Richard was polite, informative and willing to help find a shoe in my size. Don’t hesitate to visit this store for their continued grade A customer service.

I had arrived 30 min prior to store closing. I am sorry I dont know his name but right away was greeted and not the half a** kind because Im interupting them and making them work kind of greeting. He was already walking the floor and had a smile. Very helpful and didnt feel rushed. Thank you so much!

I went into this store for the retro 11 Jordans the young lady rose I am going to assume she is the manager on shift told me there was none available. I asked if she can call a another foot locker to see which one has it. None of the employees in the store moved to assist me with my service that was needed the young man who was going to assist me was told by Rose not to call any store because they are sold out. I asked her how does she know that no other store has them. She said because they had a raffle or a first come first serve. I called footlocker in Broward and the young lady gave me the name of 2 stores that had my size. I am really getting tired of bad customer service and no real help. Rose went out of her way to let me know that no store has the sneakers I was looking for. In order to give customer service you would have to know how to deal with people and she clearly does not know how to give proper customer service. I am very appreciative of the young lady in Broward who tried to help me I can not say the same for this location.

Manager and the other guy was cool. Got super great deals and got a pair shipped to me because it wasnt in my size.... Its liked they cared

Horrible customer customer, Manager so rude, they don’t even want to help they are just walking around talking to each other sometimes look at you and say you ready how the hell im supposed to be ready when no one helping crazy hmm, and someone by that name Dave or Jay if I remember he’s body language his face expression Oh lord it’s terrible in there don’t go, I left and go all the way to they outlet in Sunrise stall very friendly willing to help if I can’t go there I will go to just for sport in Cypress and Andrews they have excellent customer service and willing to help as you walk through the door.

Horrible horrible horrible.. extremely rude staff..if you’re gonna buy here make sure it’s what you want because once you leave that store there’s no return policy basically.... they will laugh at you in your face and tell you get lost...even called cooperate and the shut the lines on you 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️.. give support to stores that really needs ur business

Get to footlocker at 9:55 first person thru the door and they tell me we dont have anymore 9.5 new releases in the black Jordan 12s that were released. There is no preorder on these shoes so how are the no more at the exact moment they are to be released. This fiirltlocker has done this to me before when they have new releases

They took care of me in a very good way, especially the boys, despite not speaking Spanish, they showed me the tennis shoes that I wanted and they took the time to help me thanks to that I took 1 pair of tennis shoes and I have returned for more.
