Parts found and good deals made

Relatively well organized layout with vehicles grouped by Make(Ford, BMW/Audi, Toyota, Nissan, etc) with trucks separate from the sedans. You bring your tools, pick out what you want and bring the parts to the front office to pay for them. The employees are good natured and straightforward, prices are fair. There is also a full-service area for the nicer condition parts that an employee will help you look for and remove for you; and youll pay more for those. They sell used tires and also have a few used vehicles for sale.

Victor and Junior are top notch when it comes to customer service. Very patient and helpful even with the annoying rookie like my self. Thanks guys, you help me get my ride on the road without taking all the cash from my wallet.I have begun to frequent U Pick U Save much more frequently as I am restoring my Volvo, and I still have nothing but things to say about all the guys down there. Great place to get the parts you cannot find anywhere else.

Bad customer service. Plus they say we pay cash for your car, but what they should say is, we pay the same as if your car is a junk car. I took my car in for an estimate, 2006 Chevy Cobalt, in great condition. The guy that came to check it out did not bother to check if the car was running, nor he test drove it. Took a glance at it and said Ill give you $200. In my head Im thinking, Is this guy for real. So I tell him, are you serious, the car is in great running condition. He responds as if I insulted him and with an attitude, well this is a junk yard, what do you expect. I responded fairness. This junkyard has a red Cobalt for sale at the moment for $4,750, is bad looking on the outside, and these cars go for less on the web in better condition. These people take advantage of the public and treat them unfair. Id say be careful people and look somewhere else when purchasing or selling a vehicle.

This place sucks i was going to get 2 strut tops here .. they were trying to charge me $50 for old parts that where going to get recycled anyways ... they probly paid like 150 for the car that they already had fully parted out and made thir money back ... just went on ebay and got them new for the same price didnt have to break a sweat taking struts apart.

So I have been going to you pick you save for quite some time more than 5 years. They have been good until today. I had negociated a price on a car for my son. They agreed to conditions.  I gave them money and they where to hold it for me until after Christmas, h ut instead they prepped it for the junkyard, I caught them and was able to stop the processing only to have them put it out in the junkyard anyways. I took my son to get his dream car, 300zx, for Christmas and there it was in the junkyard stripped. No amount of money could ever compensate for the look in his eyes. I pray that they have similar situations with their kids. Whatever happened to honor. They do not have any go to pick a part instead

This business is better than a mafia. They give you 300 for a nice car. They turn around and sell it for blue book value. People will get more money if you sell it on Craigslist as a parts vehicle. I DID. I SOLD A 2002 CHEROKEE FOR $1000 AS A PARYS CAR. IT NEEDED WATER AND FUEL PUMP. THIS PLACE WANTED RO GIVE ME $250. HEEEEEELLLL NOOOOOO.!!!!

Experiences vary. From Good to Really Bad, because they have no inventory or system they just throw prices out and after the pull they may be much higher than theyre worth, so you just lose time picking stuff thats way overpriced.I find it best to take a photo of somethin with my phone and have the cashier just give me a number. Its a bit of back n forth but usually worth not picking first.They also recently raised theyre entrance fee. Again, there is no inventory so you take a gamble on entry, you may not find anything. With the higher rates youd expect a simple spreadsheet of inventory at least.

Never have what I need whenever you ask if a certain model is in stock they just say youll have to look yourself and dont even bother trying to help prices are Insane as well

Worst customer service! Just called to ask a question and the guy sounded like I was interrupting his time. When I got my answer I thanked him and all he did was hang up. Not even a thanks for calling or anything. I will never step foot in this place.

These people are rude and very disrespectful, not one ounce of courtesy.last time I went there was 1997....the girl at the counter was very helpful and polite.there prices are RIDICULOUS.instead of calling themselves a dismantler, they should be called a junk yard nothing worthy salvaging.....

Workers are rude and always too busy to help, also they are uninformed on certain cars in stock.
