Thank you to team member Jackie S. Who is on the overnight shift for always helping me out in the early morning hours. I’m a teacher and I sometimes stop by this Walmart on my way in to get some last minute supplies right after they open at 6 am. Jackie is still there and is always helpful, attentive and professional. She is an asset to the Walmart team and she deserves a raise!

I ordered photo prints online and went to pick them up when I was notified by email and text message that they were ready. When I arrived, I attempted to provide the clerk, I believe Bethany, with the order number I had been provided. She refused to take it multiple times and insisted on seeing the images I had requested to be printed. She also didnt seem to care about the spelling of my name and stated that the place was in total disarray and she doubted that the prints were ready for pickup since their printer had not been working. All of it seemed to be total chaos and an unwillingness to be of service. During the process she rang up 2 people with items from other departments that had nothing to do with the photo center. After my relentless insistence, 20 minutes later, the prints were found. The quality of the prints were excellent but the customer service was horrendous.

Ok store. Not the cleanest and often low stock on items I use. The pharmacy is good and the staff very helpful.

Please staff more cashiers and I can give you the missing star. I put my ice-cream back as I knew I couldnt get out of checkout before and get home before it would melt. This is my usual go to when Im in the area. Theyve saved my butt on more than one occasion. Thanks!

Terrible experience at this Walmart with a clerk named Debbie. My Aunt, four kids, and I were racially profiled, and humiliated at the self check out line. We were told by the cashier working the check out area that we were okay to have our 25/30 items because we were doing two separate transactions(There was a 20 item limit sign posted, so we asked prior to getting in line.). As we worked on our second transaction Debbie began screaming for security, saying that she was having us removed because there were no split payments at the self check out line allowed. We explained that we were leaving together and that there were very few cards when we came in so we used one cart, but she completely ignored us.) Even after her coworker told us that she had approved ours split transactions she locked our screen and continue to scream for security, and asked him to remove us from the property. When security asked her why we needed to leave she told him that we were stealing and that was why we wanted to do two separate transactions. She then began yelling that we were stealing in a pack Walmart on a Sunday afternoon. My Aunt and I we’re shocked, embarrassed and had a crying child due to all the commotion. The only person that apologized was the security guard, and he even went as far as to say he couldn’t believe she was doing that as everyone could clearly see were weren’t stealing. The worst part of it all was another couple were doing a split payment with a cart full of items and she had no problem helping them with a smile. Obviously she didn’t believe that two black women with four kids could afford $300 worth of merchandise. I have called the Corporate office and filed an official complaint, and have heard nothing back. Obviously this behavior is not a problem at this property because I have received no response from customer service, nor did any managers find it necessary to investigate their associate screaming “I’m kicking you out, you’re stealing”. I will be informing everyone I know about the standard this Walmart holds!!!!

THIS IS THE WORST WALMART! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH AND NEED TO BE RETRAINED OR NOT WORK WITH CUSTOMERS! I tried to return something my mother bought me with no Recipt with Keke. Keke had a question to another coworker and the other RUDE! COWORKER WHO GAVE HER NAME AS Lisa SAID SHE COULD ONLY EXCHANGE FOR THE SAME EXACT ITEM!?!? DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE?!?! Youll exchange for the same SKU?!? I OBVIOUSLY DONT WANT IT AND DIDNT WANT TO THROW IT AWAY! I wouldve exchange for another item!!! LISA had her name badge covered so Im sure its a FAKE NAME! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I RUN MY OWN BUSINESS AND I WOULD DEFINITELY MAKE SURE I HAVE PROBLEMS SOLVERS LAZY RUDE PPL! I could tell Keke tried to help but when she called her coworker over it hit the fan!! THATS THE REASON I PERSONALLY DONT SHOP IN WALMART AND WONT EVER RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION

I was able to geta Mobility cart, which at many Walmarts is normally impossible. And it was in working order. Cashier and staff friendly and helpful. Was unable to find a couple items i wanted.Found cute reasonably priced Halloween T shirt.

If there was a way for me not to even choose one store that’s exactly what the store we get I’ve been on the phone hanging up and calling on and off to get one person to ask a simple question about oil change and no one has yet answer the phone I stay on hold for 10 minutes I hung up I will call again nothing constantly what kind of service are you giving anybody if no phones are actually being picked up by your associates so at this point you have lost one more customer because I’m pretty sure many have gone through the same thing

Only place I know theres never any carts in store. You have to go find one. Dont look for sales help theres rearly any and if you find someone they got attitude. The check out lines are always 15 to 30 minutes long. The location is convenient for me but my time is just to valuable.

