This guy is out of his mind !!!!!I went in his store today to purchase four, 45 cent stamps. I realize a small business like this will charge me a premium above the face value of a regular stamp. (I get it and have no problem paying slightly above face value).When he handed me the 4 stamps he charged me $4.00 for the stamps. (Over double the face value) !!!!! What a rip off !!!!!When I commented on the price he told me he tries to discourage people from just buying individual stamps and wants them to buy a book of 20 stamps. I ask how much 20 stamps would cost and he told me $19.00.I couldnt believe what I was hearing. Instead of $1.00 for each stamp he wanted to discount the purchase to 95 cents per stamp if I bought a book of 20???????I continued talking to him about this exaggerated price and told him if he charged a reasonable price for the stamps more people might come into his store and buy not only stamps, but other merchandise as well. I went on to explain the concept of making a profit on volume sales instead of gouging and alienating his customers. He told me it costs too much in servicing customers who come in to buy individual stamps so that is why he charges so much. Mind you the store was empty of customers !!!!!Never again !!!!

This guy tried to charge me $5 to email him a UPS label to print.Complete ripoff!! Who the hell charges you to receive a file via email?The shop owner said anytime the computer is involved there is a cost.Staples, OfficeMax or any other reputable local print shop is your best option...

DO NOT go to this place. I was lied to by the owner about the fees and trusted him because he was so nice. I went online (FedEx)to check the price to ship an item and when I arrived at the Postal Annex and questioned them about the price difference I was told it was because the size of the box. Because of the urgency I just went ahead and paid the extra amount thinking I must have did something wrong when I got the online estimate. Later when I got home I went back on FedEx to see the shipping estimate again and its like I paid double to Postal Annex and it had nothing to do with the box size. I could have shipped the package next day by 10am (which I really needed to) instead of 2 day by 8pm. I was pissed. I went back to Postal Annex to ask him why he told me that it was because the size of the box instead of just telling me the truth (that they charge a ridiculous premium on top of what FedEx charges) he then told me, Postal Annex charges more. At least if he would have told me the truth I could have made more of an informed decision. Save time and money - DO NOT GO HERE

My shipment to China was about $60 cheaper than Fedex or UPS with same delivery schedule. Im happy with this service. I do recommend this place.

I own small medical firm where we ship our product to Europe, Africa, Asia, Middle East and South America. We find DHL has much cheaper rates than Fedex or UPS with same delivery service. At some locations DHL delivery timings is even better than Fedex or UPS. This DHL location provides us with very efficient packing and shipping services.

I went because I needed a notary letter, which is supposed to cost 15$, the guy told me I needed an affidavit and he charged me 45$. DMV said just notary letter would do. This is the second time the guy overcharges me, so I wanted warn others.

I havent been here in quite a while (just havent needed the services.). If the original owners are still there theyre wonderful.

LIED ABOUT PASSPORT PHOTOS!!!The owner of the store told me the local post office doesnt take passport photos. No only do they take passport photos, but they charge 12 DOLLARS LESS THAN POSTAL ANNEX! This guy lied to my face after telling him my family has been a customer for over 20 years. Not Acceptable! And he takes the passport photos with an IPHONE! What a racket. This guy should be shut down!

I should have read the other reviewer. This place charged you $6 to drop off DHL package. Go somewhere else if you needed to drop off your packages be it DHL, UPS or FedEX.

Went in to make 3 b&w copies. These crooks charged me $1.30 with tax. Then all 3 copies were terrible! Off center, with a black line down the middle. When i complained to the husband and wife team. Oh boy making excuses. Saying the repair man is on his way. Ya, right. If they make right. Ill let you all know. Out, late.This place is a joke. Keep away!!!!!!

Happened to be in the area and needed to drop off a small USPS flat rate box with a shipping label on it that I already paid for. Guy wanted to charge me $4 to drop the box off since it wouldn’t fit in the mail box.

People please do not go there. They are dishonest people and will misguide you to make money. I went there do a international shipment to Jordan. Upon asking about DHL the employee said they are on call pick up and after 2.00 pm it will go next day. But that owner took phone and said he can ship anything any time. So i went with my mothers prescription medicine for her heart condition. They shipped in and charged me 200+ dollars to ship. Next day DHL brought back the package to me. Reason DHL gave me was the medication can not be sent without proper documentation. I went to get my money back. The owner Mr. Shah said there is not money back guarantee. I was very disappointed. PostalAnnex in Pomona is run by dishonest and greedy and rude people. Do not go there.

This place is terrible. They did give me a trace number for my package. He stated it was needed for mail. Never again my package never met the destination. I got no refund

They say they’re open till 3pm on Saturday and I got there at 2:47 and all the lights are off and they’re closed

You guys should print Return Label of FedEx before you come there because I had to pay ~10$ for printing service.
