Very welcoming dealer and service. I take my RT to service here and I believe their service is much better than other services I have been past years. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. they work clean and fast. They are attentive and always very helpful. and for me the most important thing is that they are honest and direct. I ride all the way from LA to have my bike serviced there. so that should tell you something. Recommended

Purchase a 2019 F 750 GS used from Brown Motor Works .....I live in South Carolina so everything was done remotely via email and phone....Purchase experience was flawless....Thanks Steve.....parts department was great to.....and I bought accessories for the bike as well and the did a package deal......had trouble with shippers and they even held the bike until they finally picked it up over a month later.....when I received the bike everything was just what I hoped for....thanks again to the whole team at Brown Motor Works

Went in to sit on a few bikes, staff was nice they also have some vintage bikes there.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great showroom and they always have a few interesting BMW bikes to look at. They have always been great on getting parts quickly and being prompt on letting me know when they get them in. They also rekeyed a luggage box for me for free after I spent a few hours attempting it on my own.

Ive been to Browns several times now so I feel like I can leave a confident review. Sales and service staff are super helpful. Their service prices are very very reasonable. I feel like the staff is genuinely interested in motorcycles and making sure that you have a great experience with your bike. Ive been riding about 15 years now and Ive probably dealt with 5 or 6 shops on a consistent basis. Browns is definitely a 5 star place based on my experiences.

Excellent sales and parts

The staff at Brown BMW exceeded my expectations. They helped me pick out riding apparel. Ordered me a pair of Italian made boots, the BMW Double R. Replaced tires with a set of Michelins. Had purchased a 2007 1200gt from someone out of state which had a faulty coolant hose. It was replaced with a new hose. Oil and coolant was changed along with a new windshield. Brown BMW is meticulous about repairs performed in their facility. I would recommend them to anyone in need of motorcycle repair as well as a new BMW motorcycle. They also have used motorcycles that are in excellent condition. Additionally, they have quite a museum collection of old beamers to look at. Visiting Pomona CA to see the shop is worth the trip.

Ive bought two of my last bmw motorcycles here and I have to say David has a very professional, respectable and friendly staff, service and atmosphere here in Pomona, and the only problem I have with them is Im working presently in another state just under a thousand miles away 🤬 and Im going to have to wait to go back and buy myself another Worlds best motorcycle from the best dealership Ive ever dealt with, Michael A. 9/12/2020

I also got good clear advice and always friendly service. Thanks for your help!4/26/19...Just had Browns put new Michelin Pilot Activ tires on my rebuilt R90/6. Dave recommended them. What an improvement. My bike feels so much better. Agile, sure footed, comfortable, tighter. Ordered Wednesday, installed today (Friday). In and out in just over an hour. Keep up the great work!

I live in Ventura county and motor past more than a few BMW dealers to get to these guys. Not just for the awesome collection of vintage bikes, I go there for the service, they are head and shoulders above and always provide fair and quality service. Eddie has recently got me through a tight spot and back on the road with his service knowledge, and I cant thank him enough. If you have a problem or just need service I would highly recommend these guys. They also sell great bikes!

Browns is always the place I go when I need service done or just to ask for technical advice. Whether its a gear box replacement, tires or just perusing thru the new goodies, everyone there has been friendly and helpful in every respect. If they didnt know the answer they would find out, and if they didnt have the part they could tell me where I could get it.

Theres a worker at the front desk name Eddie Do everything you can to avoid doing any transaction whatsoever with this gentleman. Hes crooked in a lot of ways.Worst experiences Ive ever had with a mechanic. Absolute failure both times. They handed me my motorcycle back with different problems and acted like it wasnt their fault. Overpriced and crooked businessman all the way around. Literally any other place is better

Brown Motorworks treated me like a rockstar. They have a customer for life with me. Eddie took great care of me and my every need.

The Service Manager, Fast Eddie, iis either a liar, or extremely stupid. Take your Bike anywhere else. This guy is dishonest, and its hard to tell if hes really dishonest, or just very stupid. You think hes lying, then the more he talks, you start to wonder if he doesnt know that hes lying, and he really is dumb enough to believe the utter nonsense spilling from his mouth.There are a lot of other Motorcycle dealers, and you are doing yourself a disservice bringing your bike here to get fixed. Based on my experience, he will not only lie to you on the phone, he will put his lies in writing. He either cant tell if a part is broken by looking at it, or breaks things by trying to make them work, and then blames someone else. You wont find this level of incompetence at any quality shop, and it amazes me that he is allowed near anything more sophisticated than a Walmart bicycle. I dont like to give a bad review to a motorcycle shop, because most of the people work there out of love for the sport, but it is unbelievable that this guy could be in charge of anything other than pushing the bikes out in the morning and making sure the keys dont get lost. Hes that incompetent.

I just had a great experience with Brown Motor Works.My riding buddy and I are located in SLC, Ut. and we like to drive to warmer climes for the Winter. This year we drove to southern California. We store our bikes with a nephew in Fontana and then made several plane trips to Fontana to pick up the bikes and ride. Before our third trip down I decided it was time to get new tires before we rode again. We found Brown Motor Works in Pamona, CA just a short drive west of Fontana. I contacted Brown, told them when I would be back down and that I wanted to get the tires put on at the first of the trip so as to not cut into our time on the road. I discussed my next set of Michelins with the parts department and set up a service appointment for the day we were to arrive in Fontana. I arranged this with Eddie in the service department. He assured me that my schedule was going to be honored.A few days later I received confirmation that the tires were in the shop. Two weeks later we arrived in Fontana, drove the BMW to the shop at the end of the day. The next morning about 10:00 AM the tires and minor check over were completed and the RT was parked out front ready to go. No waiting. I found Eddie and all of the staff to be most helpful. We even discovered that my current mechanic in SLC (Bavarian Motor Works) had previously worked at Brown before relocating to SLC. I couldnt have been more pleased. Our trip went without a hitch. We ended up in Santa Cruz where we will leave the bikes for a few more weeks, then fly out and bring them back to Utah. It was great to finish this trip with the confidence that the tires were new. In my book, I rate a dealer/shop on them living up to their word and standing behind it. The prices was as quoted and the work was completed as promised. And we have new friends in Pamona. Given the need, we will see them again.Mike
