This place is literally only good for package drop off. They can’t/won’t print a prepaid label for you (even though it would be a good way to make a couple dollars here and there since students rarely have a printer at home and it’s near a school).

The store was the nearest place to drop off a package for textbook rentals and it was my first and last time coming here. There’s no signage on where to drop packages so I approached the lady at the counter who promptly told me to stop and not come closer (I was closer to the door than to her). When I told her my reason for being there she cut me off and talked about being six feet away and that it keeps happening. While I understand the caution, I had to ask two more times where I could just put my package. She was rude and dismissive the entire time, focusing more on expanding the disastrous barrier around the counter than offering help. I ended up coming back a few minutes later and taking my package to another Fedex drop off location. It’s been a long time since I’ve had poor customer service, I recommend going elsewhere for shipping and drop off.

Avoid this place at all costs!! Rude customer service, they will nickel and dime you for everything, nothing is priced correctly. The lady in there not only does not understand what you are asking, probably because she doesn’t even let you finish asking the question when she’s already interrupting you. Then rushes you, because and I quote “ I’m too busy for this”. How are you still in business? I rarely post a review anywhere, but I hope this will save your time and frustration. Go somewhere else anywhere else.

I have a cracked phone that I need to send it back, and I called to ask if they ship cracked phone. The owner could not understand cracked and she said you have to bring the phone to the store so she can understand what crack means. She give me her husbands phone, and her husband confirmed yes. I asked I do not have a printer home, she said I can print the label for you. I assumed it is free favor and when I came to the place, she told me printing the shipping label is of course not free. It takes 50 cents to print a label. If it is not free, why did you offer and did not tell me there would be a charge. And she told me it would be $26.70 to ship a 0.15 oz item to Texas from California, and that was the cheapest way. No wonder it had a 2 star review from all customers.

When I called twice to ask different questions both time I got a response saying I don’t have to call a lot and just come in excuse me ? If they don’t provide the service why would I go there. And aren’t calls made for the reason so people can call and come in if they’re specially coming in for something, customer service has never been a good experience here

Do not go to this shop to ship anything. Its almost a scam. The owner wasted 15 minutes to get a quote for my international shipping. Its a gift less than 0.5 pounds... Anyway, the quote was $178 and I usually spend $15 - $20 in UPS, FEDEX or AAE for such a little gift. Do not let the nice lady vibe fool you, they let me write down my info and keep you waiting for the most expensive shipping quote ever.

Lost my package. Never got it back. Would not recommend it

Very convenient. They support FedEx, UPS, USPS, among others. Also, you can just drop off your package if you already have the shipping label and theyll give you the tracking number. The lady is very nice and helpful.

The owner is very nice, but the shipping is way more expensive than going literally anywhere else. It took a different place 3 days to ship a package for less than $2 and this place charged me $7 for the same package to the same destination and it has been at least 7 business days and it hasnt arrived. For a tracking number, it would have been almost $20.

Arrrgh duped again by the authorized retailer designation.When returning a modem from AT&T or Verizon etc., the company will ask you to take it to either FedEx or UPS, and an employee there will take care of the rest, free of charge! Neat, right?Well this FedEx doesnt do that, they also dont TELL YOU they dont do that. So she insisted pay $40 to send electronics to nowhere in particular, because neither of us have an address to send to.I went to UPS (or any real FedEx, I presume) and it was done in 3 minutes, for freeeeee.

I would not recommend this place to get a print out coz lat time I went there for get a print out, they charged $5 for using their computer to send my pdf files to the printer. they said they gonna charge min $5 for using the computer per half an hour( I did use it may be 10 to 15 mins) plus the charge for printings. $5 per using a computer for couple of minutes?...is this US or some other developing country with lack of facilities for computers?//

Owner posed as a real fedex shipping center as opposed to an independent shipping center that has fedex. Attempted to sway me toward DHL, and sheepishly asked for a dropped fee outside my normal Fedex account.

The guy on the bottom complaining about 5 bucks buddy u should have called to check first i called and she told me all she had was tge computer half an hour 5 dollars which isnt bad beacuse thats including pages, and it states on the g maps its just a shipping center she was nice though! I reccomend this place for quick shipping and quick printing,

This place is hoooorrrible!!!! Not only did the lady take about 45 min just to print out the shipping label, but its been about 6 days now and my package cant even be tracked! . Every time I call they give me the run around between the lady and the other man Sid. Paid almost $70 to get my delivery shipped within two days!so unprofessional!

Is now 920am Google said it opens at 9am they have a sign on the window that says they open at 830am and its still close. We are starting on the wrong way already.
