So happy to have discovered this Home Decor store. Its amazing and the value is on point. Sue was so helpful and everyone there including the workers are so nice. Good quality items at a fraction for what you would pay at a high end home decor store (Larissas Gardens in Glendora).

I am an interior designer who has been buying from Renaissance 2000 for years. I am very disappointed that I had an issue with a tree that I purchased from the moment it was taken out of the box. I returned the tree after Christmas and they said they would take a look at it. I said, OK but really felt like they should have taken it back and given me a new one. I picked it up in October it was not fixed at that time and they said they could find nothing wrong with it. I proceeded to show them where it was shorting out and they tapped it together and said it was fixed. When I saw it there and set up it was working at the time but then when I went to set it up for the client it began to flicker and short on and off again. I called Renaissance 2000 and asked them if they would please take care of it and they said no.This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they were not willing to take care of me as a repeat customer and they were trying to say that the client probably plugged in to many lights into one outlet. That was not the case since I set it up and put in a surge protector. I would never recommend to any of my designer friends and the businesses I deal with to buy another thing from Renaissance 2000. I also want to add that if this tree catches on fire from the lights shorting out that they are going to have a bigger problem on their hands. VERY DISSATISFIED and will let everyone know.
