Great place for basics for students, except it closes so early! And definitely at the beginning of the year the shelves are emptied. The shirts are well priced!

The Bronco Bookstore is a great place to get Cal Poly Pomona merchandise. There are many sales throughout the year that make the merchandise affordable. The books are very expensive so, I would recommend looking the book up on the textbook finder then getting it elsewhere. I normally get my books on Chegg or Amazon. If you do buy books at the bookstore there is an opportunity to resell. It is better to also rent the book.

The asian male working there was extremely rude and unhelpful in finding a specific graduation item I was looking for. He also kept pushing me to buy a package that I did not want and tried to make me spend more money than necessary.

Super friendly staff on 2nd floor helping with finding the right books. Check out took forever.

Staffs are not helpful at all. For the last few years while I was attending CPP, I never had a pleasant experience with any of the books store employees.

No parking for visitors, other than that I am happy. No free parking for visitors is especially a problem for new students that have been impacted by covid and did not pay for parking permits. Staff are polite, but paraolnoid of your politics are misaligned with yours.

A great place wether you are an alumni or just a fan. Well stocked and great staff. Keep up the good work.

They sold me two wrong access codes and refused to refund me and blamed my Proffesor instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes. 2 wrongs access codes this book store will screw you over don’t buy access codes here if your renting you should be fine but they will find a way to screw you over during these tough times this is the last thing we need. Go to a different book store I learned my lesson.

This bookstore was absolutely great. I can easily get the books that I need here. It was all well organized and displayed so much great books for a great price as well.

The location was convenient. Book rental prices were reasonable and they have good selection of books. Staffs were friendly and approachable.

Great variety of items for fans of Cal Poly, or students needing various school supplies. Its a very large bookstore, with prices that are on par with major retailers. Looks like students get discounts and they had some good options for clearance clothing items as well. My Dad is an alumni and he had a great time finding items!

If you are a current or visitor student, you will enjoy visiting the bookstore. The people are very nice and willing to help you and accommodate to your personal needs. I live this place.

The store is cool, more variety of sweaters than online. Reasonable prices book rentals are at a good price some cheaper than Amazon so double check

The place is always so organized and clean and the staff are nice if you have a question. Pretty cool place to grab a snack (the prices are a bit ridiculous but then again thats standard for college bookstore soooo)

This Cal Poly student store has been re-arranged and now offers many different choices of athletic wear, shirts, jackets, hats, rain gear, etc., in all combinations of colors. Prices are high, but lower in store than on-line! They still carry student supplies, tech, plush animals, blankets, license plate holders, candy, etc. Alumni, if youre able to, check it out and buy something to help support an awesome University!!

Its got any school supplies you need, and they are not too overpriced. Plus a fairly competent tech shop, although they are limited in selection to mostly iMac machines.

Students will find what they need without to much problem

They have a lot of sweaters that can be bought when going to the store. Its like school merch. They also have snacks, school supplies and other electronic devices that may be needed in school.

Pretty good go to place. The only time I ever purchased things at this store is when it was an emergency, exclusive books (i.e. lab manuals and such), and some textbooks. I found that Amazon is a lot cheaper than the bookstore. I have prime and their return process is much friendlier. I had friends who took the same courses that required textbooks so I borrowed theirs so that was a huge way of saving money. The bookstore buyback is a ripoff, ended up selling them on ebay for much much more.

Their tech department helped fixing my Apple device in no time, and offered good deals on new products. Faster and less crowded than apple stores

Theres not much to complain about or praise about this place honestly. Prices are high but at least the student staff are generally helpful and kind.

I put the only medium sized hoodie down for 1 second and this white kid with glasses STOLE it from me!!! People are so rude sometimes.

This store is a nightmare. Graduated with my masters and I was given the wrong hood color, went to exchange it and they ran out! I was given a rental which was not the same color as my graduating class. I ended up borrowing a friends hood. I was promised the correct hood in 2-3 weeks by Jostens. I called the bookstore in 2-3 weeks and was told they were doing inventory so they couldnt tell me if they had the hoods... So I am still without a hood. Spoke with the director the following week, Brian Fetterman. He was quite rude and it was clear he did not want to deal with me. Both the bookstore and Jostens blame me for waiting last minute when my receipt clearly states I purchased my hood on in April. My graduation was in June.... The bookstore ruined my graduating experience.In regards to everything else, the exchange policy is poor. You can save so much money purchasing your books on Amazon rather than waiting in the long lines of a hellish nightmare.

Ample merchandise (sometimes looks too cluttered) prices are not optimal, service can be slow.

I gave one of the books I bought here and showed it to my bronco, he couldnt read it. I wondered what the problem was I looked at the book myself. It was in English, not bronco language. False advertising

At the beginning of the semester the aisles are crowded, but they do a good job of having many cashiers to move the long line along. Also lot of staff on hand to help locate items.
