I come all the time for the fresh watermelon water and pineapple if you have not stopped in a place like this you should.

The ice cream was good, slightly pricey, the customer service needs improvement. It was totally empty it took about 2-3 minutes to get one of 4 people to help me. If your going to charge $5 for a scoop of ice cream the service needs to reflect that pricing.

Their walk in freezer leaked out its refrigerant so I fixed it.Great place!

This is good Mexican ice cream very creamy. I love coming here to get some treats last time I was there I felt like my favorite ice cream lost its flavor I usually like the cajeta ice cream but this time was different overall it’s a good place to get some paletas, chips and ice cream. Will be back to try other flavors.

Not all locations are created equal. This is the best location in my opinion. They have guanabana flavored ice cream at this location. The lime flavored ice cream isnt overly sour like at other locations. The mango ice cream here is my favorite. Other locations make their mango ice cream a lot creamier so if you like mangos and cream, go visit a different location. They have a bunch of different flavored paletas to choose from.

The REASON Why I gave it a 1 star is because the employees were rude!! bad attitudes!! And not just that when the gentleman was helping us there was two girls in the back room laughing and giggling and my husband was asking for help and they heard us they still wouldnt come out! When they both came out? I had asked her a question and she was very short and try to cut me and just try to get me out of the way as soon as possible I thought that was really rude especially when I have my kids with me!!! Plus the floor was very dirty! I will never go here again

It was my first time here, and I was very pleased with the quality of the flavors and the outstanding customer service given by Karina! She was very sweet to me and the people that were with me, she allowed us to taste things before I made a choice and I ended up trying a flavor I never thought I would, and I ended up loving it and buying it with my Mangonada! The ice cream and the paletas is also very delicious! The place is great for the family and to come with friend!! There is so much to choose from!! I loved it !! And that is that Im a picky eater, and Im picky with trying new things .. but I loved it, will be coming back and recommending a lot of my friends and family!!

Ive Been To 4 Different Michoacanas, By Far This Is The Worst One And The Only One I Will Never Go Back To...1) No Debit/They Only Take Cash2) No Prices Up for you to see like the other ones do... Hate Having To Ask How Much Is Everything... Super Expensive For Poor Quality...3) Place Seemed Dirty and It was Empty but had no parking available.4) Mango Ice cream was so airy it was discusting and had a Horrible flavor Compared to the other michoacanas. It tasted like tap water and sugar, like no flavor Syrup full of air... never again...5) I ordered a Mangoneada maybe if i was lucky i got 5 pieces of mango compared to othera where ive gotten a good handfull of mango in it...6) I love Chamoy, but without exaggerating, 1/4 of the entire thing was chamoy... it truly made me gag7) the only good thing i had to say is service was good and friendly, but there prices and quality is down the drain....

Its a horrible place to go guys they dont make sure stuff is clean and to top it off the mangoneadas are nasty I got one and notice something moving and it turn out to be a worm how gross. I think you guys should give people there refund back

Horrible customer service. I requested a price for some catering off Offer and when I said ok, Thank You. They replied just because youre too lazy to make your own corn, its a business man . I thought the price for 25 pieces of corn at $185, was a little high. And thanked then and they repkued with that rude comment!! Really???

Bad experience I asked them for 2 of nance and they gave me 2 of melon and it was easy to change them and the gas so expensive terrible service.
