Nice little fashion store. Everything is on trend and the store is really clean inside. I saw 2 or 3 employees cleaning and wiping everything down the whole time.

I almost always find something pretty to wear. I havent encountered any damaged clothing. Whether I need something casual or something for a night out. So far so good. Customer service is ok. Girls sometimes look like they have an attitude but its nothing to serious to me. Will definitely keep shopping here.

Terrible Customer Service. I Was Falsy Accused Of Stealing Which Makes Me NEVER Want To Go Back, But The Clothes Are Nice & Reasonable.

Daisy Vergara,First, I must address how you have assumed that the employee who was working that day, was the owners daughter. It is insensitive, extremely ignorant(and a bit racist) on your part. Just because we have Asian workers, it doesnt mean they are related. Also, there are nepotism policies that would prevent that either way. Second, everyone who shops here is informed about our exchange policy, you included, yet a number of times, youve ignored them. Yesterday, we simply explained that the last time you were here(around the holidays), there was an incident. Initially, you said you didnt know what we were talking about, but when we mentioned an item was taken without permission, you instantly recalled that our worker placed that item in your bag. Youre actually admitting to taking the item without our consent. What might one call that? You dont need me to refresh your memory because these were your actions, but Ill explain for any other reviewers, how you took the item when our employee walked away for assistance, but you left behind an old item you had previously purchased and wanted to exchange. Youre concerned about your daughter, yet your daughter was present when the initial incident occurred. Where were your ethics then?Lastly, customer service is reserved for CUSTOMERS. Citiwear values our customers. No work space is perfect, but our place of business continues to mature to ensure shoppers are getting what they come for. We have a number of physical signs, and we give verbal reminders about our exchange policies. Its really unfortunate that you dont agree with them.Ps, your review states:Business is not about keeping your spoiled kids happy but your customers we are why you have a BUSINESS GOING ON.Id like to know the reference. When using quotations, it means those words were used by another source. I cant imagine any legitimate establishment for consumers would use this as their motto.

This place has a lot of nice clothes reasonable prices but customer service is whack and me personally if Im gonna spend my money at ur business plz welcome ur guest in make them feel comfortable

I love this place every time i need something nice to wear i go to citiwear and less than 10 mins I always find something. I dont have no need to look at others stores

I would give 0 star review if I could.....Terrible experience bad customer service. Went to the store to make an exchange and because I didn’t have my receipt the cashier wanted to charge me extra for the exchange for not having my receipt and I told her all I want is a smaller size that’s it she said okay but I have to charge you extra for not having your receipt then she said you know what I decided not to do the exchange at all I said okay thats fine, she handed me the item and 2 months later I go back to the store and the assistant manager tells me I can’t ring you up because you pulled the item from the employees hand and the item had the sensor on but the truth was that the employee handed me the wrong item with out the sensor and she reliazed the mistake she did and let her employees know to embarrassed me and refused me service when I go back to the store just because she got confused and gave me the actual item that was going to be exchange at the beginning. The so called assistant manager was so rude to my daughter she is a minor and did not allow her to purchase anything. Hope the owner reads this Please teach your employees how to treat customers because we are why you have a BUSINESS GOING ON. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!I I was humiliated, embarrassed and saddened by this whole situation.Thank you Marie Manager for your understanding and apology I have nothing against other employees nor the store it’s an amazing fashion store but your assistant manager does not know how to treat customers. Andrea Mandibles first of all I hope you can go back to the video and analyze what you wrote I never took the item without employees concent and put it in my bag because I never even had a bag it will clearly show how she gave it to me In my hands, you make it seem like I stoled it and the reason why I took it is because I purchase it not my fault the employee was to busy trying to make me upset then doing her job. You did not have to remind me about the incident, this is what you said that day I can’t ring you up because we had an incident with you, you yanked and item of the employes hand and it had the sensor on and that is such a lie the employee handed the item to me after she said I decided not to do the exchange . Besides having bad customer service your also a liar. Smh.
