It truly just isn’t a well run place. There’s one person running two stores. When we tried to get ice cream we waited for him for a while, then while he was making the shakes, he was running back and forth from the record store. He wasn’t very polite either. We were rushed. As we were picking flavors he said “are you getting ice cream or what?” Probably won’t be going back

I love this place!

My family and I went in to get some ice cream and treats because my husband came here as a kid and it was a special memory for him. When we got there there was no one up front but a sign says to check the music store next door which I did. A man rudely said YES? I said are you working next door and he again rudely said and? I said (confused as to why he was being rude to me and why he was giving me daggers.....if looks could kill) we will be next door. I left my husband and kids to buy a few things after I told him what happened and I left as I wasnt going to give him any of my money. Not sure if it was because I was black, wearing a mask or both but he was RUDE. We are visiting from out of town and I will never come here again.

This is definitely the best ice cream in town, even if it is more expensive than other places (one scoop at OTIC is $2). The ambience is chill and inviting, and Ive never had poor service there.

My family and I stopped for ice cream assuming that we would be able to quickly get food and leave, but we were mistaken. Even though the sign said open, there was no one at the register. However, there was a note that told us to check the adjacent record store if no one was there. Sadly, there was no one in the record store either. No customer service period. We left the store dissappointed and without ice cream.

The only place to get real Ice Cream, in Pocatello. Yes there are other places but this is the only place I go. Truly a treasure, my feel good place, my solace.

Good Reeds dairy ice cream and the shop is okay but the guy that runs it is awesome

Even though its literally twice the price of Jungle Retreats ice cream, its Reeds Dairy ice cream so its worth it. Plus, instead of dealing with an aloof, marginally rude teenage girl you get served by a really chill and polite husband and wife team.

Great spot downtown to cool off.
