This store was open when others in the area were closed Sunday before they were supposed to be. People kept walking in and he never turned anyone away. He was very helpful. Multi tasking to take care of everyone as efficiently as possible. He was polite and had amazing customer service skills. I hope he gets recognition for all this. He is great as his job. Thank you for being open the hours you advertise your open. Everyone likes to put the negative reviews but I want to make sure to let you here the great ones

About a year ago, the speaker quit on my phone. Jay told me that it couldnt be repaired. I replaced it with a Boost online special. Recently, I dropped that phone and bought another at Boost on-line to replace it.Both times I was technologically deficient and stopped by my local Boost for help transferring contacts and apps. Jay has been the GREATEST. He accomplished in a few minutes what I struggled with for a couple of hours. Only regret that I didnt go to him for the sale. Next time, and it will come. THANKS JAY !!

I went here to get help transferring data from old broken to new INSURANCE REPLACED phone. After employee or perhaps franchise owner Jay helps me do so with a nice positive attitude. We then place the broken phone in the provided envelope to send it back to the insurance folks. I had already been through the process 2 weeks prior when the insurance company sent me a refabricated and still broken phone. You have to mail the old one back. Jay says GE will add it to his outgoing mail. Now for the last 3 weeks the insurance company is trying to jack 134 bucks out of the Cash App card i have on file there. I have addressed it with Boost, Boosts insurance company and Jay. This is sad.

The guy who works there said his name is Jason. I purchased a Xfinity Modem from the store and he refused to give me a receipt and then refused to give me a refund for not having the ability to print me a receipt. He lied and said he does not have a printer when really he overcharged me and refused to provide a receipt so that I could not see how much he overcharged me. This guy should be fired and Boost Mobile should terminate their contract with this dealer! Jason refused to do the right thing, he will not provide you any receipt for any purchase you make. Very nasty slimy low down dirty type of business, DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF! HE WILL OVER CHARGE YOU FOR THE XFINITY PREPAID INTERNET AND REFUSE TO GIVE AN ITEMIZED BILL!

The guy that works there jay is a rip off conniver he told me on the phone that The Xfinity prepaid Wi-Fi was $85 total then when I got there he can meet $85 and 45$ for the First month but on the box it says first month services included he tried to tell me that that was a Christmas special but then when I went home and looked online it said that it only is $35 for the kit and $45 for service which comes up to 80 he charge me 120 when I confronted him and asked him for my money back he told me it’s his phone he can do he wants

Worst service ever. I was lied to about multiple things. First off the warranty service on pre owned phones take 14-20 days( I was told it was an overnight service like most other companies) second the device cant be unlocked for 12 months of service (which I was told 3) the kid working here was super rude and disrespectful. Never would I suggest this service or store to anyone.

Never go there i i have more than a year with my old phone and i decided. To get my stylus 4 and he say i have to leave my old one and thats not true they keep the old one to fix it and sell it on offer up and they say you can put people under your bill name and charme cheap and made you to make a payment at next month you have to pay the full price DONT GO THEREE!!!

I want give a bad review to this store. I sell electronics online and in apps like Facebook OfferUp letGo and one person asked to meet in this store because the person needed make activation, I said okay we decided meet there and I parked my car in front booster mobile and I waited for person, when the person arrived came until my car and I said, you can to go to inside and active the phone and I will wait for you here in my car, 2 minutes after came the Stupid guy saying and with the phone in your hands, told me get out over here or I will call to cops you can’t selling phones here, yes I move to street and told him call to cops if you want, I told him I’m taking pictures from you store and I will give bad review and here you go my review. I meet the person in another one place it bought me the phone and said my “crazy man”
