Called to see what the price would be to replace a few windshields.. It was around the same price I was quoted from other places so I asked when they would be able to do it... He told me he could do it in about an hour and he would call me right back at the number I was calling from.. Which we verified was the correct number I could be reached at. However I never heard back from him.. I tried calling him the following day to see if he could still do it but he wasnt answering...🤷

I left him a message on Saturday and he got back to me ASAP he was able to find my replacement window quickly and gave me the best price I could find within my city. He also was able to accommodate my schedule by repairing my car outside my work and replaced in it 45mins. It is rare to find someone who will find a replacement part for a Benz on short notice and be completely honest about the charge and fees, Ricardo was a God send to me and I am so grateful for his diligent work and making my life way easier by replacing my entire back window making it look like new and cleaning up the shattered glass in my car. I asked for an estimate and the man I spoke to asked me to call him back so I wouldnt order it and confirm the appointment. I called him out of courtesy to let him know that I was not going to need the service and he very rudely got upset and hung up the phone. Is that the professional way that works and treats future clients?
