Went in there stood in front desk for a little pst 10 mins until finally was asked if I needed help with anything!! I told them what I was looking for and they’re completely clueless!! Didn’t know where to look! Employees in the back slacking off before noticing I was even there! Sadly never again at this location good luck guys

Fast and friendly had what I needed

Giovanni the employee is rude and likes to talk to customers disrespectfully. I asked him several times if I can speak to manager in duty, just for him to lie when the manager was next to him helping a customer.

This place was great! Everyone was SOOO nice! They had everything that I was looking for and also answered all my questions at checkout and even helped me get a different product that was better than the one that I had.

This one is much better than the one on holt st. when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately if u lose ur receipt for something u bought, even thou they have a copy of it in their system under ur phone number, they wont exchange or refund u which is very good for autozone. The car parts n oil they sell at AutoZone arent anything spectacular and u usually pay a higher price. If theres an AutoZone close to u n u need something they have like right away, it can b very convenient. Otherwise u can just order from amazon - n u get hassle free returns if u have prime incase the part doesnt fit. Also like most big businesses, including walmart, etc, they dont know how to keep their good employees, the ones that r fast n provide good customer service and actually get some work done

Great place to grab those last minute accessories before heading out of town. Theres always something that happens or something I cant find before a trip, and this time it was both. Got a Locking Hitch pin and a replacement taillight for my trailer on the way out to the desert. They seem to have just about everything.

Very disappointed.Great service, guys very knowledgeable about parts.But lazy. I was looking for a kit to fix my cracked windshield but i couldnt find it so i ask for help on where to locate it and they literally said to go to OReillys.He didnt even try to go out there and see if they actually didnt have it. Wow!!!If you need help just go to OReillys dont waste your gasoline and time here.

Ok for the most part...I went there to get a diagnostic check on my friends truck...when he showed me the codes that came up on the computer I asked for a print out so I could show my friend and so I could write what he suggested I get for the problems he was like you can take a picture of the screen....not a big deal I guess but is it really that hard to print out a piece of paper???

Service was slow, however I was shocked to hear the person infront of me ask about borrowing a scanner for his chevy and they said they dont have a scanner for a chevy. This wasnt an old car either 2000+ instead they sold him 40 dollar scanner for him to check himself. This is the only autozone Ive ever heard of not having a scanner available for customers.

Would’ve gave them a 5 star since I’ve been coming for nearly 5 years but today I was sold an off brand o2 sensor as a Bosch. I came to return the o2 sensor without knowledge of it being some Japanese off brand, and was greeted with “you switched it” . Manager offered to refund me for the the off brand but not what I paid for (Bosch). Never coming here again.

Auto parts have always been our family store. My brother broke down and needed a new battery. He said go to AutoZone and give them my trucks information theyll get you exactly the battery I need. Guess what? They did what my brother said they would do and got him the battery with in minutes. Too bad his truck did not start. But the next day he sent me back to get a fuel pump for his truck. Gave them the information and with minutes I handed my brother his fuel pump. His truck is back on the road. Thank you AutoZone for the great service. Holt and Town in Pomona. We took a battery to charge a week ago and the next day when we went to pick it up, they couldnt find it. They had us going back and forth the whole week and nothing. We went back today and Manny Arias helped us, we told him our situation. He went to the back and found our battery in less than one minute. He told us that the battery wasnt good anymore, but we had a year left in our warranty that we can use as credit to purchase a new one.Manny was so helpful and has great customer service thats the only reason I gave it 5 stars because of him. Im a DIY guy. This place has decent parts for a somewhat ok price I guess. DIY is partly about saving money and partly about learning to do things. But its a good place to get parts and fluids and lubricants. If youre into DIY give it a try there are other shops but really A-Z is geared for the common individual that doesnt know all that much about cars they offer advice and will help whenever they can. Ive gotten some bad customer assistance as well as some really helpful knowledge there so its all about going there and asking lots of questions.

Autozone always has the best prices and best warranty hands down. As for the customer who returned a core with the box. Are you serious? Ever since Ive been working on cars its common practice to return the core in the box of what you replaced it with. Not their fault you didnt know this.

AUTOZONE HAS A NEW MANAGER! CALL ASK FOR TERESA SEEMS TO GET IT RIGHT, I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN.