Great place, have a hard time finding some stuff but has everything you need from groceries to close to outdoor stuff.

Very crowded! We saw raw chicken and raw bacon just lying on the grocery shelves.An associate walked through the check out area, picking up items left on the candy racks. She said that her job all day was putting back what customers left behind.I saw a customer piling tide, bars of soap and other items @ the jewelry case while they were in line to check out. Maybe an idea would be to have a cart or area where customers could place unwanted items??? (Sort of like @ the fitting rooms.) Employees could just swap out the carts. Customers probably would still not use. Just a sad situation w/ the loss of food and company profits! The parking lot was not well lit. And there was so much trash lying around. This was in Ft. Lauderdale.

This is a nice big store, that is generally well stocked. I like that they try to open registers as needed to keep the lines from getting too long. Nice and helpful employees for the most part.

We went to check out in the self checkout and was told we had to go to a register. We had twenty three items in our cart! We stood in line for approximately 25 minutes, for twenty three items. We stopped by the person who told us we couldnt check out in the other checkouts and he said there are too many thieves that use self checkout. I am not a thief and I will not be shopping at the Walmart on Atlantic and Power line Rd in Pompano Beach again. I hope you are happy to lose a customer!

We love the Vision Center. Vanessa was incredibly helpful and we got thorough exams from the doctor. Great store.

Gotta love Walmart... Where else can you get a loaf of fresh baked bread and then load it with package meats and grab a quart of tea for under 5 bucks total. Then still have enough for 2 personal pies. I myself go for Pecan and Chocolate.

Nice super walmart. There is a nice size craft area... a variety of sewing items, yards of material. DIY craft projects. Theres also a nice ladies accessory section, purses, bags, hats, etc.

Good luck finding anybody to help you in this place! This staff are not only always on the phone but theyre having conversations with friends on speakerphone so that you can hear every word on both sides of the conversation! God forbid you ask for help you get looked at like youre interrupting them. Of course there are some great staff members as there should be and every location but for the most part they are rude, angry, and way too busy to do their job.

Had products expected for a Walmart, but employees were not helpful at all. Registers were not working correctly and employees did not tell customers until they were the next in line, so many were waiting to not be able to even check out. Customers were also rude and I am aware that is not Walmarts fault as a company, but a teenager targeted an elderly man agressively with their cart and tried to hit the elderly man. The teenager came within centimeters with his cart and it was intended and unprovoked. Not recommended to go here. They did have a Subway in the store, so one plus I guess for this location.

Store was in great condition. Only a few people working, but all were very nice and friendly.

This is a good place to buy groceries, especially meat in bulk and things like orange juice and milk at good prices. I wish they can have more of a selection of ice cream though. The pharmacy is very crowded and I dont know if I would recommend it. I havent been or bought much from the store except for groceries. But it is clean and the staff are helping and courteous.

I did Grocery pickup and it took a bit longer than I anticipated, given that I checked in before leaving my house and it took me 15 minutes to get there. I waited an additional 20 minutes after arrival before getting my groceries. I hope they find a much more efficient way of servicing everyone.

I would give a higher score but here is the thing....your online shoppers with those giant big blue carts....they are so rude. I know they have a job to do but guess what a paying customer trying to get things on their own grocery list should never be disrespected or treated like an obstacle when we decide to go in-person shopping. These online shoppers never say excuse me, muscle their way in to shelves and will not share the isle at all...todays experience left a foul taste of poor customer service in my mouth and I most likely will try another store...to be treated so rudely is not worth a penny or two savings.I know Im just one person and walmart wont miss me but one person can affect ten and twenty other peoples grocery decisions and those people could go on to affect 20-40 more peoples, and thus a small movement is born!Sorry not sorry.

All you need (normal things) are here. Good prices and excellent products and attendance. Some people say that the meat and chicken isnt very good but Im not sure about it.

Just left there from being in line for 30 minutes.I encounter a young lady by the name Katrina, I was told she shop for groceries for people to pick up, she went out of her way to help me look for beans sprouts which they didn’t have😢than waiting in line and observing how patient KEKE the cashier was with everyone made me be patient. Kudos to the ladies😀I’m tired now but was not gonna let this day go by without mentioning these ladies.

