Good burgers. We dont have this in NY. Lettuce wrapped burger (protein style) was good. It really lets the meat shine because theres no bun to compete for attention. Shakes were good too, as were the fries with sauce, bacon & cheese.

Sunday around 7pm. Took about 20 minutes wait time. The burgers here were not as great as other locations. Dining outside. Code Protected bathroom(ask the cashier for code). It was ok, just not the best. Tight parking. Quick drive through, as I am told

No burger will ever compare to the heaven that is In-n-Out. Their burgers are full of flavor and quality. Personally, I recommend a double double with fries and pink lemonade. If you are feeling on the spicy side, then ask for some banana peppers. Their spread sauce is amazing, so ask for some packs!!!

Great place to stop then hop right back on the freeway. The food is always spectacular. 🤤🤤

Always phenomenal food.Simple but tastey,and hot from the grill,because lets face it they dont have food that sits around long enough to pur under warmers.

You cant go wrong with In-N-Out, but on occasion, and during peak hours, Ive noticed quality suffers. The patties might lack seasoning. Burgers might come with a little piece of lettuce, or might have too much sauce. No deal breakers, but something to be aware of when you roll in during the lunch rush.

Drive thru only location. Went to walk to the front instead of waiting for the drive thru. Fast staff, all things considered

Drive thru today. Half hour to window wait. French fries Luke warm. And they were very crunchy. Not very fresh. Will go to the La Verne location next time. Dissapointing

VERY fast service! The lines at In-N-Outs are notoriously long but the staff are fantastic at handling it. The food is consistently fantastic and I always know the quality of food Im going to get here.

It was Sunday at 5pm.We were in the drive through for at least a half an hour.We started right at the driveway.You might be able to enjoy yourself if you got an hour to spare!

Obviously its in n out. Always great food and always great service. Food was fresh and the line was long but it moved quickly

Pretty much your average in n out, great food for a good price. Only problem is the lines do get kinda long here. So expect to wait at least 10-15mins on a busy day

This is one of my favorite locations, but today it was a bit disappointing. The buns were burnt, the lemonade was hot and not tasty, and our line was really slow, like 4 cars slower than the other line. But, the staff was nice and were working really hard. Ill come back during the week next time.

Always fresh and delicious every time I stop here for a quick bite to eat. Whether Im on my lunch or on the go in and out never fails me the smell of those grilled onions can catch you from a mile away! In-N-Out is always great! But this one is on my way home, my brother and I stop here often after work. If you like fresh great tasting burgers try this place!

I dont eat at In-N-Out much these days...but when I do, this is one of my favorites. Staff is one of the friendliest here and food is good compared to most others. I only tend to go late at night though, I havent experienced the day staff.

Good. Not great. Used to be great, but kinda over it now. There are better bugers. In n Out has good quality control, so they are pretty consistent across the various locations. Never had a bad experience at any location yet.

Although my wife said she Hated her burger...I think hate is a strong word. But the fries were terrible. Like they ran out of real food so they have me cardboard cut-out picture of the French Fries. The Burger was very basic. But they got my order right.

Never once got my order wrong. Theyre faster than the Chino location. Sorta hidden off the 60/71 fwy. Been coming here for over 15 years!

Come on man. You cant go wrong with In N Out. Their system is flawless. I know the drivethru line is long as hell but it moves fast. If you like juicy burgers get the double double animal style

Good as always, had a shake, 🍓 delicious, and a 🍔 with onions. Line was not long as always so I jumped on the opportunity, if you see the line is short its time. I have passed it up many many times because of the line.

I went to the Pomona In N Out last night to pick up some dinner with my wife. The drive thru was very busy, as expected for that time of day. Unfortunately, it took about 25 minutes from the time I pulled into the drive thru until I was leaving with my order. They seemed overwhelmed to say the least. On the bright side, the food was great as usual and it came exactly how I ordered it. I would recommend going to this particular In N Out after 7 pm. Maybe they’ll be a bit less busy!

Always good eating! The French fries were served cold, but they remedied that right away, with an apology. I love In-N-Out! Brought family & frds.

This is one of the most consistently bland and dry in n outs in the area. It is not up to Par with other locations. I drive a further distance weekly instead of choosing this location. I eat from this franchise a lot . It’s cheap and convenient. But it’s not worth it here.

Food is great as always. But this location is so small it takes more than 30 minutes to get your food -.-

Wished theyd stop making these works wear a freakn face shield and mask. They have lost that human interaction they were known for. Foods still the best

Always fresh and fast but can be busy! This location is best for drive through. My Order: 4x4 animal style, no lettuce or tomato and add chopped chilis. AND an animal fry with chopped chilis.

Bruh,they only got like 5 things on the menu and you are there like 35minutes easy youd think theyd develop a faster service system...

Consistent and excellent burgers at the In N Out. The double lines help get the car orders out quickly. This In N Out has only outside seating. Food was delicious and the service was great and staff were courteous. The car line can be long but definitely worth it.

The quality of food here is slightly more inconsistent than that of other locations. My biggest concern is that the drive through line always stretches far onto Garey, blocks access to the neighboring establishments and presents a huge traffic hazard to those driving by.

If you order at the window, you have to wait too long, today I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. 5 cars went faster in the drive through than I person in the window.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. 5 Stars for them! The lettuce was fresh and crispy, the tomato and onion were super fresh, and there was certainly an abundance of cheese, but the meat was almost non-existent. Ive never before had so little meat in a burger. In spite of this disappointing fact, the place was extremely busy with two drive throughs and a walk-up window. I used the walk-up window to order and it took over 20 minutes to get my food. The wait might have been worth it if there had been a thick juicy tasty burger in the bun.

Always good always fresh but they should add 1 VEG DANDWITCH WITH VEGGIE PATTY it something like it.

Very good burgers very long lines. What can I say..thats in n out for you. On my last visit I had to wait across the street and the employees mixed up an order that threw everyones orders off. People would get the wrong items. This is something that can easily be avoided if the team checks with each other and checks the bag AND the receipt. I used to work in fastfood restaurants so I know how it happens. Usually from lack of communication, but if caught quickly it can be corrected. This is something very essential for a place thats constantly busy. I have nothing against them though I understand how stressful it can be.

Great food but it’s sad to see a company this old take sooooooooooo long to make the same item over and over. Starbucks? You can order a complicated drink and they get you out quick. Chick Fil A? You dont even stop in the drive through. In n out? You’re stuck in a line for 30 minutes.

Food is always good and service is fast and friendly. The only complaint I have is the location. Whoever planned the layout of where these businesses are in relation to one another was not thinking about the kind of traffic and inconvenience it would create for customers.

Its always never an issue here, the food is good, prepared with so much love and passion all while working in a fashion of how a band marching down a parade trying to stay in sync with each other, pretty much the same. Got the usual #1 Animal Style burger only and Pink Lemonade. Had to grab an extra burger just to fill me as I had not eaten that morning. Always super long lines at the drive thru lined with lavishly gleaming cars as far as the eye can see, just like a womans drawn on eye-liner that has extenuated winged-tips. A burger to live for! But dont be shy to throw in more peppers. Please!
