Clean environment polite people i would definitely go back....

Clerk in charge says her name is Ruby was starting off in the distance out the window with her ear plug in. I called her from the counter and of course not hear me. I went around the counter a lil to get her attention band access ed like I was out of line cause she couldnt hear me!?!?! And hesitate to assist had an attitude w me after that. Pumped gas then left worst service ever!!!

Just go to the 7/11 on dudley right off the 10 fwy. This place just puts people in a bad mood. They cant even get door dash orders correct.

Do not go to this 7/11 unless you want to risk your health. No one there wears masks ( this is the second time I have gone in the past two weeks ) all their employees are walking around without masks. I asked why they don’t wear them and they said because they have some plexiglass lol. Avoid this store .

No restroom. Right off the freeway and no restroom???This is like the 7th place Ive tried

The description of this location says that the health and safety of our customers is top priority, but when you walk in there the smell is so bad it makes you sick to your stomach. This place needs a visit from the health department asap!

They didnt have anything made for hot food and I wanted a hot dog!

Over priced on refills.99$ Everywhere else but here dollar 39 seems odd when you can get a soda for $.79 as advertised what a rip off will never come here again

I wish I could give it 0 stars customer service is terrible I asked the guy if I can use my cup that I said was 32 oz as well and he charged me more than what 79 cents. I wasn’t going to argue but that says a lot about this owner don’t give them your money ive been coming here for years.

We stopped at this location to get breakfast, gas, and use the restroom. The first time my husband asked for a bathroom key he was ignored. On his second attempt the staff member threw it across the counter without actually looking at my husband. When my husband went into the bathroom, the condition was completely unacceptable (e.g. no toilet paper, fecal matter, etc.). I asked another staff member for toilet paper and she did not acknowledge me and walked away. I followed her thinking that she did not hear me and asked a second time and she responded that there is no toilet paper and I can probably grab some napkins. She then asked me to move out of her way. Needless to say, we left without any desire to make a purchase.

Service from the crew who works here is always crap. They are slow. They are rude. Most the time the place is a mess. They are cumbersome at the till. I avoid this location by going else where when I can.

Seven Eleven with petrol station, great for filling up and snacks in a hurry

This one employee was very disrespectful I was buying some chips and the man had a low voice so I couldnt hear him well so he says 3.99 which sounded like 2.99 and he says 3.99 in such a tone and says are you deaf boy like dude come on.

This store sucks, I pump $10 gas and it took $100 on Friday and eveytime I go and ask for my money they said wait 24hrs so I wait and then they say I have to take it up with corporate office this is fraud.