Huge store, big selection. I found this specific Walmart my favorite since stuff is friendly, every time I go there they help me find something!Prepare for long walks in the store.It is clean.Easy to park in front.Love it for family big shopping.

Walmart on Atlantic is the worst. Parking lot full of carts, no carts inside. On line for 25 minutes. There were only 5 people in front of me, and this is an express line. 20 items or less. Cashier Gabbie was taking her sweet time. By the time it was my turn, she told a coworker in creole that she didnt care how long the line got. Just blew my mind. Unfortunately the store is miss managed. And they have many register but not enough cashiers.

One of if not the worst walmart Ive been to. Staff extremely rude, I had to turn around and go get a cart out of the parking lot since they didnt have any up front. Lines were insane, shelves barely stocked. If felt like 80% of the employees were just shopping for other people while everything else was neglected. And the employees that are doing pick up shopping are terrible they block the aisles, will walk up and stand right in front of you while youre checking the shelf its insane.

Was very dissappnted as I traveled farther to go to a Suprwlmrt an called went online to make sure of the hours that the money/customer servce center was open since hrs changin alot w Pandemic an they need to make sure their hours of operation are posted right. As I went up to get $ sent me to shop an they were just closed but wasn like they could have done right thng an let me go to returns was smaller amnt of $ after all that. Being disabled is not easy to get out an try to only go when I need to an also since I do Spot Chks fir plcs an know the greeters their should alwys try to make sure a person disabled shouldnt have to walk way around the gated off area to get in but they didn at this location so it was a waist of time for nothng an would have stayed an shopped but instead decided to do a meat chk for somone since was there wasnt my store but since I was there I just chkd quickly an there were out of date pkgs on shelf was surprisd to see evn though I realize we are in pandemic still some were unacceptable.

Auto Care is terrible. I spent at least 3 hours for 1 flat tire. Nobody care that

This is probably one of the most mismanaged Walmarts in south Florida. Today for the second time in two weeks, there were no shopping carts to be had in either entrance of the store. I promptly left and went to a neighborhood Publix. Yes, things may cost more, but theres always a guarantee that their patrons can have access to shopping carts, and ones that are in decent condition as well.

Lines be too long.... but overall everyone is friendly and would gladly help if you need it they try their best to provide great communication and customer service

What is the point of making an appointment to get your tires rotated and balanced if they take your vehicle and park it in the parking lot for an hour or longer? Customer service... no such thing at this location.

The pick up service was great. Short wait and they brought the bicycle already assembled.

As any Walmart.., not a place to buy fresh fruit or veggies, but low prices in clothing... dirty in general.

I love WalMart! Great selections. I especially get different kinds of nut powders for drinks, yogurt topping, donuts, and porridge for family. You can get little bit of everything in one place.

The store is well laid out and its relatively easy to find wht youre looking for. Store attendants were helpful and courteous.

Not to sound like an uppity tourist, but try to avoid Wal-Mart in south Florida, especially if youre on vacation and have limited time. It took me an hour to get in and out due to really long lines. My cashier was really nice, and she said that its like this all the time. A Wal-Mart in Hallandale Beach was the exact same way. The stores are a little dirty and the shelves are too high in the grocery section. Go someplace else if you can.

Two stars because the cashiers, stock workers and janitorial staff have always been great. Theyll help you find anything you need even if they arent working that department. Management on the other hand is terrible. Every encounter with the management team has been horrible. On my last visit I waited 20 mins for a manager to come up and help locate an SSD. She never came. I found another brand. Was walked up to the front to pay with cash as my item was under lock and key due to price. It rang up higher then tagged. The cashier advised the manager who refused to call electronics to verify. After a few minutes of back and forth he finally corrected the price while sucking his teeth and huffing the entire time saying they dont normally change prices if it rang up differently.($8 diffence) Wouldve taken seconds to verify. Save yourself a little aggravation and drive a little further to the McNab or the Atlantic & University location.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Always a mad house. Takes 30 to 40 minutes just to check out. Never have anything in stock. Worst walmart Ive been to. Well most walmarts in Fort Lauderdale are equally bad.

They are now charging a 5.99 delivery fee for items you pick up. If under 35 dollars. Back to Amazon

They had pretty much everything i needed except for a few things, not that important, that had very few cashiers and self checkout but the lines were incredibly long, i must of waited 30 mins just to checkout, the cashier didnt say hello to me but i think she was a little overwhelmed. Store was messy, there was stuff everywhere and on the floors! Parking was ok, I had no isseue there. Overall it was ok..

