This store doesnt honor returns, after calling the store and explaining the reason. Good luck with returns, the manager couldnt do anything about it. Not returning.

First time coming to the cocina and honestly i did not like the customer service first of all we were waiting in line for like 5min and the ladies didn’t approach us to say anything we had to ask to order and i guess they got mad because they looked mad and we asked for extra meat and they said they couldn’t??Like we where gonna pay but she said no they have a measurement they follow!and they get introuble if they put extra condiments on food??REALLY!!Also only 2 registers open and 2 long lines, if they know it gets busy they need more cashiers .

I dont like it when people watch you when you go in the store and out of the store like and youre paying for your stuff and you still they just look at you they dont even say hi or anything and I come from rancho Cucamonga California

Good but little bit pricey

We pre ordered party food, it was delicious...carnitas and asada with rice and beans. Food was good and it was ready when it needed to be. The store is clean and nice, finding a shopping cart was difficult but it was fathers day and very busy.

Okay place for basic veggies. Prices can be high compared to larger supermarkets. Good sweet bread. And masa for tamales.

People that work there are very nice. The store is clean and well maintained.

Target, Wal-Mart and Aldi didnt have Adobo seasoning. Cardenas did. Carne asada seasoning too.

They usually have good prices and you can find almost anything you want. They also sell roasted chicken and I believe they sell it even cheapier on Wednesdays

Not impressed at all. Only 2 cashiers open and long lines. I honestly dislike the fact that they no longer provide the divider bars to separate your items from the person in front of you. I understand changes with COVID but every other markets still has these, they are convenient. Also they charge .15 cents per bag when most other markets charge .10 cents. I guess I need to stop going here. Unless you have ample time to wait inine, I would go elsewhere.

Really clean friendly people and great food.

I received their add in the mail. Picked out items on the add. All items were in stock and plenty of them. The store is very clean and nicely organized including their produce dept.

Cardenas is a bit pricey for me. I do like to get their house made tortilla chips with the guacamole or salsa. You can tell they are freshly made. My kids always ask for Mexican sweet bread. We also get most of the birthday cakes from Cardenas. We buy about 8 cakes a year. The 3 leches is everyones favorite.

And they said that it was used already feburary 23, so im guessing they put something similar on the code, and just put it back because I dont know. Guessing more money

Horrible experience at cardenas south pomona, waited in check out line for 20min from when i started counting..probably longer, only 2 registers open! Never once did they call for back up both lines very long.. i had a horrible headache after i left! Cashiers as slow as molasses! Seen employees walking around laughing! Managers eating while just walking talking to cashiers!!!! Horrible! Will never go back!

I ordered a lge Rosca de Reyes and to pick it up today January 9th. The offer was a chocolate Abuelita free with your purchase. I pick up my Rosca today and they dont honor the free chocolate package. They were out I believe but would not give me a raincheck.I was told all this by Gabino, not sure his position there. But he said he was advised by the store manager Celia.How cheap..... Cant believe they can honor their word. Maybe thats the reason customers are opting for Superior. Just saying :(

Cardenas Market is a great full service market. Produce prices are much lower than the competition. Bakery, tortilleria and a place to order good Mexican food where you can sit down and enjoy it. Theres a place that makes fresh juices, fruit plates, bionicos and raspados. Great market.

The staff here is not friendly. They didnt get my hot food order right and when I went back the next day to get what they forgot they were rude and didnt even have any.... Purchased a very expensive cake and it was dry - ended up throwing it away.
