Love almost everything Ive tried from this Starbucks the only bad thing is the big lines 😏but is worth the wait.

I love this Starbucks. They’re customer service is amazing, they’re always so cheerful when taking tour order! At the window they greet you with smiles and ask how you’re doing or day is going! Thank you baristas!

I come here cause its the closes one to my home, I go walking in the morning and take my babys for a walk, the service is ok but it does get over crowded, people complain allot cause cars get their food way faster than the ones that get off the car. I recommend to place your oder ahead of time other wise you will be there for a while.

Sure its a chain but I have found issues with quality control from store to store. this location has consistently made my coffee just the way I want it and I love just being able to walk up without having to enter a building

Well...another Starbucks, the usual, same expensive coffee, nice guys, small but pretty good looking building, decent size parking and late hours.

Was disappointed that they didnt have green tea lemonade. Its my favorite refreshing drink.

Since this location has been built, vehicle lines can stretch to the street. Gary ave. is a pretty busy street as well. Parking is highly limited so keep that in mind.Baristas are nice and I always get either white chocolate mocha with soy milk and a pump of raspberry or matcha green tea with soy and 3 pumps of vanilla.

This one has the worst drive thru set up first...ordered yesterday..had to remind them about topping on my iced coffee..then they didnt stir it and preceeded to tell me they only had small straws. I had ordered a trenta....

Bomb ice cold drinks on a hot day.

Fast service, tho this is the second time I get my order wrong. Ordered 2 WHITE HOT CHOCOLATES and I got 2 regular hot chocolates plus our cups halve full. Disappointed 😒

Im thankful for the kind ones working at Starbucks. Not many Starbucks Ive visited have sincerely genuinely kind workers. They show get you in and out quickly. And please dont bring back an item that wasnt done the way you wanted.Bad disposition will be seen and felt if so.

Just your typical Starbucks only difference is that this one is a complete drive thru experience.

If a place runs out of stuff it should be posted before going to the drive through. Its a waist of money and time to be told oh sorry we ran out. Post a temp sign if your put of an item. a waist if time to even wait in the drive through line.

This Starbucks in particular is very, very slow. There is no dedication to making the line move faster. I have as well as others I have seen get out of line because it was taking too long. This is not the Starbucks to go to if you need to get in and out.

The spot for mobile orders when you work next door! Kudos to the staff, always busy and putting up with the riff raff.

Always take very long with my mobile orders. One time they denied giving me my cookies thay were already paid for, and said they didnt receive any order for them. But when I showed my mobile receipt, they said oh, ok and gave me my cookies.

Please update your hr as I came here from a 15 min drive just for them to be closed 30 mins early. Smh

I recommend The mocha cookie crumble its absolutely delicious. And if you want a lil snack get the smoked mozzarella sandwich -so tasty and hot. All together are kind of expensive but TOTALLY worth it

Quick and efficient. Im giving the specific location a 3 star rating because in my experience in the recent past, the wait takes way longer than it should, and Ive had to throw out about 3 different orders of coffee over time because it was too burnt, and I just couldnt drink it. Ive waiting over 15 minutes before for ONE Americano. But I think this location is working on improving its efficiency. Wait time is honestly a hit or miss at any time of day though (it can be a normal wait or excessive waiting).

Fast drive thru service, my order was done with perfection and I also had a very pleasant note on my cup that sure brightened up my day. You never know what so what someone is going thru and a small message can make them feel better, thank you.

First of all the lady couldnt hear me or my husband trying to order on the intercom. Then we get there and they serve us a grande that looks like a tall the reason why they said that they did that is cuz we ask for extra whipped cream which Ive never seen. out of all the Starbucks Ive been to theyve never done that if weve asked for extra whipped cream they will give it to us in a venti cup or they will just fill it up to the top but give us the correct amount of coffee. So annoying and disappointing and to top it off our drink has big chunks of ice not blended well at all . Horrible!!

Friendly staff every time but it does get busy from time to time so orders might take a little longer to complete. Since they opened the order speed had gotten much better. I have had a few occasions when they run out of the drink I want. Overall its a great place and it opens at 5am for an early morning run.

Horrible Starbucks. Waited 20 minutes for order. Gave up. Asked to cancel and get a refund. They couldnt figure out how to do that. Horrible Starbucks. Go to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Better!

Sometimes it gets busy here but the ristas at the drive through are pretty nice. I wish they didnt run out of my favorite breakfast sandwiches.

One of the longest waits ever.

I repeated my order 3 times. Still didnt get what i asked for. I showed her the buy one get one. But for some reason still got charged for both. Not a starbucks fan. Just got pushed further away. Its okay im just another cup of joe.

In my opinion I believe the customer service is dreadful. The employees who work here can be crummy and unacceptable. I have come to this location not only once but several times and not once have they gotten my order correct. I refuse come to this location again. I rather not come back to this location ever again then give them a hassle. Although The employees should be attentive to their customers orders. Customers come here to not only enjoy their beverage but to hope to have their order correctly.

Normally really good, so hoping its a one off. Ordered 3 Vinti drinks. Two Strawberry Frapps, not blended at all, big was of strawberry puree just sitting in the bottom of both, and not sweet at all. One other drink Carmel Macchiato, super bitter. Like I said hoping its a one off, maybe new employee. Normally a 5 stat place.

Drive thru location....best to stay in your vehicle and order. Extremely limited, uninviting outdoor seating. Have spare change ready to give to transients.
