Orders a tensioner pulley for my 2006 Lexus gs300, as far as Im concerned this is the only place in the country that had one, fair price, great quality, and a great company!

Quite frankly I find Febest to be the best. This store is not really a regular store is more of a pick up area and therefore does not offer a shopping experience. That being said, the staff at the store are very knowledgeable and helpful. Please note though, they do not accept any cash at that location. Therefore, please make sure you walk with your credit or debit cards

Called to verify they had a part in stock, they said yes. I told them Id come by to pick it up a little later, and they had the part waiting for me when I arrived. Ive only dealt with the company once, but it has been a positive experience.

This is not a good place to do business with, I ordered a part that they sent me wrong and told me they could not exchange it for the right one or refund me, the could only do that if the part was defective. Very dissatisfied avoid this company if you can does not worth it.

Make sure you know what you are ordering because the return policy is the worst, not customer oriented, had issues with a part that they sent me wrong and they did not refund me or exchange part for right one. Not a reliable company avoid Febest it should be named Feworst
