a sitting area to eat. Its the old traditional Kwik-E-Mart. Got to love it

The folks that work there are very personable. Ive never felt uncomfortable when shopping there.Its everything youd expect, from a small-town convenience store. Great selection of sundries, ice-cold drinks, beer & wine, candies, and other snacks.

Great idea

The convenient store part is a two or three star. Staff is not the most friendliest, the store is usually not very clean or very well stocked. It just looks completely outdated in there. The video rental part though is a 4 to 4.5 so far they have only not had a few movies I wanted, most of the staff is very friendly and helpful, a little dusty and outdated but organized nicely.

Blast from the pastThis is a fun place to visit if you grown up with video stores such as Blockbuster, and Hollywood video. They have a great deal for 5 movies, 5 days, 5 dollars. Note that this doesnt apply to new releases. They have a lot of stuff to rent that you often cant find on Netflix. They do rent some video games but theyre game from the Wii, Xbox 360, and PS3. Have plenty of new releases. I would recommend to visit this place if need nostalgia in your life.

The grocery part is small and expensive, but they accept EBT. I go to rent movies which are $2-3 for new movies, or in the older section 5 movies for 5 days for $5. They have a really nice selection of older movies.

I LOVE this place. It is the only way to see older movies and they dont leave their new releases on the new release shelf as long as other rental places. They have great prices and great staff!

Sooo many different kinds of energy drinks and lotto tickets. This place is connected to an 80s-style video rental shop, and it is great. You will find every video.

Used the connected video rental store. They have a great selection of movies for good prices. Its nice to go somewhere that isnt a rental machine.

The store is wonderful. You can almost everything you want. The employees look so unprofessional. They were there own clothes and look unclean.

Video store is awesome...not many left but with redbox raising their prices out of reach it stood its ground of time and now back to renting here only.

Good prices nice staff

This is the absolute best movie store in pocatello. They always have great prices and great movie selection, however their employee Judy is the rudest person I have ever come in contact with. As far as customer service goes I have never heard her address anyone with respect unless a manager is present. I come in the store twice a week to get movies for me and my family, multiple times she has raised her voice to a yell at me and other customers, every time she is there I am treated like an inconveince rather than a well paying customer, she is never helpful regarding any issue/concern and even with things as simple as ringing up someone at the counter, it all becomes a hassle and negative experience. Lucky I love the store or I would take my business elsewhere, strictly because of her. As far as Im concerned the entire store would benefit from her being fired.

Kind of run down but the video stop thats part of the store is awesome. They have a lot of variety.

I go here about 5 times a week and their customer service is horrible! The only person that is ever courteous and helpful is the morning manager and 1 of the night employees!
