I woke up in the morning to find the back window of my car completely shattered. Found this place and chose to go to them because of the many good reviews they had and now I understand why. Dropped off my car and they replaced the window so quickly and I was left content and happy that I can drive my car again without having to worry about the window. Was very argumentative and left glass inside the car where you put your feet and in between the seats. If he would have said something,no big deal. But I have kids that jump into the car without knowing daddy had a window replaced . I can only hope this will not happen to anyone .

I had a small crack on the top of my windshield. Then as the week progressed it had only gotten worse where it was cracked right smack dab in the middle. I had told my family and they gave me the number to Payless Auto Glass. They said they have been there before the price, quality, and service was great. So I went in today and with in an hour my windshield was fixed! The gentlemen who were helping explain and even gave me a nice price for fixing it! Definitely will recommend to anyone who needs a replacement!!!

We called and went straight down to get a small crack fixed. Fourty minutes later it was fixed. He said it wouldnt be perfect but it was nicely done. The cracks that radiated from the chip cant be seen at all and the chip can be seen but it is much smaller than where it started.

Price was right, service and installation were perfection. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service, even during the Pandemic! The owner has great integrity. He gave me a quote a month ago and still honored it when I was finally able to get my window fixed.He also had the best price in the IE, I called more than 13 other shops from Corona to Pomona.Him and his employees went above and beyond; after fixing the regulator they even cleaned all the glue of my window, the rubber and door frame.I hope to not need to come back soon, however when needed I will.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

Great prices and they are very nice to deal with. In a pinch they found a window you have to get from most dealers. It was used but I didn’t mind it. It kept the cost down. I would recommend them to a friend.

We brought our truck in to have the rear window installed, but the truck had been modified so the original window would not fit. They spent quite a bit of time finding another window from a different vehicle that fit pretty well, then they installed it and filled in the places where the fit wasnt perfect, so the end result looked great! They put in A LOT of extra time and effort installing a custom window for us and only charged us an extra $30 for all their time and effort. It was money well spent and an excellent deal for great work. We will be going back in the near future to have the front window replaced in our other truck. Great work, great service and great prices - you cant go wrong.

I am so glad I made the drive here. Discovered a chip in my windshield a couple days ago. I called before I went and the employee was to their word about the price and the amount of time to fix. The people here are proud of the work they do, and they do very good work. They are very nice and easy to work with. Also, their building is super easy to notice on the street and there is plenty of parking.

Spent some time checking prices, Payless Auto is by far the lowest. Service was fast and everyone was very polite. I called around asking about my windshield. Most places gave me around the same pricing, and one was at a ridiculously high price. So when I called here, Sam was really working with me over the phone. He told me that he has the inventory and I can stop by today. He kept his words and gave me the best price compared to the rest. The installation took about 1 hour, so hubby and I decided to stop by a couple of restaurants down the streets. We will refer and definitely come back.

Very unprofessional service. Price was a bit high for a window replacement. They broke the clips and glued them back on. Also broke door handle and lock. Did not bother to tell it it wasn’t working. I found out when my passenger could not open door from the inside. Very unsatisfied with service.

I had been driving with my driver side window open for a few days. I spoke with Sam, who gave me a same-day appointment. He indicated my window regular needed to be replaced and told me it would be a few days until he received the part. In the meantime, for safety, he secured my window shut. When I spoke with him a few days later, he indicated he could not get the part for the price he originally quoted me, but that he found another supplier who was more reasonable, but it would take another week to get the part in. Even though it took a little longer than I originally expected, my window was fixed well. Customer service was excellent, prices were reasonable, and the time spent waiting was as expected. I highly recommend this place.

I have gone here to get my window regulator replaced, fix a crack to on my windshield, and to have molding put on my bmw, and everytime Im there Sam always provides excellent service.
