The people that work there in the morning are very friendly and nice. They mostly have everything I need for. I only wish it was a full grocery store for my convenience.

Today was a ok experience I was looking for energizer battery for my car key that’s a small little thing and a hassle to find one most because I ask 3 different employees and they send me all over of the store but I finally find it .. that’s a good store but they need to be more organized and better trained employees

Went to go pick up some eye lubricant was waiting for help by pharmacy a very nice guy named Robert was patient and nice,I greeted him hoping his day got better he looked very frustrated but understandable. The clientele of people there are mostly very disrespectful and sloppy,they feel entitled I actually go to target because of that but so happy that Robert was one of the few that was very nice and helpful thank you again for being kind,the public is very hard to deal with. Not appreciative and no class.....Happy customer

They deserve a 0 star This location is the worst walmart in the area the customer service people are despotic, aggressive and ignorant, they do not know how to serve the customer, I will never return to this location, if you can avoid it, do not go to this location! Especially when you return a book. Better go to Target, although it costs a little more, people who work at Target have more education than some people at Walmart in Pomona!

Have usually what I am looking for. Like toothpaste, floss things like that. Oh and shampoo and conditioner. But not in the boys department. They have a corner of the store for boys. Cashiers are a bit slow too.

We got there and found the things that We were looking for and a few extra things that came to mind when we were browsing through the store. The only thing that I dont care for was when L.P profiled me and My significant Other. Other than that I dont have any bad things to say about it.

I would gave them five stars, but after the last experience no. Why cause I bought a tv there spend about $275 which its not a bad price, but the problem was when I got home plug it in its already cracked. Never drop it once when I got it too. When I went to take it back the assistant manager wasnt much help at all seem kind of upset when I did a last minute thing because I went like almost 9 probably 8:40 pm the latest to take it back. Trust me I was more upset for the fact that they sold me a crack TV and wouldnt exchange just a refund. I would had gave them 5 stars if they exchange it then there wouldnt be a problem. I wish they would be as happy in a return as they are when they take our money.

I haven’t been to this walmart in a while but i was surprised by the great visit I had unlike past visits. Clean parking lot, stocked inventory (in the men’s clothing at least) and best of all No Lines @ checkout!

The toy section was very limited and there was no one to help us. Im a former employee of a retail setting so I know this is no fault of the employees. The people in Garden were trying hard to help everyone. The effort of the employees should be encouraged more. They are the ONLY reason I gave more stars then I should.

This is my go to store in case I need to buy something but if you forget to bring a mask, dont expect them to give you a free mask. You have to buy a mask that they are selling or they wont let you go in. Ive experienced better supporting Wal-Marts that support being safe from Covid-19 by giving out free masks.

Just like any other Walmart. Nothing special but nothing to complain about either. I was surprised they didnt sell any fresh fruits/veggies or deli salads/sandwiches. But maybe its because it was a regular Walmart and not a supercenter?

We went to this Walmart in need of a fishing license. When we stopped to ask an employee where we needed to go, he personally walked us over there and helped us take care of this. Extremely helpful and nice. Store was clean and not too busy like most other Walmart locations. Would Definitely recommend

This walmart has clothing, toys, cosmetics, food, etc.You can find pretty much everything here. Lots of parking and restrooms are available as soon as you enter the store.Easy self check out, and no long lines.

I called the store to report someone that was bothering customers including my self I asked for a supervisor but he never got to the phone they I also tried to speak to security I was on hold for over 5 minutes this Walt mart needs to improve customer service and focus a lot more on customer safety on parking lot.

Awful experience won’t wear mask property and extremely prejudice and unruly, Walmart Corp and health department on 12/08/2020 from 7:02 am to 7:40 look at cameras serious law suit due to unprofessional behavior and disrespectful to customers from cursing at me and wrongdoing to other customers not only me? Haven’t seen this manager before but needs to be retrained or let go as well as “Coach Willy” as per he’s name tag, making customers feel like there business is not wanted, all for a PS5, I wish Sony could pick its vendors for customer service instead for quantity of distribution. I feel really sad for these gentlemen. God bless them hope they realize there mistakes and hopefully Walmart Corp could actually care for there customers. Look at your video surveillance and you will see it’s true.

When I was homeless the employees of this Walmart has helped me in so many ways which include helping me out with money, letting me sleep in the back, lending me tarps out of there personal tools to stay shelters in the rain, one employee even bought me a new tent when mine got stolen, gave me food and water and always was there to talk and make sure Im okay. They treat people like their human beings and are awesome. :-)

Find lots of things & Good clearance, and definitely lots of cashiers working and friendly. Not super crowded.

Well the lady at the pharmacy did not know how to redeem my giftcard. InconveniencedMe because I had to pay with a credit card.

This location is part of shopping center, but its in a separate area so it stands alone. Theres really only one way in & out & Rio Rancho Rd can get busy at times. Its easy to access the southbound 71 hwy & 60 fwy as the on ramps are right as you exit.

Average experience, its a Walmart thats close to the hood so you kinda expect it to have more ppl

One of the manager in charge in front was very rude, just because I ask to check one of an item!!We spent like $285 will never go back there and will tell my friends! I was thinking because we are Muslim she behaving like this make no sense!!!!

I have never been to this store before and it was a very pleasant experience. Lots of handicap parking which was unusual but I use it so that was great. Only problem was on their website it said to pick up ordered items go in the store to the area to pick up, once I got inside I was told everything is outside pick up now. That was fine but it just meant I had to do some extra shopping LOL. I will definitely return to this location.

People are friendly and its a good place to do for bargains can get same items at other stores have but here for less its ok place nothing to write home about

Workers are rude and for some reason they are not friendly enough besides that Walmart is Walmart I though being a good employee was the key not the kindly rudely gestures or what not chill out captain the skipper made it here by being nice to his customers I mean he would not be in that 3hr tour if he was skanking rude boy....

The products I ordered for curbside delivery or exactly as I requested. I dialed in to let them know I was on my way when I arrived and told them the space number I was in, my products were delivered immediately! This particular Walmart has never disappointed me!

Horrible service for the stuff thats is locked up, they take for ever to come and get for no matter how many times you call they take their sweet time to come.

Terrible experience. Went to return an item. One person working the return desk with 25-30 customers in line. Meanwhile you could see employees gathered around by the checkout stands with little to do. Some were looking at their cell phones or talking to each other. Very poor management and absolutely lousy customer service. Wont be going back there. If I could give minus stars I would.

I know everyone always talks about Walmart but man lost prevention is officially TOP FLIGHT SECURITY they get all pumped up close entrence doors forcing people to enter only using the exit door and hunting people down. Very uneasy feeling when you have no idea whats going on and your with your children.

Overall this is a pretty good store. Better for anything other than groceries. Theyre grocery selection is small. This is my go to location for clothing and cleaning supplies as they are usually very well stocked. Customer service has always being good as well.
