If you have any laptop issue, this is the place to go. Francisco replaced my keyboard and speakers at a very reasonable price. Then he added some courtesy services, letting me play Adele to listen to the speakers, doing some clean-up to make everything faster and activating my OS. Very, very thorough professional. Had an iPhone 7 with a cracked screen and also wasnt charging at all. Searched on Google for phone repair and came across Got IT Tech. They were by far one of the least expensive by price and service is fantastic!Turns out not only was the charging port bad but we also needed a new battery. Since the phone was taken apart already there was a discount.Phone is working 100% And is great. All in all everything was done for less than $100! Great service and great, great pricing too... Old school customer service. Honest and give great value. Truly looking to build a long term repeat clientele. Had been having trouble with my laptop wireless adapter. They tried to fix it without replacing a part but the problem persisted so a new part was needed. They told me to use my computer at all my regular wifi spots for a few days and then come back and pay them after I was sure the problem had been solved. Who else would do that?

Screen replaced but now I have areas that do not work to touch. Ended up have to buy new phone anyway. Total waste of money. Also, business owners should not talk or share their views on politics or politicians to customers. Big turn off.

Called them to service a printer. the tech was very knowledgeable and advised me to buy a new printer rather than get it serviced, saying i would be better off rather then spending the money to get it serviced. very honest.

I purchased my computer 7 years ago, so it was getting terribly slow, with pop-ups and shutting down for no reason. I took it to GO-IT TECH & they fixed the issues. They cleared around to 1500 infected files and uninstalled malicious software. And boy, now it works like a charm! The technician was very professional, skilled, and easy-going. They installed a new hard drive in my Gateway laptop. It runs much faster now & the old hard drive is a backup, if needed.

They have a guy out front holding sign that says something like, $49 Comp Repair. Pass up that offer from this so-called repair shop Go IT, yeah, Run, dont walk, because I was almost ripped off, but I knew what was actually wrong with my laptop: I needed a new power jack. Instead, after waiting for 3#!!!! days, and they never called to give me a report, I went in & the guy said, Oh, we were just gonna call you; you need a new motherboard. Whaaaaat!!!???? Knowing that all I needed was the power jack, I said, Give me my computer, & I went to a place on Federal Hwy (that was recommended, but farther from my home which is why I made mistake & went to GO IT), Its on the west side next to Radio Shack, 4407 N. Fed. Hwy, Ft. Laud. They repaired my Asus in a day & half, called me, & it cost me 40 bucks less. Its called South Florida PC Repair. Its a small nerdy shop where you wont get ripped off, unlike my experience at GO... so dont go to GO! lol
