Fixed a couple phones here but every time I try to negotiate I feel the person there is lying and telling me I’m already getting 50% off 😒 and the screens don’t function all that correctly. You have to press on the screen super hard after it’s replaced. It’s happened both times. Two different phones.

Dropped my phone off at lunch for a screen repair. Came back 2 hours later and it was ready. Fast and friendly. Cheaper than the competition. 10/10.

I have a note for that the store on there supposedly fixed. I spent $170 to get the digitizer on my phone changed and had a 30-day warranty on the phone. I went out of town to Atlanta for a week, and without me doing anything to the phone my entire screen popped away from my phone. The phone itself still came on but I couldnt see anything on the screen. I still had another 3 days left out of town. So I took the phone to another cell phone repair place in Atlanta, and the owner took a look at it and show me that the plastic cover was still on the LCD. Plus, the glue around the screen to keep it connected to the phone itself was the incorrect glue. I have to spend another $65 to get my phone fixed. In the process of the store owner in Atlanta fixing the phone, I instructed him to please write everything that he was doing on the receipt so I can take it back to the store owner at Fast Fix in Pompano. He did just that. I got back to Pompano and call the store owner at Fast Fix and let him know what happened. He stated no problem as long as youre within the 30 day warranty Ill take a look at it and Ill take care of it. Of course when I got to the store and explained it to him he did not want to reimburse me for the money that I had to pay to get his work followed up on, and stated that because another person touch the phone he would honor the warranty. I stayed it to him that if heed done the work correctly in the first place, I would not have had that happen to me. He still refused. So I post one question to him, if Im out of town for a whole week and I still have 3 days left on my trip, am I supposed to still go without a phone for 3 days until I get back so you can look at it? His reply was, yes! This entire left me Furious because not only did he not do the work correctly, but would not honor what he stated he would. This store is a complete rip-off!

I was having a problem listening to my calls through my iPhone ear speaker- thought It needed to be replaced . When I got to the store and explained what was happening the shop owner took the iPhone listened and said I can fix this, And in no time it was fixed! Phone sound perfectly clear. What a great customer care and very much appreciated.

I felt the need to leave a review since I had such a bad experience here...All I had was a cracked screen...I left with a fixed screen but a broken home button...I am LIVID...The issue I had was minor but my home button is now a major problem... All I was offered was a discount or take my cracked phone back...I was told the new screen was not compatible with the phone...I told him to put my cracked screen back on and I would take it else where to be fixed...Even with my old screen on the home button still didn’t work...Idk what he did but I paid a lot of money for my iPhone 7 and this is unacceptable...I should have Got my screen fixed for free...I don’t recommend this place to anybody...It didn’t even deserve the 1 star I gave but it’s the only way to leave a review..I’m sure they won’t be in business long...These little shops never stay put at Pompano citi centre..Open for a few more nuts then closed th next 👎🏾🖕🏾

Terrible professionalism, terrible customer satisfaction I bought a charger for 15 dollars it took me 3 minutes to charge and it charges very slow I am going to return they tell me there is no way then I tell him to change with another house the altered sales person raised his voice to me And she said that I called the owner and according to her she said no and that it is clearly on the paper, it is on the invoice, I do not return but it does not say no change, it took me 3 minutes from the purchase and she did not want to help me in any way, I do not recommend this place