Adewole J., I saw your bank card near the sidewalk and gave it to staff (Philomena in Customer Service) on 6/22/2021.Anyway, this Walmart has everything in stock although size options might be limited sometimes. Although its busy, the lines are shorter/faster than most other locations around here.

My shopping experience was great, the shelves were lacking a few of the items I needed. More importantly none of the employees in the store could speak English or tell me where certain things were and not sure of any aisle that they might be in. Other than that fast check out and everything was fine

I was visiting from out of town and came to realize I needed an oil change. This walmart had an auto center and did the job quickly and professionally.

Walmart associates at this location are great.

Walmart, an employee cant force you to show them your receipt or allow them to search your bag. Known as the Shopkeepers Privilege. The security guard also ask if I didn’t speak English just because I look Spanish. I would be more than happy to identify him

The greeters was polite going in and coming out. Also, Thank God there was more than one cashier was open.

There was over 300 non emotes in that Walmart. I asked 5 employees where was the body sprays. Each one replied down that isle. The one lady at the deli kept telling me hold on. She was having a conversation with her co worker. I asked.for mesquite turkey and she said we dont have that and walked away. 9 stations open and I counted, 25 people in each line. This buy far the worse Super WalMart I have ever been to. I can promise you that I will never go back.

The store was very crowded together from product stuffed onto the floor...aisles had big gaps from missing products. Just gave off a feeling of disarray.The worst part, the parking lot was super dark and needed a major cleaning-reminded me of some of the nastier areas I worked as a Police Officer....smelled of urine and looked uninviting.If youre shopping with your family, avoid this place....especially at night!

This Walmart is extremely busy and no staff to assist. All self checkout only 2 registers open. Waited over 25 minutes to checkmyself out. I will drive out of the way to not use this Walmart.

Walmart @ Germantown MD.That place has it ups and down but what amazed me the most is that they dont appreciate honest customers.

I went to pick up my groceries on Monday and the customer service at this location is terrible. I waited for a hour for my groceries. There were people there that have been waiting for 2 hours. Overall its unorganized with no structure. This is actually the second walmart Ive had and issue with. The first location was the one located on 5555 W Atlantic Blvd Margate. Youll be waiting all day at this location as well. They always seem to be understaffed.

Need faster assistance helping customers get there shopping done quicker and out the Store.

This Walmart is Usually a one-stop shop for the household.

Many things out of stock and never restocked back again...., 20 minutes waiting on long lines no matter what time you are there.

I came to shop. That went well. However standing in long lines to check out was not 3 people walk off and left basket. I am in my 70 this is not good . I realize publix is higher . But the lines is making me wonder.

This place is horrible. The outside garden has 3 Assosiates sitting at a folding table when you enter and 2 Assosiates sitting on lounge chairs directly in front of the entrance leading inside. With nobody at the inside garden register. So when we asked if we can be checked out we were told we would have to take our purchase to the front register. This makes absolutely no sense. To drag bags of dirt or a grill to the front when we purposely parked by outside garden and to see 5 employees sitting. Needless to say we left with nothing. The 1 star is too much in my book.

Store very well stocked, and though most of the employees are polite and friendly, one visit I asked four employees about prices for a couple items that I needed, and I told the fourth employee that she was the fourth one I tried to get to assist me, her response was that maybe I should go shop somewhere else, and then sarcastically said have a nice day . Other than that cashiers were expedient and very friendly.

This is the worse Walmart iñ Broward County. 3 cashiers and the self check out is for 20 items or less. Absolutely ridiculous.

Waited 20 plus minutes at customer service counter while front end Mgr Benni held conversation with another employee who was on the clock. I asked twice for help as 6 ppl walked away from line, as we were still made to wait.. There are several employees who are complaining about Benni as well.. Terrible example of a face for the companies customer service!!

This Walmart should be closed down. It was by far the nastiest store Ive ever been in. Trash on the floor around the cashier area. Shelves were not stocked. I believe Sam or any other owners or stock holder would go insane if they saw the inside of that place. This was the waste Walmart Ive ever been in.

The hours of operations on the door says 6 am; however the store didnt open at that time. Either they cant tell time or they dont care they have a line of customers standing outside waiting to be let in. This by far is the worst Walmart Ive ever visited and believe me when I say I will not be returning.....
