Was there at the pharmacy, just a few mins ago. The lady at the register for pick up was busy talking it up with a coworker and then was rude as heck. Not much help, she send me to the other window, she had no time to help. Never had dealt with someone rude there. This is a first time for me. Not nice

Prices here are better than Diamond Bar. CVS raises and lowers prices according to the income level. Heres a $ saving trick...Check out 1 or 2 items and pay. The coupons come on the receipt...so, check the rest of your items through and use your cupons...look for the cash off one...save a bundle!Good merchandise and good service bring this up to a 4☆ rating.

We went for a Covid test. We made an appt on-line (my daughter did it for me cuz I couldnt do it) for 2 days out, arrived at drive thru window on time. There were 4 cars ahead of us but the line moved quickly. We were given clear instructions, did as told, deposited and left. About 20 mins total. The results were expected in 2 days which woulda been Sunday. Got them Saturday. Good experience overall.

Bad customer service with pharmacies they never answer the phone they never got anything correct with their customer service the pharmacy is really rude.

I go to this pharmacy very often. Today I was looking for my utilities, reading itims labels, walking through the aisles to remember what I needed, when I heard on the loudspeaker that someone said to the security to check the aísles, then I looked at how security was checking and following me, maybe it wasnt about me but they made me feel too uncomfortable.

Deserves no stars really unprofessional never have my medicine on time nor the other people i have spoke too these people need to get their head outta the clouds an pay close attention to customers medicine all half as things

I asked CVS to call me when the prescription was filled they said it would take about an hour. Three hours later I called them they say the prescription is filled. I asked why is it that they didn’t call me to let me know that the prescription was filled. They had no real explanation, just like almost everything else in Pomona. Be ready for some type of problem if you’re going to deal with most businesses in Pomona. Even CVS.

This CVS is safe and friendly. Cashiers are helpful and thoughtful. I come here to and from work because its close my freeway entrance, love it!

We chose this CVS for the closeness to our hospital. Always has what we need. No one hangs out here. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly

The pharmacy took way to long to verify my prescription and gave me a call back two days later after contacting them twice about it. Then I finally send someone to pick up my prescription and they are rude and didnt apply the discount they offered. Definitely will be using walmarts pharmacy for now on.

I frequent this place for snacks all the time since its across the street from a place I do laundry. Prices are fairly high but thats to be expected of your usual drugstores. They usually have a fairly good variety of items for sale. Anywhere from food, arts and crafts, hygenic products and small decorations for home. Free parking is available.

The store has never looked better. Love CVS. Joined carepass and I am saving money .

The worst service a man i think it was the manager told me not to touch hand sanitizers that were in a box in a rude way

Pretty well stocked, cashier was courteous. Just dont use the restroom, its messy and I cant blame the workers for that. Nobody gets paid enough to clean excrement, just hold tight and get to your own place.

Hope this bathroom was cleaned up since I spoke to the Manager who thought the lack of cleanliness was just fine. There was trash all over, excrement on the walls. Tile was dirty. Really looked third world. The store is always in good shape though and the cashiers are courteous.

Carlos has such good customer service and was very help full he is very respectful he suits best as a manager he looks like he is very responsible very pleased with the service

The difference between a self checkout and cashier Jennifer is self check out doesnt give you an unnecessary attitude while checking out. On the speakers above as I was walking through aisles they said turn on all camera in stores I assume for shoplifters . As I check out I see the discount on candy already spending 50 dollars and paying she rudely tells me in front of several people behind me I have to leave my bag for stealing. Just scan the items theres no reason for assuming shoplifting or discriminating on age or unnecessary attitude. Wont return this location.

My caregiver put in a complaint to the manager regarding horribly filthy bathroom! Read 2 other reviews & they said the same thing. I have lived next door for 5 years & I am sure this CVS has not been vaccumed in this entire time.

CVS in general is overpriced. check your items elsewhere because they dont price match
